Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a stacker for stacking sheets discharged from a discharge port of a sheet processing apparatus. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a stacker has been used for stacking a large number of sheets to be discharged which are attached to a sheet-fed printing machine or an office processing apparatus. In recent years, various types of sheets having a large stack amount of sheets to be stacked have been developed with the increase in speed of printing and office work. [0003] However, in the case where sheets and sheets are received and stacked from the discharge port of a printing machine or a business processing apparatus, the operator sequentially removes the processed sheets from the stacker table. If the stacker table is full of paper,
The printing machine and office equipment had to be manually stopped one by one, the work itself to stop was extremely complicated, and even if it was stopped automatically, the amount of paper was detected optically and it was quite complicated. It was a device.
An object of the present invention is to provide a stacker device which can solve such a drawback and can detect a stack amount of sheets with a simple structure. [0004] In order to achieve the above object, a stacker device according to the present invention includes a stacker table on which sheets discharged from a sheet discharge port are placed, and a sheet on the stacker table. A transport mechanism for transporting, a stopper member for receiving the paper discharged from the discharge port, and sequentially raising the paper transported in a state of being stacked in a stepwise manner at the rear side of the stacker table; and a stopper for the paper in front of the stopper member. to help standing, a stacker apparatus comprising a disk member disposed on the stacker table,
A holding member for holding a support shaft for supporting the disk member movably in a horizontal direction with respect to the surface of the stacker table so as to be able to move as the paper stands and is stocked.
When, and a detecting unit that detects the stack of paper by the movement of said disc member, the holding member, the scan
Lower to the stopper member side with respect to the tacker table.
The support shaft has a stacker table surface and water
It is characterized by having a groove for holding it movably in the horizontal direction.
You . [0005] A disk member arranged on the stacker table is provided so that the stopper member raises the sheet at the rear stage side of the stacker table and sets the sheet upright before the stopper member. to so move therefore the amounts stocked, the disc portion
The stack amount of paper can be easily detected based on the amount of material movement. [0006] BRIEF DESCRIPTION The present invention based on the drawings showing embodiments of the present invention. FIG. 1 is an explanatory side view showing a main part of the stacker device 1 of the present invention. FIG. 2 is similar to FIG.
FIG. The stacker device 1, the paper P from the printing machine or paperwork device discharge rollers 10 and 11 such as to place the rider disc 3 to the stacker table 2 to ensure placed on the stacker table 2, the transfer belt 9
It is designed to rotate freely with the movement of. [0007] Also , on the rear side of the stacker table 2,
A stopper member 7 is provided to lay the paper P upright and stock it while being transported in a stepped manner. A rider disk 3 that freely rotates on the stacker table 2 is provided in front of the stopper member 7 in order to easily raise the sheet P. The rider disk 3 is held by a support shaft 13 penetrating the center 5, and the support shaft 13 is held by a holding member 6 so as to be movable on both sides in the horizontal direction with the surface of the stacker table 2. ing. [0009] The support shaft 13 at both ends can move is because the groove 14 in the holding member 6 is provided so as to move Therefore the amount of paper P is stocked standing on the right side in FIG. It has become. The groove 14 is slightly lowered to the stopper member 7 side with respect to the surface of the stacker table 2 , and a cutout 17 is provided at the upper right end to be opened, so that the support shaft 13 is detached from the holding member 6 and is easily attached. I can do it. Further, a limit switch 8 is provided at this end, and the stack amount (full state) of the paper P can be easily detected by the movement of the disk member 4 . Then, if a stop signal is issued from the stop signal generating unit 16 to the drive control unit 12 such as a printing press or an office processing unit in response to the detection signal of the limit switch 8, the discharge of the paper P can be automatically stopped. [0010] [Effect of the Invention] Thus, as is apparent in was described, according to the stacker apparatus of this invention, the stopper member is erecting the sheet in the subsequent stage of the stacker table, the paper in front of the stopper member to assist standing, disc member
placed on the stacker table, since the sheet is
moves Therefore the quantity to be stocked by the standing, the amount of movement of the disc member This makes it easy to detect the amount of paper stacking, and the structure is simple and can reliably detect the amount of paper stacking. Paper stacking work can be performed smoothly, resulting in an extremely superior effect on office work efficiency. You can do it.
