Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a frame such as a sash frame or a door frame to be mounted on an opening of a wall. When a sash frame is attached to an opening of an existing outer wall at the time of renovation of a window, a frame material is attached to the opening of the existing outer wall, and a frame material for makeup is attached to an outer periphery of the frame material to make a frame. The space between the seal receiving portion of the material and the wall is sealed with a seal material. [0003] However, since the thickness of the existing outer wall is different depending on the building, if the wall is thin, the distance between the seal receiving portion of the frame material and the wall becomes large. This makes the sealing operation difficult, and when the wall is thick, it cannot be mounted. Therefore, there is a disadvantage that frame materials having different dimensions must be prepared. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a frame that can be mounted without preparing different kinds of frame materials and that can be easily mounted. According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a frame material attached to an opening of an existing outer wall , and a frame material attached to the outer periphery of the frame material, wherein the frame material is provided at the opening of the existing outer wall. Trimming the edges
The frame material is provided with at least two seal receiving portions arranged in series in the expected direction, and the seal receiving portion is provided so as to be separated by a thin portion and any one is provided. It is selectable, and a seal is provided between the selected seal receiving portion and the outer wall surface of the existing outer wall . [0005] The invention described in claim 1, when mounting the frame member to the frame, because the thicker the existing outer wall of the building, the distance between one seal receiving portion and the existing outer wall of the sealing member If it is not enough to intervene, one seal receiving portion is cut off from the thin portion, and sealing is performed by interposing a sealing material between the seal receiving portion of the frame material and the existing outer wall . If the distance between one of the seal receiving portions and the existing outer wall is an appropriate distance for interposing the sealing material, the seal receiving portion and the existing outer wall are kept as they are without separating the seal receiving portion from the thin portion. And sealing with a sealing material interposed therebetween. Therefore, the operator can easily adjust the distance between the seal receiving portion and the existing outer wall at the installation site of the frame, so that there is no need to prepare frame materials of different types having different expected dimensions in advance. Furthermore, since the frame material is used,
It is not necessary to apply mortar to the gap around the opening, and only the seal between the seal receiving portion and the existing outer wall is required, and the work of mounting the frame is easy. At the time of window renovation, it is only necessary to cut the opening of the existing outer wall , and it is not necessary to apply mortar coating to the gap around the opening, so that the period for renovation can be shortened . Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the frame 1 according to the present embodiment is a sash frame, and the frame 1 is attached to the opening 4 of the wall 2. The frame 1 includes a frame member 9 composed of an upper frame 3, a lower frame 5 and left and right vertical frames 7, an engaging member 11 attached to the outer periphery of the upper frame 3 and the left and right vertical frames 7, And a frame member 13 fitted to the member 11. Since the left vertical frame side and the right rigid frame side have the same configuration, only the cross section of one vertical frame side will be described with reference to FIG. 2 in the description of the present embodiment. The engaging member 11 is formed to have a substantially L-shaped cross section, and one side 15 of the L-shape is screw-fixed to the frame 16 together with the mounting piece 17 of the frame member 9. The attachment piece 1 of the frame member 9 is provided on one side 15 of the engagement member 11.
A butyl tape 18 is previously applied to the surface on the 7th side to ensure watertightness with the frame 16. On the other side of the engaging member 11, an engaging portion 19 and an abutting portion 21 are formed at positions facing each other with an interval therebetween. Are engaged with each other. The engaging portion 19 is opened obliquely with respect to the contact portion 21 so that the locking piece 23 can be easily introduced. The inserted locking piece 23 is fixed to the recess 19 a of the engaging portion 19 by fitting the projection 23 a of the locking piece 23. Frame material 1
3 has the above-mentioned locking piece 23 protruding from the inside thereof, and is engaged with the engaging member 11. This frame material 13
Is provided with a first seal receiving portion 27 and a second seal receiving portion 25 on the outer peripheral side thereof.
7 are arranged in series in the expected direction, and the second seal receiving portion 25 and the first seal receiving portion 27 are detachably connected by a thin portion 29. In the mounted state of the frame 1 shown in FIG.
While the first seal receiving portion 27 is still connected to the first
A bucker 31 and a sealing material 33 are interposed between the seal receiving portion 27 and the outer wall surface 2a. When the first seal receiving portion 27 is separated from the thin portion 29, the second seal receiving portion 25 and the outer wall surface 2b are cut off as shown by a dashed line in the drawing.
Similarly, a bucker 31 and a sealing material 33 are interposed. The thin portion 29 connects the second seal receiving portion 25 and the first seal receiving portion 27 in a detachable manner. In the present embodiment, the thin portion 29 is a V-shaped groove formed in the mold. Since the groove is formed to reduce the thickness, the first seal receiving portion 27 can be easily removed from the thin portion 29 by bending the first seal receiving portion 27. Moreover, since only the groove is formed in the frame member 13, the configuration of the thin portion 29 is simple. On the lower frame 5, a draining piece 37 is fixed to a mounting piece 35 extending downward. The draining piece 37 is screwed to the frame 16 together with the mounting piece 35 of the lower frame 5.
