および風圧の横幅方向での分布に大きい偏りが発生し
て、選別部に供給する選別風としては不適切なものとな
るものであった。また、回転速度を上げることで、駆動
騒音や風切り音が増大するという別の問題もあった。 【0006】本発明は、このような実情に着目してなさ
れたものであって、簡単な改良を加えるだけで、送風能
力を高めるとともに、送風分布を改善することができる
唐箕を提供することを目的としている。 【0007】 【課題を解決するための手段】請求項1に係る発明の特
徴、作用、効果は次の通りである。 【0008】〔特徴〕 請求項1に係る発明の特徴は、回転軸心方向に幅広の起
風羽根を唐箕軸に設けるとともに、この起風羽根の幅方
向中間部位に、回転軸心と直交する導風板を起風羽根と
一体回転可能に配備し、前記起風羽根の内端縁と唐箕軸
との間に形成されている間隔幅内で、前記導風板の側面
にフィンを設けてある点にある。 【0009】〔作用〕 上記構成によると、起風羽根と導風板とが交差する箇所
では、起風羽根の回転方向前方側の面と導風板の側面と
で空気を保持して回転することになり、これによって空

設けたフィンによって更に中間部位での送風機能が向上

るだけの簡単な構造変更によって風速および風圧を増大
することができ、回転速度を高くすることなく静粛な運
転を行いながら、所期の風選能力を得ることができるよ
うになった。また、風速および風圧の横幅方向での分布
に大きい偏りがなくなり、選別用として好適な送風を行
うことができる。導風板の側面フィンによって更に送風
機能が向上し、上記効果を一層顕著に発揮させることが
できる。 【0011】 【発明の実施の形態】図1に、コンバインに搭載される
脱穀装置が例示されている。この脱穀装置は、フィード
チェーン1で搬送される穀稈に対して扱作用する回転扱
胴2を備えた扱室3を設け、この扱室3の下方に、回転
扱胴2の下側周面に沿って張設した受け網4を漏下して
きた処理物を選別処理する選別室5を形成し、この選別
室5に選別風を供給する唐箕6と処理物を揺動送りしつ
つ選別する揺動選別体7とを設け、前記選別室5の底部
に、選別一番物を回収して一番スクリュー8aを介して
搬出する一番物回収部8と、選別二番物を回収して二番
スクリュー9aを介して搬送する二番物回収部9とを配
設し、搬送されてくる二番物を前記揺動選別体7の搬送
始端部に還元する還元コンベア10を設けて構成されて

ース11のうち脱穀装置の左右の側板から構成される側
板部11aに吸気口12を形成し、唐箕軸13を支持す

ための入力プーリ18と前記回転扱胴2への出力プーリ
19とを装着し、他端部に、一番スクリュー8aや二番
スクリュー9a、還元コンベア10などへの二つの出力
