血小板凝集作用を持ち、血栓形成にも関与する。肝硬変
や動脈硬化にもコラーゲンが関与することが示唆されて
いる。構造蛋白としての性質を生かして人工皮膚に応用
する研究がなされている。 【0005】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の目的は、皮膚
に適用して安全であると共に、皮膚の成分の一つである
コラーゲンの合成を活発にし、皮膚のシワやタルミを予
防する化粧品の成分を提供することである。 【0006】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明者らは、皮膚のシ
ワやタルミを予防する有効な成分を探索するため、既に
食用にされ、安全性が確認されている植物について調査
しているうちに、菱実の溶媒抽出物に非常にシワやタル
ミを予防する効果があることを見いだして本発明を完成
した。 【0007】すなわち、本発明は、菱実の溶媒抽出物を
含むコラーゲン合成促進剤である。 【0008】菱実の利用方法としては、親水性有機溶媒

る製造例を記載し、更にこの製造例による実施例を記載
