【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、蒸気タービンの排気
室へ蒸気を導くガイドコーンのドレン受け関する。

【従来の技術】蒸気タービンに流入した蒸気は次第に圧
力を減じながら排気室へ導かれる。排気室の入口内径側
にタービンの回転翼に対向してガイドコーンが取り付け
られている。図2(A)は従来のガイドコーンの一部断
面正面図、(B)は(A)のB−B断面図である。図2
において、ガイドコーンは、垂直に向かい合って配置さ
れた環状の外側面板2と内側面板3と、外側面板2と内
側面板3の外周を被う外側リング1と、外側面板2と内
側面板3にまたがり外側リング内に放射状に配置された
複数のリブ4と、外側リング1の内側面板3との結合部
付近に沿って削られたスリット5と、外側リング1の底
部に穿たれた穴6とから構成されている。外側面板2は
排気室のケーシングに取り付けられ、内側面板3はロー
タの回転翼に対向している。蒸気は内側面板3から外側
面板2へ向かう方向に流れる。その際ドレンは外側リン
グ1のスリット5から外側リング内面を伝って外側リン
グ1の底部の穴6から復水器へ導くように構成されてい
た。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、従来のガイド
コーンの構造では、スリット5から流入したドレンが落
下してロータに接触し、ロータに取り付けられている低
圧翼、グランドパッキン等に触れて摩擦を起こし、これ
らを損傷する恐れがある。
【0004】この発明は、ガイドコーンのスリットから
流入するドレンをスムースにかつ確実に復水器へ導くよ
うにしたドレン受装置を提供するこことを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】蒸気タービンの排気室入
口の内径側に位置し、垂直に向かい合って配置された環
状の外側面板と内側面板と、この外側面板と内側面板の
外周を被う外側リングと、前記外側リング内に放射状に
配置された複数のリブと、前記外側リングの前記内側面
板との結合部付近に沿って削られたスリットと、前記外
側リングの底部に穿たれた穴とを備え、排気蒸気を排気
室へ案内するガイドコーンにおいて、前記内側面板の前
記外側面板に対向する面に直角に固定された筒状の内側
リングと、一端を前記外側リングの内面に垂直に取り付
けられ他端を前記内側リングと直角に取り付けられた環
状の垂直フランジとを設けたことによって上記目的を達
成する。

【作用】この発明においては、ガイドコーンのスリット
から流れ込んだドレンは、内側面板と内側リングと垂直
フランジからなる環状の空間を通ってガイドコーンの下
側へ導かれ、外側リングの底部に穿たれた穴から復水器
へ排出される。

【実施例】図1(A)はこの発明の実施例によるドレン
受装置を備えたガイドコーンの一部断面正面図、(B)
は(A)のB−B断面図である。図1(A),(B)に
おいて、図2(A),(B)と同じ部位は同じ符号を付
し説明を省略する。この発明においては、内側面板3の
外側面板2に対向する面直角に溶接された筒状の内側リ
ング7と、一端を外側リング1の内面に垂直に溶接され
他端を内側リング7と直角に溶接された環状の垂直フラ
ンジ8とを設けた。外側リング1の底部を貫通する穴6
は垂直フランジ8と内側面板3との間に位置している。
ロータの低圧翼から排出された蒸気はガイドコーンに導
かれ排気室へ向かって流れる。外側リング1の外周を伝
わったドレンは、外側リング1の内側面板3との結合部
付近に沿って削られたスリット5から内側リング7の外
周へ流れ、さらに内側面板3と内側リング7と垂直フラ
ンジ8からなる環状の空間を通ってガイドコーンの底へ
流れ外側リング1の穴6から復水器へ導かれる。この発
明によればドレンは外側リング1の内面からロータへ落
ちることはなくなる。

【発明の効果】この発明によれば、ガイドコーンの外側
リングの入口側に削られたスリットと、内側リングと垂
直フランジを設け、外側リングを伝ったドレンはスリッ
トから内側リングの周りを流れて底部へ達し、さらに外
側リングの底部の穴を通って復水器へ導かれる。そのた
めドレンが低圧翼,グランドパッキン等に触れてこれら
を損傷することはない。また、垂直フランジを設けたこ
