【発明が属する技術分野】この発明は振とう機の振とう
台に敷着するシリコーンシート、詳しくはシリコーンシ
ートに粘着性を持たせて載上する試料容器の倒れや分注
プレート類のすべり動きを防止する振とう台敷着用のシ
ートに関するものである。

【従来の技術】この種のシートとしては、実公平2−3
0020号公報がある。該公報は塩化ビニール樹脂に粘
着性附与剤を混和して形成した粘着特性付のプラスチッ
クシートを振とう台上に敷着して、試料容器を粘着固定
することを記載している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、塩化ビ
ニール樹脂は環境ホルモン物質を揮発するという課題が
あるほか、耐熱性、耐薬品性、製品寿命が低く短いとい
うさまざまな課題があった。また従来のシートは嵌め止
め枠がないために、振とうの過程で特に軽量で接面積の
小さな分注プレート類はすべり動いて振とう不能になる
という課題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明はシリコーン流動
体を硬化する加工で、架橋密度を小さく、架橋部間の距
離を長くする針入度(1/10mm)において50〜1
20に硬度を低く調節してとどめることにより粘着性に
すぐれたシリコーンシートを形成し、該シリコンシート
の上面にマイクロプレート,ディープウェルプレートな
どの嵌め込み枠を設けて振とう機の振とう台に敷着する
シリコーンシートとして、かかる課題を解決するように
したのである。

【発明の実施の形態】シリコーンオイルなどのシリコー
ン流動体を硬化するために例えば、両端末・側鎖にビニ
ル基を持ったオルガノポリシロキサンをポリハイドロジ
エンシロキサンで架橋させる際に、架橋密度を小さく、
架橋部間の距離を長くして硬度を保形力を持つ程度に低
く調節することにより、粘着性が豊かに生ずることとな
る。硬度をJIS K2207に示される針入度(1/
10mm)において50〜120、望ましくは60〜1
00程度の硬さに調整するのである。針入度が50より
小さくなると粘着性がなくなり、120より大きくなる
とシートとしての保形力が失われることとなる。なお粘
着性を帯有したまま保形力を増すためにホワイトカーボ
ン等の充填剤を適量において添加することもある。また
シリコーン流動体を過酸化ベンゾイルなどを用いて加硫
するときに分子量や架橋密度を適宜調節することによっ
て粘着性を帯有した一定の硬化状態のシリコーンシート
を得ることもできる。
【0006】このようにして粘着性を豊かに有すシリコ
ーン加工体を形成し、これを一定厚且つ四角形に裁断し
て振とう台4に載着するシリコーンシート1とするので
ある。シリコーンシート1はその粘着性によって接着等
の手段を要せずして振とう台4上に取外し自在において
固着することができる。
【0007】シリコーンシート1は大、中、小の各種に
て形成するほか、図2に示すように上面に嵌め挟み枠2
を設けて図3に示すように試料液分注用のマイクロプレ
ート3a、ディープウェルプレート3bなど、軽量で且
つシートへの接面積の小さな試料容器の下部を嵌め挟み
止めてすべり動きを防止するようにするのである。図4
は半分の大きさに形成したシリコーンシート1を振とう
台4の一半に敷着し、振とう台4の他半に分注プレート
類を2個並載するように形成した嵌め挟み枠2付のシー
ト1を敷着して、振とう台4上を効率よく利用した例を
示している。
【0008】このシリコーンシート1は低温から高温ま
でほとんど差のない粘着性を発揮するので、振とう試験
のあらゆる温度条件下において試料容器を確実に固定し
続け、約200度迄の高温においても劣化しない耐熱性
に優れ、また試験に使用される多くの化学品に対する耐
薬品性を備えている。粘着性は経時による低下がなく、
埃の付着などで汚損したときも水洗いすることにより当
初の状態に復帰させることができる。

【発明の効果】本発明は以上のようにして、無害のシリ
コーンにて振とう台に敷着するシートを形成したので、
安全な環境下で試料液類を無害,衛生裡に振とうすると
いう効果を生ずる。
【0010】シートの粘着性によって、載上する試料容
器を置くだけの作業で倒れやすべり動きを防止する効果
を生ずる。
【0011】シートに嵌め挟み枠を設けたので、分注プ
レート等の軽量で接面積の小さな容器類のすべり動きを
