【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、方向性を有するキャッ
プを装着した位置決めキャップ付容器に関するものであ
り、詳しくは、キャップの容器本体に対する位置決めが
正確な位置決めキャップ付容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来、注出ノズルを有するノズルキャッ
プやキャップ本体に小蓋がヒンジで接合しているヒンジ
キャップなどの方向性を有するキャップを使用する場合
には、容器の仕様や使用目的によって、装着するキャッ
プの注出方向を位置決めする必要がある。このキャップ
を位置決めする方法としては、従来から多くの発明や考
案がなされてきているが、代表的なものとして、例えば
実公平6−17725号公報で開示された方法がある。
この方法は、相互のネジ部で螺合する容器本体とキャッ
プとからなる容器において、図2に示すように、容器本
体(110)の口頚部(111)のネジ部(113)と
上端面(112)との間に、容器の中心縦方向の軸(1

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、実公平
6−17725号公報による方法は、容器本体のリング
状平面部とキャップのリング状平面部とを衝合してキャ
ップを位置決めするものであるが、衝合が面と面とによ
るため、位置決め位置が不正確になることがあった。
【0004】本発明は、上述の従来の問題を解決したも
のであり、キャップを容器本体に対して正確に位置決め
可能な位置決めキャップ付容器を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、相互のネジ部
で螺合する容器本体とキャップとからなる容器におい
て、図1に示すように、前記容器本体(110)の口頚
部(111)外面のネジ部(113)と上端面(11

設け、且つ前記リング状平面部(114)とネジ部(1

熱可塑性樹脂を用い、射出成形法により成形し、キャッ
プの側壁内面に形成するリング状平面部は、容器本体の
口頚部に装着し位置決めされたとき、容器本体の口頚部
の上端面が、キャップの天板内面に当接しない位置に形
成する。

ロピレンなどのポリオレフィンや、ポリエチレンテレフ
タレートなどのポリエステルや、アクリル樹脂などの熱
可塑性樹脂を用い、ブロー成形法、2軸延伸ブロー成形
法、射出ブロー成形法などにより成形し、容器本体の口
径部に形成するリング状平面部は、キャップが装着され
位置決めするとき、キャップの側壁内面に形成されたリ
ング状平面部と衝合する位置に形成する。

のリング状平面部とを、つまり面と面とを衝合させて位
置決めを行ったが、本発明の位置決めキャップ付容器に
おいては、さらに、垂直面の容器本体の位置決め部とキ
ャップの垂直面をもつ位置決め突起とを当接させて位置
決めするため、位置決めする位置がより正確となる。
