いて有益な連結具に関する。
【従来の技術】例えば、図8に示すような、組み立て分
解可能な防音ハウス等の建造物50を構築する場合、図
9に示す如く、構造用鋼材としてのH型鋼51とこのH
型鋼51の外側を覆う壁面材であるパネル部材52とを
組み立て分解可能に連結することが必要になる。しか
し、従来のH型鋼51とパネル部材52との連結は、例
えば、図9に示すように、H型鋼51のウェブ51aの
厚さに相当する段差をもった連結具53をウェブ51
a、パネル部材52の各内面に当接し、パネル部材52
と連結具53とをボルト54、ナット55により一体的
に連結するとともに、連結具53に螺合した締め付けボ
ルト56の突出端をウェブ51aの内面に当接させるよ

とともに、両H型鋼51の連結片51cの突き合わせ部
分の両側にも連結板61c、61dを配置してこれらを
ボルト64、ナット65を用いて連結するようにしたも
のである。。この結果、両H型鋼51のウェブ51a、
51aの外側に連結板61aが露出してしまい、この状
態ではパネル部材52を平坦な状態でウェブ51a、5
1aの外側に配置することができないという問題があっ
た。
【発明が解決しようとする課題】そこで、本発明は、建
造物の構造用鋼材とパネル部材とを簡略な操作で着脱で
き、かつ、両者を強固に連結でき、構造用鋼材であるH
型鋼の端部同士をパネル部材の取り付けに支障のない状
態で連結できる連結具を提供することを目的とするもの
である。
【課題を解決するための手段】請求項1記載の発明は、
H型鋼又は山型鋼からなる建造物の構造用鋼材と、この
構造用鋼材の外側に添設されるパネル部材とを連結する
連結具であって、前記構造用鋼材のパネル部材添設側の
肉厚部分に相当する段差をもった鋼材当接部及び前記構
造用鋼材に当接するパネル部材の内面に当接するパネル
部材当接部を一端側に有するとともに、このパネル部材
当接部側にボルト挿通領域を形成した本体と、この本体
の鋼材当接部に端面を臨ませた鋼材押圧具と、前記本体
の他端側に前記鋼材押圧具に臨む状態に取り付けたボル
トねじ込み体と、このボルトねじ込み体にねじ込まれ先
端部を前記鋼材押圧具に当接させてこの鋼材押圧具を前
記構造用鋼材の圧接する第2のボルトと、この第2のボ
ルトに螺合されこの第2のボルトを前記ボルトねじ込み
体に締め付け固定する緩み止めナットと、前記ボルト挿
通領域に挿通され、前記パネル部材側に配置するナット
と螺合して本体のパネル部材当接部側をパネル部材に固
定する第1のボルトとを有するものである。
【作用】以下に上述した発明の作用を説明する。請求項
1記載の連結具により建造物の構造用鋼材とパネル部材
とを連結する場合には、H型鋼又は山型鋼からなる構造
用鋼材の外側にパネル部材を接合配置した状態で、前記
本体の鋼材当接部の各面を構造用鋼材の内面、端面に位
置させ鋼材押圧具を構造用鋼材の内面に接触させるとと
もにパネル部材当接部をパネル部材の内面に当接させ
る。そして、本体のボルト挿通領域に挿通した第1のボ
ルトを、前記パネル部材側に配置するナットと螺合して
本体のパネル部材当接部側をパネル部材に固定する。ま
