【産業上の利用分野】本発明は両側壁に吊上げ反転穴が
形成された吊上げ反転穴付きU字溝の型枠装置に関する
ものである。
【0002】
【従来の技術】従来、U字溝の両側壁略中間位置(U字
溝の略重心位置)に吊上げ反転穴を形成したU字溝が一
般に知られている。ここで、U字溝は重量の重いもので
1トン以上もあり、型枠からの脱型作業を安全に行うこ
と、そして該U字溝を安全、迅速に所定箇所に敷設する
ことが特に要請されていた。
【0003】そこで、本件発明者あるいは本件発明者の
父親である高見昭司氏は、大型で重量のあるU字溝の安
全な脱型作業、あるいは当該U字溝の安全、迅速な敷設
作業を行えるよう開発、実験を重ね、ついにU字溝の側
面に吊り上げ反転用の穴ができるよう型枠設置時と同時
に簡単にその吊上げ反転穴形成治具を型枠内に設置で
き、コンクリートの固化後はその吊上げ反転穴を転用し
て簡単に脱型でき、さらには該U字溝を敷設する際、そ
の吊上げ反転穴を使ってきわめて簡単に、かつ迅速に、
かつ安全に敷設できる効果を有する発明を多く輩出して
してきた。
【0004】ここで、何故U字溝を吊り上げて反転しな
ければならないかにつき述べると、まず、U字溝を脱型
する際、該U字溝は使用時とは反対の状態、すなわち逆
U字状に寝かされた状態で取り出される。そして、一般
に製造されたU字溝はこの逆U字状の状態で収納場所へ
収納される。その状態の方が収納の安定性が高く、また
複数段に重ねられ、収納効率が格段に優れているからで
ある。
【0005】よって、通常は該U字溝を敷設現場に運搬
する際も、また敷設現場に仮置きする際も逆U字状に
し、かつ複数段に重ねて置かれる。しかし、実際に該U
字溝を敷設するときはU字状に起こして設置しなければ
ならず、従来は多くの作業者が長時間かけてU字溝を逆
U字の状態からU字状の状態に起こし、また長時間かけ
て敷設場所まで運び、長時間かけて敷設の微調整(U字
溝を1個だけ敷設するのではなく複数のU字溝を繋ぎ合
わさなければならないため接続の微調整が必要とされ
る)を行い、U字溝を敷設することとしていた。
【0006】ここで、本件発明者及び本件発明者の父親
は前記のような画期的な吊上げ反転穴付きU字溝及びそ
の型枠装置を発明したため、多くのコンクリート業者あ
るいは建設業者は飛躍的に作業時間を短縮化できたと共
に、飛躍的に敷設作業等にかかる事故件数を減らすこと
が出来たのである。すなわち、あらかじめU字溝を製造
する型枠に吊上げ反転穴を形成する部材を取り付けてお
き、その状態でコンクリートを充填して固化させれば、
自動的に吊上げ反転穴付きのU字溝を製造でき、この穴
を使って脱型から、敷設作業から全て安全、迅速、かつ
コストをきわめて安価にして行うことが出来るからであ
る。
【0007】よって、この分野における本件発明者及び
高見昭司の特許件数の総数は100件を越えるものとな
っていた。ここでこれら発明の特徴は、まず吊上げ反転
穴形成部材を金属製で形成したことである。1トンもの
重量を有するU字溝を2箇所で吊り上げ、反転させるの
である。金属製のように剛性の高いものでなければ破損
してしまうことになるからである。
【0008】次に、アンカー部を円盤状に形成し、金属
パイプ状の穴形成部の略中間位置に取り付けたことであ
る。このようにアンカー部を外側に張り出したものとし
て構成しないと、吊上げ反転穴形成部材をコンクリート
に埋設してU字溝製品として出荷した後、吊り上げ反転
の作業中に前記吊上げ反転穴形成部材が、該穴に差し込
んだ吊上げ反転工具に引っ張られてとれてしまう恐れが
あったからである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしてさらに、前記
のような吊上げ反転穴形成治具に以下に述べるような要
