As shown in detail in FIG. 7, the vertical portion horizontal protruding members 15 fixed to the operation rod vertical portion 11 and the vertical portion connecting plate 16 integrally fixed to each vertical portion rotating panel 7 are connected by a connecting pin 17. They are connected so that they can rotate relative to each other. Let R be the radius of gyration of the vertical rotation panel 7 (the radius of gyration at the position of the connecting pin 17). Therefore, the operation rod vertical portion 11 and the five vertical portion rotation panels 7 constitute a parallel link mechanism, and when the operation rod 10 is moved up and down, each vertical portion rotation panel 7 is moved.
Rotates about the vertical rotation center axis 6 while maintaining parallelism (that is, at equal angles). Also, the operating stick ninja section 1
The connection pin 21 is fixed to the tip of the horizontal projection member 20 of the shin part fixed to 2, while the elongated hole 23 is formed in the sine part connection plate 22 fixed to the rotation panel 9 of the shin part, and the operation bar ninja part 12 side Of the connecting pin 21 is slidably engaged with the elongated hole 23 on the side of the shingle rotation panel 9. Then, the ninja connection plate 22 when the ninja rotation panel 9 is horizontal
The position of the connecting pin 21 on the long hole 23 (the position of the connecting pin 21 in the state of FIGS. 8 and 10), that is, the initial engaging position of the connecting pin is the substantial turning radius r of the shining part rotating panel 9. Therefore, the substantial rotation radius r is set to be smaller than the rotation radius R of the vertical rotation panel 7. In this case, by appropriately setting the mutual relation, the rotation angle 90 of the vertical rotation panel 7
The rotation angle of the Shinobi rotation panel 9 is 120 ° with respect to °
(= 90 ° + 30 °). In this embodiment, the vertical rotation panel 7 in the windproof and snowproof state is vertical (that is, the rotation angle γ = 90 ° of the vertical rotation panel 7).

When rotating by ° (γ = 90 °), the Shinobi rotation panel 9 becomes 1
Explaining the principle of rotating by 20 ° (γ + α = 120 ° (sneak angle α = 30 °)) and the procedure for setting in such a manner, O 2 in FIG.
The rotation center (rotation center axis 8), P 2 (p 2 ) is the position of the connecting portion between the ninja rotation panel 9 and the operating rod sneaker 12 when the ninja rotation panel 9 is in the horizontal open state. Is. That is, P 2 is the position of the connecting pin 21 fixed to the tip of the horizontal protruding member 20 of the operating rod shining part 12, and p 2 is the initial engaging of the connecting pin on the elongated hole 23 of the connecting plate 22 of the shining part rotating panel 9. The position. That is, the line segment connecting the connecting pin initial engagement position p 2 and O 2 is the substantial turning radius r of the shining part rotating panel 9. O 1 is the Shinobi rotation panel 9
It is the rotation center (rotation center axis 6) of the vertical part rotation panel 7 corresponding to the rotation center O 2 of. That is, when the operation rod 10 is pushed down and the vertical rotation panel 7 is rotated by 90 ° with the radius R of rotation, the operation rod shining portion 1 of the operation rod 10 which moves in parallel is moved.
The connecting pin P 2 (21) on the second side has an arc locus having the same shape as the 90 ° arc locus of the vertical rotation panel 7 (90 ° about the rotation center O 1 from P2 to P2 ′ in FIG. 11). Draw an arc locus) A and move. The distance of the elongated hole 23 of the connecting plate 21 in the sneaker rotation panel 9 from the sneaker rotation panel center line C is h. When this h is determined, the substantial radius of rotation r for rotating the sneaker rotation panel 9 by 120 ° with respect to the rotation angle 90 ° of the vertical rotation panel 7 is determined. The connecting pin initial engagement position p 2 of the sneaker rotation panel 9 rotates about the rotation center O 2 along an arc locus B having a substantial rotation radius r. At this time, the locus (arc locus A) of the connecting pin P 2 on the side of the operating rod sneaker 12 in the connecting portion between the sneal portion rotating panel 9 and the operating rod sneaker 12 and the substantial turning radius point on the side of the shining portion rotary panel 9 The locus on the p 2 side (arc locus B)
Although different trajectories are drawn as shown in the figure, the difference in the trajectories is absorbed by the connecting pin / oblong hole connection by relative sliding engagement between the connecting pin 21 and the elongated hole 23. The actual rotation radius r of the shining part rotation panel 9 is smaller than the rotation radius R of the vertical part rotation panel 7, and the shining part rotation panel 9 is 9 of the vertical part rotation panel 7.
Rotation angle 120 ° (90 ° +
Rotate 30 °).

Further, in the wind and snow fence 1 of the embodiment, the rotation panels 7 and 9 in the wind and snow protection state are parallel to the support columns 2 and the fence surface is closed (a gap between the upper and lower rotation panels is ignored). It is also conceivable that the panels 7 and 9 are slightly tilted with respect to the support columns 2 so that the wind passes through the fence surface (passes through a rather large gap between the upper and lower rotating panels 7 and 9). That is, the wind and snow fence 1 of the embodiment
Then, the rotation angle γ of the vertical rotation panel 7 is set to, for example, 60 ° instead of 90 °. In addition, in the embodiment, when the operating rod 10 is lowered, the rotary panels 7 and 9 rotate in the closing direction, but when the operating rod 10 is raised, the rotary panels 7 and 9 rotate in the closing direction. The reverse configuration is also possible. Further, although the windbreak / snow fence 1 of the present invention is mainly used as a snow fence, its snow-preventing action is also based on the wind-preventing action, so that it can be applied not only for the purpose of preventing snow but also for the purpose of simply preventing wind. .

It is configured to open and close, and further, the operation rod vertical part and a plurality of vertical part rotation panels are pin-connected so as to form a parallel link mechanism, and the operation rod sneak part and the sneak part rotation panel are connected on one side. The pin is connected so as to slidably engage with the elongated hole on the other side, and the substantial rotation radius r of the shin part rotation panel in the connection pin / oblong hole connection is made smaller than the rotation radius R of the vertical part rotation panel. Since the rotation angle γ of the vertical rotation panel is set so that the rotation angle of the sneaker rotation panel is (γ + stalk angle α), the following effects are achieved. The Shinobi panel is also composed of a rotating panel, further improving visibility when the wind and snow protection function is not used. Since the rotating panel of the vertical portion and the rotating panel of the shining portion are opened and closed by the same operating rod, only one opening / closing operation mechanism is required, the structure is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is low. In addition, opening and closing work is easy and workability is good. Further, the shinobi part is usually installed on a windproof and snow fence with a high fence, but since the opening and closing operation of the rotating panel of the ninja part can be operated at a low position, the opening and closing work can be facilitated in that respect as well.

According to No. 4, since the operating rod retainer reinforces the operating rod in the windproof and snowproof state, the operating rod itself can be lightened and the operability is good.
