【第2表】 Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cleaning composition. The present detergent composition has good foaming properties, is less irritating to hair and skin, and is useful as a hair, body, textile and various household detergent. 2. Description of the Related Art Liquid detergent compositions based on an anionic surfactant having a low viscosity are generally low-irritating and have good low-temperature stability, but have an appropriate degree of moderateness required for their use. It was difficult to give the viscosity. There is a method of using an inorganic thickener in order to solve such a drawback. However, when a large amount of the inorganic thickener is added, the low-temperature stability is reduced. When a polymer thickener is used, the transparency of the system is often impaired. Further, in order to obtain a target viscosity, a method of using a hardly thickening anionic surfactant and a sulfate-type anionic surfactant in combination has also been tried. Was also not satisfactory. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a detergent comprising a hardly thickening anionic surfactant as an essential component, having an appropriate viscosity, good low-temperature stability and low irritation. It is intended to provide a composition. Means for Solving the Problems The inventors of the present invention have conducted intensive studies to achieve the above object, and as a result, have found that an anionic surfactant having a low viscosity, an amphoteric surfactant having a specific structure, and a fatty acid diethanolamine. It has been found that the use of a combination of these compounds achieves a predetermined effect without impairing the low-temperature stability and the low-stimulus property, and has completed the present invention based on such findings. That is, the cleaning composition according to the present invention contains the following three components (A), (B) and (C), and the weight ratio (% by weight) is (A) / (B). = 10 / 90-95 /