The draining piece 37 is attached to the back of the mounting piece 35 with the adhesive tape 3.
9 is attached to the back surface of the mounting piece 37 of the lower frame 5 in advance, and is attached to the frame 16 together with the lower frame 5. Next, a method of constructing the frame 1 according to the present embodiment will be described. In this embodiment, when renovating windows,
The existing frame is removed and a new frame 1 is attached. First, the existing frame is removed from the existing outer wall, and the periphery of the opening 4 of the wall 2 is cut and expanded. Next, as shown in FIG. 3A, the engaging member 1 is attached to the outer periphery of the upper frame 3 and the vertical frame 7 of the frame member 9.
Attach 1 everywhere. Since the double-sided tape is previously attached to the back surface of the engaging member 11, the upper frame 3 and the vertical frame 7
Can be easily attached to the outer periphery of Also, the drainer 37 is attached to the lower frame 5. The drain piece 37 is attached to the back surface of the mounting piece 35 of the lower frame 5 with an adhesive tape 39. The frame member 9 with the engaging member 11 and the water drainage piece 37 attached thereto is fitted into the opening 4 of the wall 2, and the attachment piece 17 of the frame material 9 is fixed to the frame 16 by screws. Next, as shown in FIG. 3B, a seal material 33 is filled between the frame 9 fixed to the frame 16 and the wall 2, and water is stopped. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 3C, the frame members 13 provided corresponding to the upper frame 3 and the vertical frame 7 are attached to the engaging members 11 by engaging them. As shown in FIG. 1, the attachment is performed by the engagement portion 19 of the engagement member 11.
The projections 23a of the locking pieces 23 of the frame material 13 are fitted into the recesses 19, and the locking pieces 23 are brought into contact with the contact pieces 21. Therefore, the frame member 13 can be easily attached. In a state where the frame member 13 is attached, the first seal receiving portion 27 in the expected direction of the outer periphery of the frame member 13 forms a space between the first seal receiving portion 27 and the outer wall surface 2 a of the wall 2. On the other hand, when the frame material 13 is attached, the thickness of the wall 2 is large.
When there is almost no space between the first seal receiving portion 2 and the outer wall surface 2b to receive the seal 33,
7 is bent from the thin portion 29 to remove one seal receiving portion 27. This removal can be easily performed on site according to the thickness of the wall 2. Therefore, workability is good. Next, the first seal receiving portion 27 of the frame material 13 or the second
After packing the bucker 31 between the seal receiving portion 25 and the seal receiving portion 25, the sealing material 33 is filled. In the present embodiment, the frame material 13
Since it is configured to cover the gap between the frame member 9 and the outer wall surface 2a or 2b and the mounting piece 17 of the frame member, there is no need to apply mortar coating around the frame member 9 and then re-coat. The construction is easy and the design is improved (good appearance). Further, the frame material 13 is formed around the frame material 9 by the sealing material 3.
Attachment is made after the water stopping operation of sealing with 3, and then the space between the frame material 13 and the outer wall surface 2a is sealed with the backer 31 and the sealing material 33. Since the double seal is used in this manner, sufficient water stoppage can be achieved. The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment,
Various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, the first and second seal receivers 2
The configuration is not limited to the provision of two of 5, 27, but may be a configuration of connecting by thin portions 29 such as three or four. Furthermore, the cross section of the thin portion 29 is not limited to a V-shaped groove, and the cross section may be an arc shape or the like, and the shape is not limited. In addition, the thin part 29 is limited to being separated by bending.
Not done. The frame material 13 is not limited to being provided only on the upper frame 3 and the vertical frame 7, but may be provided on the lower frame 5 and attached to the entire four circumferences of the frame material 9. The frame member 13 includes the engaging member 1.
1 is not limited to being attached to the frame member 9,
May be directly fixed to the frame member 9 without providing the same. The frame body 1 is not limited to a sash frame, and is not particularly limited as long as it is attached to an opening in a wall such as a door frame. According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the frame material is attached to the frame, the seal receiving portion can be separated from the thin portion according to the thickness of the existing outer wall of the building. Because of the configuration, the seal receiving part and the existing outer wall are
Since it easily adjust the distance between, it is not necessary to prepare a plurality of frame members which have different seal receiving portion prospective dimensions.
Further, even if the thickness of the existing outer wall is changed, the sealing operation can be easily performed and the sealing interval can be set to an appropriate interval for sealing, so that the watertightness can be improved. Since it is not necessary to apply mortar to the gap around the opening, the work of mounting the frame is easy, and the finish is better and the appearance is better .
No. At the time of window remodeling, since the frame material has the seal receiving portion, the sealing work is easy, and the remodeling work can be easily performed. In addition, only the opening of the existing wall is cut, and it is not necessary to apply mortar coating around the opening after the frame material is attached, so that the work can be finished in a short construction period .
