Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、回路基板へのリー
ド線固定構造に関し、特に、リード線を回路基板に固定
する作業が容易で且つ強固に固定できる回路基板へのリ
ード線固定構造に関する。
【従来の技術】従来、リード線を回路基板に固定するに
は、ワイヤー等の別部材でリード線を縛って回路基板に
固定していた。
【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところが、上記のよう
に、ワイヤー等の別部材でリード線を縛る作業を必要と
するために、作業効率が悪く、且つワイヤー等の別部材
を必要としていたために、コスト高になるという問題が
あった。本発明は、上記従来の問題を解消し、回路基板
へのリード線の固定作業を容易に行うことができて作業
効率をアップすることができ、且つワイヤー等の別部材
を必要とせずにコストダウンを図ることができる回路基
板へのリード線固定構造を提供することを目的としてい
る。
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、上記目的を達
成するために提案されたものであって、請求項1に記載
の発明は、回路基板に貫通溝を形成し、この貫通溝に固
定用平板材の脚部を挿入して係止することによって、リ
ード線を上記固定用平板材で押さえて回路基板へ固定す
るようにし、上記固定用平板材は、その下部両端に一対
の脚部が設けられ、この一対の脚部の下端部に略L字形
に屈曲された係止部が形成され、上記回路基板の貫通溝
は、両端に一対の係止用貫通溝部を有する平面視コ字形
に形成されており、リード線を固定するための上記固定
用平板材の一対の脚部を、上記貫通溝に挿入して上記一
対の係止用貫通溝部に向けてスライド移動することによ
って、上記一対の脚部の係止部を回路基板の下面に係止
して抜け止め固定するようにし、上記回路基板の下方
に、回路基板の貫通溝に挿入された固定用平板材の脚部
の下端部を嵌合固定するためのフック部を有するシャー
シを配設し、上記シャーシは合成樹脂で形成され、上記
フック部は、シャーシ本体に一体成形によって形成され
ていることを特徴としている。
【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明に係る回路基板への
リード線固定構造の実施の形態について、図とともに説
明する。図1は本発明に係る回路基板へのリード線固定
構造の分解斜視図、図2は回路基板へリード線を固定し
た状態を示す斜視図、図3はリード線を回路基板に固定
する固定用平板材の脚部をシャーシのフック部で嵌合固
定した状態を示す縦断面図である。本実施形態の回路基
板へのリード線固定構造では、図1,図2に示すよう
に、回路基板1に貫通溝1aを形成し、この貫通溝1a
に固定用平板材2の左右一対の脚部2a,2aを挿入し
て係止することによって、リード線3を固定用平板材2
で押さえて回路基板1へ固定するようにしている。更
に、固定用平板材2は、その下部両端に一対の脚部2
a,2aが設けられ、この一対の脚部2a,2aの下端
部に略L字形に屈曲された係止部2b,2bがそれぞれ
が形成されており、一対の脚部2a,2aの間は、上側
に向けて略三角形状に切り落とした押さえ部2cとなっ
ている。また、回路基板1の貫通溝1aは、両端に一対
の係止用貫通溝部1b,1bを有する平面視コ字形に形
成されている。上記のように形成された固定用平板材2
を用いて、リード線3を回路基板1に固定するには、端
部3a,3aを回路基板2の回路パターン(図示略)に
半田付け4,4で固着されているリード線3を固定する
ための固定用平板材2の左右一対の脚部2a,2aを、
貫通溝1aの長孔部1cに挿入してから一対の係止用貫
通溝部1b,1bに向けてスライド移動する。これによ
って、一対の脚部2a,2aの係止部2b,2bが回路
基板1の下面に係止して抜け止め固定され、この固定用
平板材2の押さえ部2cでリード線3が押さえられて回
路基板1に強固に固定される。このように、固定用平板
材2でリード線3を回路基板1に固定できるので、ワイ
ヤー等でリード線3を縛る作業を必要とせず、回路基板
1へのリード線3の固定作業を容易に行うことができて
作業効率をアップすることができる。また、固定用平板
材2は回路基板1の余剰分で製作することができるの
で、ワイヤー等の別部材を必要とせずにコストダウンを
図ることができる。また、図3に示すように、回路基板
1の貫通溝1aの一対の係止用貫通溝部1b,1bに、
固定用平板材2の一対の脚部2a,2aの係止部2b,
2bを挿入係止した後に、この一対の脚部2a,2aの
係止部2b,2bを、シャーシ5に形成した爪形状のフ
ック部5a,5aに嵌合固定してもよい。これにより、
固定用平板材2の一対の脚部2a,2aの係止部2b,
2bを強固に固定できて、固定用平板材2が回路基板1
に対して外れることがなく、この固定用平板材2で、リ
ード線3を回路基板に確実に固定することができる。シ
ャーシ5は合成樹脂で形成し、フック部5a,5aをシ
ャーシ本体5bに一体成形によって形成するとよい。
【発明の効果】以上説明したように、請求項1に記載の
発明によれば、回路基板に貫通溝を形成し、この貫通溝
に固定用平板材の脚部を挿入して係止することによっ
て、リード線を上記固定用平板材で押さえて回路基板へ
固定するようにしたので、回路基板へのリード線の固定
作業を容易に行うことができて作業効率をアップするこ
とができる。また、固定用平板材を回路基板の余剰分で
製作することによって、ワイヤー等の別部材を必要とせ
ずにコストダウンを図ることができる。更に、回路基板
の貫通溝の一対の係止用貫通溝に、固定用平板材の一対
の脚部の係止部をスライド移動して、一対の脚部の係止
部を回路基板の下面に係止することによって、固定用平
板材を回路基板に対して抜け止め固定できるので、この
固定用平板材によるリード線の回路基板への固定状態を
強固なものとすることができる。また、回路基板の貫通
溝に挿入された固定用平板材の下端部をシャーシのフッ
ク部で嵌合固定することによって、固定用平板材をより
強固に抜け止め固定することができて、この固定用平板
材によるリード線の回路基板への固定状態をより確実に
保持できる。しかも、シャーシを合成樹脂で形成し、フ
ック部をシャーシ本体に一体成形によって形成すること
によって、フック部を設けるための余分な部材を必要と
せず、且つフック部とシャーシ本体とが一体であるの
で、フック部の強度を強くすることができ、このフック
部によって、固定用平板材の脚部の下端部を強固に嵌合