請があった。すなわち、吊上げ反転穴形成部材を型枠内
に保持する支持棒についてである。従来より該支持棒は
型枠とは別体で構成されており、コンクリート固化後
に、型枠を脱型する際、この支持棒が型枠から完全に離
脱して現場等で紛れてしまい、次の型枠使用に際して、
支持棒が使用できないために、型枠を組み立てられず、
もってU字溝の作成作業が遅延してしまうとの課題があ
った。
【0010】この際、至急支持棒のみを購入して対応す
ることが従来多々あったが、該支持棒の価格が意外と高
価で、紛失する毎に購入することはきわめて不経済であ
り、今日のような経済状況の下ではなおさらのことであ
る。ここで、この支持棒を鎖等で型枠に接続することも
提案されたが、型枠組立の際には、この鎖が邪魔にな
り、また鎖で接続することは、コスト面でも得策ではな
いものであった。
【0011】かくして、本発明は上記課題を解決するた
めに創案されたものであり、吊上げ反転穴形成部材を構
成する支持棒を鎖等でつなぐことなく型枠に簡単な構造
で簡易に取り付けておくことが出来、かつその取り付け
の為のコストも安価にしうる吊上げ反転穴付きU字溝の
型枠装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明にかかる吊上げ反
転穴付きU字溝の型枠装置は以下のように構成されて い
る。すなわち、略矩形山状をなす内型枠と、該内型枠と
所定の間隔をおいて設置された一対の外型枠とを備え、
前記一対の外型枠の外側から各々支持棒を内型枠側へ挿
入し、挿入された該支持棒には、金属製パイプ状の穴形
成部と該穴形成部の外周略中間位置に略直角に取り付け
られた円盤状に張り出すアンカー部と前記穴形成部に嵌
合されたキャップ部材とを有する吊上げ反転穴形成治具
の前記穴形成部が被嵌され、内型枠と外型枠の間にはコ
ンクリートが充填され、コンクリート固化後、型枠が脱
型されて吊上げ反転穴付きU字溝が作成可能とされた型
枠装置において、前記アンカー部は、複数の透孔が形成
されている基板と、該基板の外周端部に互い違いに折り
曲げられた折曲片が形成されてなり、前記キャップ部材
は、可塑性部材から構成され、その一端は閉塞され、他
端は開口された略円筒状をなして形成され、かつ、前記
穴形成部への嵌合幅を調整できるよう長手方向の内径が
全て前記穴形成部の外径の大きさとされてなり、前記外
型枠の外側には、一対の脚と該脚に跨る基面とにより断
面略コ字状をなす支持基台と前記基面に取り付けられた
ナット部材からなる支持棒保持具が取り付けられ、前記
支持棒には、基端部に前記ナット部材に螺合する雄ねじ
部を有すると共に、長手方向中間部より先端側に、数山
からなり前記ナット部材に螺合するとき支持棒の先端側
が前記断面略コ字状をなす支持基台内から突出しない位
置に形成された雄ねじ部が設けられ、前記雄ねじ部と雄
ねじ部との間は前記ナット部材に螺合せず、貫挿する非
ねじ部として形成されたことを特徴として構成されてい
る。

【作用】本発明では、吊上げ反転穴形成部材を構成する
支持棒に、該支持棒の基端部に前記ナット部材に螺合す
る雄ねじ部を設けると共に、支持棒の長手方向中間部よ
り先端側位置に数山からなる雄ねじ部を設けた。従っ
て、U字溝作成の後に型枠を脱型した際、前記支持棒は
最後まで引き抜くことなく支持棒の長手方向中間部より
先端側位置に数山からなる雄ねじ部を前記ナット部材の
雌ねじ部に螺合させておけば、該支持棒を紛失する恐れ
がない。

【実施例】図において符号1は内型枠を示す。該内型枠
1は図示するように略矩形の山状をなして形成されてい
る。そして、次に符号2は外型枠を示す。該外型枠2は
前記内型枠1と所定の間隔を置いて一対設置され、その
形状は略平板状をなすと共に、上端部は各々内側に折曲
されて構成されている。
