【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、医療材料のための
包装体に関する。詳しく述べると輸液回路や血液回路の
医療用器具を主とした医療材料のための包装体に関す
る。

【従来の技術】輸液回路や血液回路の医療用器具が使用
されるときは、プライミングの操作を必要とする。この
際、プライミングによる排出液を受理する容器が別に用
意されねばならない。この容器は輸液回路や血液回路の
装置に吊り下げられていたり、床に置かれていたりする
ものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】いずれにしても、この
容器を準備することは費用がかかる他に面倒でもある。
【0004】本発明は医療用材料のための包装体をプラ
イミングによる排出液を受理できる容器として利用でき
ないか、検討した結果生まれたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、医療器具を包
装するためのプライミングによる排出液を受理するため
の袋であって、該袋の片面はプラスチックと紙とからな
り、他の面はプラスチックフィルムのみからなり、該袋
は上部に開封部と吊り下げ用の穴を備え、上記紙は滅菌
時の蒸気や気体が通過できる機能を有し、かつ、上記袋
の上部に存在するとともに、袋の開口部として滅菌紙よ
りも下方に互いのプラスチックフィルムを開き得る一直
線状に噛み合わされるチャックを一端の縁をシールしな
いように設けたことを特徴とする医療材料のための包装
体を要旨とする。
【0006】本発明においてプラスチック材料としては
ポリエステル・ポリプロピレン・ナイロン等にポリエチ
レンがラミネートされている複合材料のフィルムが好ま
しい。その様なフィルムを使用すれば製袋のときポリエ
チレン部分が融着して接着できるから便利である。プラ
スチック材料の形状はフィルムだけに限定されず、包装
体の形を保つために薄い板状であってもよい。
【0007】本発明において袋の片面をプラスチックフ
ィルムと紙とからなるということは製袋上、両者を接着
剤又は融着などで接着され繋がっていなければならな
い。本発明の紙は包装体の外部から滅菌することができ
る紙であること、すなわち、滅菌紙であることが要求さ
れる。本発明において袋の上部に存在する吊り下げ用の
穴は袋の中央に1個でもよく或いは袋の両側に付いてい
てもよい。
【0008】本発明において袋の開口部で、かつ、滅菌
紙よりも下方に互いのプラスチックフィルムを開き得る
一直線状に噛み合わされるチャックを設ける場合、開口
部全体、すなわち、袋の全幅ををこのチャックでシール
するよりも一端の縁はシールしない方が好ましい。その
理由はシールしない部分に輸液回路や血液回路の医療用
器具の末端チューブを挿入又は接続できるからである。
【0009】本発明の袋の容量は限定することはない
が、約2リットルである。但しプライミングによる排出
液をプラスチックフィルムの部分に排出され、紙に接し
ないことが好ましい。排出量が分かるように袋のプラス
チックフィルムは透明又は半透明がよい。また、プラス
チックフィルムに容量を示す目盛りを印字しておくと便
利である。
【0010】本発明包装体の使用にあたっては、先ずあ
らかじめ包装されていた医療用器具が取り出され、その
医療用器具が装置に付けられる。次に医療用器具からの
プライミングによる排出液を受けるために、空になった
包装体の開封部に輸液回路や血液回路の医療用器具の末
端チューブを挿入又は接続し、この包装体は床に置くか
装置に吊り下げる。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施形態の例を図
面に基づき説明する。図1は本発明の実施形態の一例を
示し、包装体の平面図である。1、1’は医療用器具を
包装するための袋であって、(a)図は片面を示し、
(b)図は他の面を示す。
【0012】(b)図の面に示すように、片面はプラス
チックフィルム3と滅菌紙4とからなり、(a)図に示
すように、他の面はプラスチックフィルム2のみからな
り、該袋は上部に開封部はウエルダー部6、6’で示さ
れてある。図1では吊り下げ用の穴7を2個備えてい
る。滅菌紙4は滅菌時の蒸気や気体が通過できる機能を
有し、かつ、包装袋1の上部に存在している。
【0013】包装体1を作製するには、プラスチックフ
ィルム3と滅菌紙4を予め接続しておき、これにプラス
チックフィルム2を重ね合わせ開口部のある袋とする。
これに医療用材料が詰められる。しかる後、開口部をウ
ェルダーで封じる。
【0014】図1では滅菌紙4が袋の全幅にわたり存す
るが、本発明はこの形状に限るものではない。滅菌紙4
の部分の形状がフェス(fess)紋章のように横帯状
にする他、ペイル(pale)紋章のように滅菌紙を縦
帯状にプラスチックフィルムに複合させてもよく、ラウ
ンドル(roundel)紋章のように日の丸状に滅菌
紙をプラスチックフィルムに複合させてもよい。特殊な
例として、滅菌紙に気体は通すが液体を通さない不織布
のようなものを使用してもよい。
【0015】図1(b)に示すように、吊り下げ用の穴
近辺にウェルダーで一部プラスチックフィルム2、3を
接着しその間隙に輸液回路や血液回路の医療用器具の末
端チューブを挿入又は接続することもできる。その際、
袋の開口部で、かつ、滅菌紙の下部に互いのプラスチッ
クフィルムを開き得る一直線状に噛み合わされるチャッ
ク8を設け、チャック8は上記ウェルダー部から穴7’
近くにまで延びている。このチャック8は医療材料を取
り出すときに開封し、排出液を受けるときには閉じてお
く。

【発明の効果】本発明は上記のごとき構成であるので、
本発明の包装体を用いるときは医療用材料使用時のプラ
イミングによる排出液を受けることもできるのであっ
て、プライミングの排出液を受ける容器をわざわざ準備
