を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決すべく本
発明は、上面を開放した箱体の対向する側面に軸支した
軸部材と、この軸部材に設けた前記箱体の蓋部材と、こ
の蓋部材の回動を規制する規制部材と、前記軸部材に前
記蓋部材と反対側に設け先端に錘を取付けたアーム部材
と、このアーム部材の回動端を検知する検知手段と、前
記アーム部材に係合する係合部をロッド先端に取付けた
シリンダと、前記箱体の内部に設けた一対の回転刃と、
前記検知手段の検知信号を基準にして前記シリンダ及び
前記回転刃を作動させる制御手段を備えたものである。
