の分配管を構成する両先端部はリム通水路29側に差し
込んだ状態でその本体部は便器本体27の給水開口部3
0に載置されている。洗浄タンク25はその排水口31
を給水開口部30の上方から洗浄水分配器26の中央給
水部32を内挿して差し込まれ、洗浄タンク25の両端
に設けた密結ボルト33が給水開口部30の両縁部に形
成されたボルト挿通孔34,34に挿通して取り付けら
れている。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、この種の洗浄
水分配器を用いた洗浄水分配器方式の便器では、洗浄水
分配器は、上記したように便器本体の給水開口部内にお
いて何の固定ないし連結をしない状態で置かれ、その上
方から洗浄タンクの排水口を洗浄水分配器の中央給水部
に差し込むとともに密結ボルトを便器本体に形成されて
いるボルト挿通孔に挿通して取り付けられるので、給水
開口部内で洗浄水分配器が載置される位置は幅方向及び
高さ方向に一定でなく所定位置に位置決めされていな
い。このため、製品によっては、洗浄水分配器の設置位
置が適正位置に載置されない、いわゆる位置ずれが生じ
て洗浄タンクの排水口との間の接続部分に漏水が発生し
て、リム通水が効率よく行えないという問題があった。
また、このような問題が発生したときの修理は、トイレ
室の狭い場所で行わねばならず、施工しにくい作業でも
あった。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明にかかる請求項1
記載の洗浄水分配器を備えた便器は、洗浄タンクと便器
本体を連結して構成され、前記洗浄タンクから便器本体
へ洗浄水を給水するにあって2方向に分配給水させる洗
浄水分配器を前記便器本体の給水開口部内に備え、該洗
浄水分配器の中央給水部に前記洗浄タンクの排水口が装
着される構造の便器において、前記洗浄水分配器の中央
給水部の下部形状が給水開口部内の所定の内周面に接し
て装着されるべく形状になされていると共に、給水開口
部の下部形状と同じ形状になされているものである。 【0005】 【0006】 【作用】本発明によると、洗浄水分配器の中央給水部の
下部形状が、便器本体の給水開口部内の所定の内周面に
接して装着されるので、洗浄水分配器を給水開口部に装
着するだけで洗浄水分配器を洗浄タンクの排水口との関
係で適正な位置に位置決めすることができる。しかも、
浄水分配器の中央給水部の下部形状を便器本体の給水
開口部の下部形状と同じにしているので、位置決めはよ

器の実施例について図面を参照して説明する。図1は本
発明に係る洗浄水分配器を備えた便器を示す部分断面図
である。便器1は、いわゆる洗浄水分配器方式の便器で
あり、便器本体2の後端部に開孔形成された給水開口部
3内に洗浄水分配器4が位置決めされ、給水開口部3の
上部から洗浄タンク(図示省略)が密結して取り付けら
れるものである。給水開口部3は、便鉢5の後部側から
溜水面6に向けて給水する給水路7とリム通水路8に連
通する部分であり、その開口形状は洗浄タンクの下端部
の横断面形状と合致する形状になされている(図2参
照)。給水開口部3内の左右端部の夫々には台座9,9
が形成され、この台座9,9の中央部には便器本体2の
上縁部、いわゆる桂部の下端まで至るボルト挿通孔1
0,10が形成されている。 【0008】一方、給水開口部3において、前記台座
9,9は中央部にかけて段差部9A,9Aが形成され、
これらの段差部9A,9Aからさらに中央下部が深鉢部

脂製からなる全体としてフレキシブルな管体であり、筒
状の中央給水部11の両側から腕状に延びる分配管1

から夫々直交方向に分岐された分岐部14,14と、折
曲部15,15と、ホース部16,16とからなってい

の内周面に接して装着されるべく該深鉢部12の内実と
同じ外形状になされている。この下部17の形状は、本
例のように深鉢部12内に完全に納まる場合の他に、深
鉢部12の上部内周にのみ接して、いわば上げ底状に配
置させたものでもよい。 【0011】中央給水部11の外周上部は、その保形性
を維持するために蛇腹体18になされている。また本例
では、さらにその保形性を良好にするために、中央給水
部11の上部内周に、中央給水部11を構成する樹脂よ
りも、より硬度の高い樹脂からなるリングキャップ19
が内嵌されている。このリングキャップ19は、間隔を
おいて3ケ所に縦割り溝20が形成され、これにより径
方向に伸縮可能であるので、中央給水部11に内嵌しや
すくなっている。また、リングキャップ19の外周に
は、前記蛇腹体18に係合する凸条部21が形成されて
いる。 【0012】折曲部15,15は、流路を閉塞しないで
任意角度に折り曲げることができるように蛇腹体となさ
れ、ホース部16,16は洗浄水の流路を先の方へ伸ば
す部分であり、本例では流速を高めるためにその径は先
にいくに従って先細状になされている。また、ホース部
16の基端側の内側には、便鉢5の後部側から溜水面6
に向けて吐水する前記給水路7に給水するための給水部
22,22が夫々窓状に開口形成されている。ホース部
16,16の先端面は、双方ともに開口した場合の他
に、便鉢5内での排水流に渦を起こしてその回転力によ
りサイホン作用を行う便器の場合には、図示するように

にあっては、その位置決めは不要であり、単に給水開口
部3内に装着するだけで、洗浄水分配器5の中央給水部
11は一定位置に位置決めされることになる。そして、

で、図5に示すようにして、洗浄タンク25の排水口3
