[0002] Hitherto, filter devices having antibacterial properties are known. For example, JP-A-4-150815, JP-A-4-364102, and JP-A-7-14426 are examples. [0003] However, in these prior arts, the filter medium itself is made to have antibacterial properties, and when the filter medium reaches the end of its life, it has to be replaced. There is a drawback that the running cost is high because the filter media is discarded after a short use. That is, JP-A-4-150
In No. 815, a heavy metal capable of preventing the growth of bacteria is mixed in a filter provided in a circulation path of bath water, and the filter medium must be discarded at the time of replacement. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-364102 discloses a coating agent capable of preventing fungi and microorganisms from being controlled and propagated. Japanese Utility Model Application No. Hei 7-14426 discloses a granular ceramic filter medium coated with an antibacterial film. These are also discarded at the end of their life. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0004] The present invention has solved the above-mentioned conventional disadvantages. The gist of the present invention is to attach or contain an antibacterial material to a support of a filter medium. At the same time, a filter medium such as a filter cloth is attached to and supported by the support. [0005] That is, an antibacterial material is provided close to a filter material that is consumed in a short period of time due to clogging or microbial slime adhesion. Microbial slime or the like is generated in the filter material. And keep the life of the filter medium long,
The antibacterial material can be used semipermanently. Examples of the support to which the antibacterial material is added include a filter plate for supporting a filter cloth of a filter press, a filter tube made of ceramic, and the like. The filter can be used semi-permanently by embedding it in a filter tube. In the case of a ceramic filter tube, an antibacterial material in the form of a wire is wound around the filter tube. In this case, the antibacterial material can be easily updated. In any of the above cases, the filter medium can be prevented from being clogged by microbial slime or the like by the antibacterial material and the life of the filter medium can be prolonged. Therefore, the operation cost can be greatly reduced, including the time and labor required for maintenance such as replacement of a conventional filter medium. Less than,
The present invention will be specifically described based on the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an example in which an antibacterial material is added to a filter plate 1 of a filter press. In the illustrated example, a projection 1b provided on a filtration bed 1a is provided with a wire-shaped antibacterial material 2a. (Silver, copper, etc.) are buried. In this filter plate 1, the filter medium 3 is a filter cloth, which is provided close to the antibacterial material 2 as shown by a dashed line in FIG. 2. In the filter plate 1 shown in FIG. 3, the antibacterial material 2 is formed into a small piece and is embedded in the projection 1b. Next, in FIG. 4, the wire-shaped antibacterial material 2 is wound around a porous filter tube 4 made of ceramic, and a filter cloth 3 is wound around the outer periphery of the filter tube 4. This filter tube 4
Is immersed in the undiluted solution to be filtered, and the filtrate is taken out from the central hollow portion through the filter cloth 3 and the filter tube 4. FIG. 5 shows a case in which the antibacterial material 2 is applied to a filter device of another type of filter. The filter plate shown in FIGS. These are arranged in a stretched manner, and are used by disposing them around a central axis 6 in a disk shape. The filter plate configured as described above is immersed in a stock solution tank, and collects the filtrate filtered by the filter cloth on the central shaft 6 to take out. The antibacterial material 2 is located on the back side of the filter medium and is arranged close to the filter medium. As described above, in any of the cases shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, the antibacterial material 2 is embedded in or attached to a member for supporting the filter medium without being integrally attached to the filter medium with heavy consumption. It is possible to prevent the generation of microbial slime and the like on the surface of the filter medium in close proximity and to maintain the life of the filter medium for a long time. Then, the antibacterial material 2 embedded in the filter plate 1
Can be used semi-permanently, and when it is wound around a filter tube 4 as shown in FIG. 4, the filter medium can be used for a long time if only the antibacterial material 2 is replaced. However, the running cost is extremely low as compared with the case where the conventional filter media is disposed and discarded. In particular, as shown in FIG. 4, in a filter device in which a filter cloth 3 and a ceramic filter tube 4 are used as filter media in a stacked manner, when microbial slime or the like is generated and propagated between these filter media, the filter media is regenerated. Although it was difficult to discard these filter media, the use of the antibacterial material 2 according to the generation not only prevents the generation of microorganisms and the like, but also allows the antibacterial material 2 itself to be easily renewed. As described above, in the filter device having antibacterial properties according to the present invention, since the antibacterial material is provided separately from the filter material, microbial slime and the like are generated in the filter material portion, and the filter material has an eye. It can prevent the clogging etc. and keep the life of the filter medium long, and the antibacterial material itself can be easily renewed. It is inexpensive as well as cost, and the benefits obtained from using the filter device are significant.
