【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、化粧料を充填するた
めの皿状容器に関し、特に化粧料と容器内周面との接合
性を向上させるようにした皿状容器に関する。
【0002】
【従来の技術】従来、コンパクト容器等の外装用容器内
に中皿と称せられる皿状容器を交換可能に収納し、該皿
状容器に種々の化粧料を充填して使用に供するようにす
ることは公知である。
【0003】中皿は、その内径に比して深さが小さいた
め、充填された化粧料が径方向に収縮して、容器の内周
側面から化粧料が離れて隙間が生じ、体裁が悪くなると
共に、化粧料をパフ等で取る際に化粧料が回転したり或
は脱落して来る等の問題があった。特に揮発性成分を含
む化粧料にあっては、揮発性成分の揮散による化粧料の
収縮が大きいため、容器内周側面から化粧料が分離する
現象が顕著に発生している。
【0004】このような問題点を解決するために、従来
容器内周側面や底面にリブを突出させているが、充分に
は解決することが出来なかった。
【0005】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】この発明は、充填され
た化粧料と容器内周面との密着性を高めて、化粧料の径
方向の収縮を防止し、上下方向に収縮するようにして、
化粧料が容器の内周側面から離れて来るのを防止するよ
うにせんとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決するため
に、この発明が採った手段は、揮発性成分を含む化粧料
を充填保持する上面を解放した皿状容器(1)の内周側面
に、内方に向かって突出するリブ(3)を環状に囲繞して
形成すると共に、該内周側面及び底面に矩形断面の六角
形又は不規則な連続模様(5)を形成し、充填された化粧
料(2)と容器(1)との接触面積を拡大させ、且模様断面
への化粧料の食い込み力を増大させることにより、化粧
料(2)を容器(1)の内周側面及び底面に密着させて、化
粧料の径方向への収縮を防止し、上下方向に収縮させる
ようにしたことを特徴とする。

【作用】容器の少なくとも内周側面に施された化粧料と
容器との密着力を向上させる手段により、化粧料と容器
内周側面との密着性が向上するため、充填された化粧料
の収縮は容器の深さ方向に作用し、内径方向に化粧料が
収縮するのが阻止されるため、化粧料が容器内周側面か
ら離れるのが防止される。

【発明の効果】この発明によれば、充填された化粧料が
容器の内周側面から離れて来ることがないため、体裁が
良く、しかも使用中に化粧料が容器内で回転したり或は
脱落するおそれがなくなる。

【実施例】以下に図面を参照しつつ、この発明の好まし
い実施例を詳細に説明する。図1を参照して(1)は中皿
と称せられる上面を解放した樹脂又は金属製の皿状容器
であって、化粧料(2)が充填される。皿状容器(1)の内
周側面には内方へ向って突出したリブ(3)が環状に囲繞
して形成され、底面には中心に向かって延びる筋状のリ
ブ(4)が内方へ向って突設される。かかる皿状容器(1)
は従来公知であり充填された化粧料(2)が揮発性成分の
揮発や溶媒の揮散等により乾燥し固化すると、図2に示
すように内径方向に収縮して化粧料(2)が容器(1)の内
周側面から離れて来る欠点があった。
【0010】この発明は、かかる皿状容器(1)の内周面
に化粧料(2)との密着力を向上させる手段を適用するこ
とにより、図1に示すように化粧料(2)の収縮方向を上
下方向として、化粧料(2)が容器(1)の内周側面から離
れるのを防止するようにしたことを特徴とする。
【0011】化粧料(2)の密着力を向上させる手段とし
ては、容器(1)の内周面にプレス加工等により形成した
凹凸模様、ブラスト加工等により形成した粗面、紙、布
地若しくは不織布の貼着、接着剤の塗布、凹凸を形成し
た樹脂若しくは紙等のシートの貼着、孔を穿設した樹脂
若しくは紙等のシートの貼着等、が考えられる。又容器
内周面に貼着した紙、布地、不織布、樹脂若しくは紙シ
ートの表面に更に接着剤を塗布しても良い。又これらの
手段は少なくとも容器の内周側面に適用するが、底面を
含む全内面に適用しても良いことは勿論である。
【0012】図3は、プレス加工その他方法により凹凸
模様(5)を形成した容器(1)のA部分の拡大図である。
凹凸模様(5)は好ましくは矩形断面を有する。凹凸模様
により、化粧料(2)と容器(1)との接触面積が拡大し、
且矩形断面により化粧料への喰い込力が増大する。又化
粧料も矩形断面となるため構造強度が大きくなり形状保
持力が上昇し密着力が増加する。プレス加工による凹凸
模様(5)の平面形状は特に限定されず、図8、9に示す
六角形や菱形模様その他の方形模様或は円形模様を整列
させても良いが、図10、11に示すように不規則な模
様であっても良い。凹凸模様の深さは、50〜100μ
程度が好ましい。図8、10の模様は70μの深さであ
る。
【0013】図4は、ブラスト加工等により形成した粗
面(6)の断面である。粗面(6)は、それが微小であると
密着力向上の効果が充分でないため、粒度の大きいブラ
ストを用いて荒い粗面にする。図5は紙、布地又は不織
布(7)を貼着した断面であり、充填された化粧料(2)が
紙、布地又は不織布に入り込み、繊維と結合して密着力
が大きくなる。図6は、凹凸を形成した樹脂又は紙のシ
ート(8)を貼着したものであり、図7は、孔を形成した
樹脂又は紙のシート(9)を貼着したものであり、いずれ
の場合にもプレス又はブレスト加工で形成した凹凸模様
又は粗面と同様に密着性向上効果がある。
【0014】接着剤を塗布して、容器内周面と化粧料と
の密着性を向上させることも一つの有効な手段である。
接着剤は充填される化粧料が加熱された状態であるた
め、熱で接着力が活性化されるホットメルト系の接着剤
が好しく、化粧料と化学反応をしたり、物理的変化を与
えないような材質のものが選択される。ホットメルト系
接着剤としては、例えばオレフィン系又はポリエステル
系が好適である。更に、この接着剤は単独で使用しても
良いが、前記した凹凸模様又は粗面(5)(6)、紙、布地
又は不織布(7)或はシート(8)(9)の表面に塗布し、併
用しても良い。更に又、図10に示すように紙、布地、
不織布(7)或は孔を穿孔した紙、樹脂のシート(9)を接
着剤(10)を介して、容器(1)の内周面に接着し、接着剤
(10)の一部を紙、布地、不織布(7)の表面或は孔から浸
出させて、充填された化粧料(2)と接合するようにして
も良い。
【0015】化粧料(2)は、エマルジヨンタイプ、固型
粉末タイプその他いずれの化粧料であっても良く、特に
限定されるものではない。揮発成分、例えば水や揮発性
シリコン油を含む化粧料の場合、揮発成分の揮発による
