Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a composition for external use on the skin, and more particularly, it has an excellent effect of preventing and improving changes caused by aging of the skin or exposure to sunlight. Highly safe foundation
The present invention relates to cosmetics or makeup cosmetics . 2. Description of the Related Art Various studies have been made on skin cosmetic compositions, and various medicinal ingredients have been incorporated therein.
Since changes due to aging of the skin, exposure to sunlight, etc. pose a cosmetic problem, cosmetics and skin external preparation compositions having excellent efficacy in preventing and improving the changes have been demanded. Under these circumstances, various raw materials, for example, vitamins, sugars, lipids, and the like have been blended in skin cosmetics because of their characteristic use effects. [0003] However, the effect is still not enough, it has a better effect, and
There is a need for the development of highly safe ingredients. In the present invention, excellent studies have been made on a component having a superoxide dismutase (SOD) -like activity, which has an action of removing free radicals involved in a peroxidation reaction, which is considered to cause functional deterioration of the skin. A drug having an antioxidant action or a free radical scavenging action was developed. As a result of various studies, the present inventors have found that an extract from a cactus plant has an excellent antioxidant action and an inhibitory action on lipid peroxide production, and completed the present invention. [0004] Accordingly, the makeup of the present invention.
The additive is characterized by containing a cactus plant extract having an inhibitory action on lipid peroxide production as an active ingredient. The cosmetic of the present invention may further contain, in addition to the cactus plant extract, other components known to have a lipid peroxide production inhibitory action. Until now, cacti are generally cultivated for ornamental use, and are perennial herbs from the tropics, which have been used as foods in some foreign countries, and are characterized by having thickened stem nodes. It is a plant. As a method for extracting the cactus extract of the present invention, for example, the whole of the prickly pear cactus stem is mainly shredded, further made into a semi-fluid slurry liquid with a homogenizer, and various solvents are added thereto. In addition, it depends on the method of extraction. The extraction method may be performed at room temperature, or may be performed under heating or heating. The extract may be separated into solid and liquid by a centrifugal separator or the like, if necessary, and the supernatant may be used as it is, or the supernatant may be evaporated with a lyophilizer to evaporate the solvent, and the concentrate obtained in this manner may be used. obtain the cosmetics of the present invention by incorporating a liquid component or a solid component such as the cosmetic base. [0006] The types of cactus used in the present invention are: Moire giraffe Peireskia;
ia, Cochineal Prickly Pear Nopalea, Cactus Cactus Zygocactus, Crab Cactus Shlumbergera, Peafowl Cactus Nopalxochia, Cactus Mammi
llaria, sea cactus Echinopsis, cactus
Astrophytum, Ecactus Echinocactus, Cactus Cereus, Octopus Cephalocereu
cactus such as s. [0007] The extraction solvent may be water or one or more of water-soluble solvents selected from ethanol, n-propanol, t-butanol, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol and the like. Alternatively, a mixed solvent is mentioned, and water or an aqueous solvent is particularly preferable. The solvent extract is used after concentration or concentration to dryness as necessary to facilitate the subsequent operation. In that case, starch and the like contained in the solvent extract are removed by precipitation according to a conventional method, if necessary. You can also. [0008] The extract of cactus plants can be incorporated in the cosmetic of the present invention as a solid in an amount of 0.001 to 10% (w / w), preferably 0.01 to 5.0% (w / w). In preparing the cosmetic of the present invention, alcohols, esters, surfactants, oils and fats, waxes, and carbonized oils commonly used as base materials for cosmetics are used as long as the effects of the cactus plant extract are not impaired. Raw materials such as hydrogens and fatty acids are blended to obtain a predetermined cosmetic by a conventional method. Cosmetic composition of the present invention, creams, makeup water class, milky lotion, foundation cosmetics such as packs such, foundation, can makeup cosmetics and be Rukoto such as lipstick. [0009] Since the extract of the cactus plant of the present invention has an antioxidant action and an action of inhibiting the production of lipid peroxide, the present invention relates to an antioxidant and an inhibitor of the production of lipid peroxide containing these as active ingredients. It is about. In vitro of cactus plant extract of the present invention
Of the experimental system. As a method for this, an experimental system for the production of lipid peroxide by irradiating linolenic acid with ultraviolet light was used, and its inhibitory action was performed by the thiobarbituric acid method (TBA method), which is one of the lipid peroxide measurement methods. as a result,
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The cactus plant extract of the present invention has an excellent lipid peroxide-suppressing action, and its effectiveness has been proven. Further, in order to examine the effectiveness of the cactus plant extract of the present invention, hypoxanthine-xanthine oxydase was used for the generation system of active oxygen (O 2 : superoxide anion), and its removal ability (SOD activity) was determined by nitro blue. When the experiment was performed with the formazan formation inhibition rate of tetrazolium as an index,
It has an excellent active oxygen removing action, and its effectiveness as an SOD action was also proved. In the in vivo experiment of the cactus plant extract of the present invention, an experiment was conducted to artificially produce so-called sunburn by irradiating ultraviolet rays to the skin of the hartley brown guinea pig that had been shaved and shaved. Examination of the expression time and the number of days for recovery showed that the erythema expression was clearly suppressed at the site where the extract of the present invention was applied before irradiation. In addition, the erythema disappearance time of the site applied after irradiation was shortened, demonstrating its excellent effectiveness. Further, the above-mentioned in vitro and in vivo experiments show that the cactus plant extract of the present invention can be combined with a vitamin E, a goug extract, an aloe extract, etc., which are known to have an action of inhibiting lipid peroxide production. When performed as a mixture, each of the above experiments tended to increase the effectiveness by about 5 to 15% compared to the case of using the cactus plant extract alone,
It has been experimentally proved that the cactus plant extract of the present invention exerts its effect synergistically with other lipid peroxide production inhibitors.
