2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a relatively large gutter pipe (or a flexible drain pipe) is buried in a bank of a river as a means for guiding the water of the river to another place. There is. This is sometimes provided to control the amount of water when a river rises and to prevent bank breakage, but it is also used as a means of drawing water from the river to the water purification plant. However, since the gutter pipe is buried in the embankment, water channels (water passages, drainage passages) may be formed not only inside the gutter pipe but also near the outside. Since the soil near the gutter pipe was scraped off, the gutter pipe could be damaged by subsidence or, in the worst case, the dike could be depressed.

However, in order to actually construct such a water channel formation preventing gutter pipe structure, it is necessary to insert the gutter pipe into the through hole formed in the water shield wall, and further, to attach the mounting ring. It was necessary to move along the outer circumference of the gutter pipe in the axial direction and fix it at a desired position, which required a great deal of labor and was extremely poor in workability. In addition, as another problem, due to the flexibility of the impermeable wall made of elastic material,
There is a problem that shape retention (independence) during construction is difficult,
In practice, a rigid frame had to be attached to the outer peripheral edge of the impermeable wall made of an elastic body. Moreover, as another problem, the elastic body used for the impermeable wall is generally expensive, has a heavier weight than a plastic material such as polyethylene, and has a peculiar curl because it is rolled and carried during transportation. It was also pointed out that it was inferior in economic efficiency, transportability, and workability in that it remained.

In the present invention, the formation of water channels must be prevented near the gutter pipe, specifically, at a position close to or slightly apart from the outer circumference of the gutter pipe. In addition, this position is a position where a dike or the like in which the gutter pipe is buried may collapse or sink when a water channel is formed. For example, from the outer surface of the gutter pipe to about 1 to 3 m. .

First, the construction of the water channel formation preventing gutter pipe structure according to the present invention will be described. The water channel formation preventing gutter pipe structure according to the present invention includes a gutter pipe buried in the ground, a band-shaped elastic body, and a pair of dividing wall portions having a cutout portion having a shape corresponding to the outer shape of the gutter pipe, Similarly, it has a shape corresponding to the outer shape of the gutter pipe, is attached to the dividing wall portion, and is composed of a frame body for fixing the dividing wall portion to the gutter pipe, but more specifically,
In addition to the gutter pipe, the elastic body, the pair of dividing wall portions, and the frame body, in order to join the dividing side portions of the dividing wall portion in the field, it is mainly configured with a joining piece attached to each dividing side portion. It is a thing. Hereinafter, each member will be described in detail.

First of all, the shape of the gutter tube is not particularly limited, but a tube having a circular cross section, an elliptical shape, a square shape or the like can be mentioned. Specifically, a circular tube is preferable, and a diameter of 500 to 3000 mm, A synthetic resin pipe having a wall thickness of about 20 to 200 mm is more preferable. The material is preferably a hard thermoplastic resin, and more preferably polyethylene (high pressure polyethylene pipe).

Next, the elastic body is in the form of a band having a constant thickness and width, and is provided between the outer circumference of the gutter pipe and a cutout portion of a partition wall portion described later and a frame body mounted in the cutout portion. It is provided to seal the gap between the gutter pipe and the notch and the frame body, but when the ground subsides, its elasticity is utilized to divide the gutter pipe into a pair. There is also an effect that it is possible to absorb the deviation of the positional relationship with the wall portion (impermeable wall) and prevent mechanical strain on both sides. The specific thickness is preferably 1 to 2% of the outer diameter of the gutter pipe in consideration of the deformation of the gutter pipe when buried in the ground,
In the case of a gutter tube with a diameter of 1000 mm or more that is often used in this field, its standard thickness is 20 mm to 30 mm.
It can be mm.

However, the thickness is not limited for the purpose of improving the followability of the pair of partition walls against the ground subsidence as described above, and can be appropriately selected within the range of 5 mm to 100 mm. The width of the elastic body is determined in consideration of the thickness of the dividing wall portion and the size of the frame body described later, but the standard width thereof can be about 160 mm.

Further, examples of the material used for this elastic body include rubbers, that is, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and thermoplastic elastomer. Specifically, it is preferable to use chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber, or styrene-butadiene rubber. Furthermore, their natural rubber, synthetic rubber,
A composite obtained by mixing a thermoplastic water-absorbing polymer with a thermoplastic elastomer, such as sodium polyacrylate, a copolymer of acrylic acid and polyvinyl alcohol, a copolymer of acrylic acid and acrylamide, etc. The term "expanded rubber or water-swellable rubber" can also be used. It is preferable to use such a composite as an elastic body because it can be expanded in volume by absorbing water after mounting, thereby further enhancing the sealing effect.

Next, the pair of dividing wall portions will be described. According to the present invention, a pair of dividing wall portions are joined on site to form one impermeable wall. Further, it is preferable that the water impermeable wall in the joined state is substantially rectangular in a front view, and further, a through hole portion having a contour corresponding to the outer shape of the gutter pipe is formed in a substantially central portion thereof. From the viewpoint, it is preferable that a circular through hole is formed.

That is, a portion corresponding to the through hole of the impermeable wall of the pair of divided wall portions in which the impermeable wall is divided into two is formed with a cutout portion which substantially corresponds to the outer shape of the gutter pipe. Specifically, although depending on the thickness of the elastic body described above, it is preferable that each of them is formed in a semi-circular cutout portion having an outer diameter of the gutter tube plus about 20 mm. Then, the frame bodies described later are attached to the semicircular cutout portions, respectively, while the divided side portions of the dividing wall portion (that is, the straight line portions on both sides of the cutout portion) use the joint pieces described below. , Preferably joined to each other via elastic pieces described below as well, 1

By forming one impermeable wall in this way, the cutout portions of the pair of division wall portions and the frame bodies respectively attached to the cutout portions are wound around the outer peripheral surface of the gutter pipe. A force for pressing the elastic body is generated, and the impermeable wall is attached to the outer circumference of the gutter pipe. Further, as described above, by constructing the impermeable wall with the pair of divided wall portions, a gutter pipe is inserted into the through hole portion of the impermeable wall, which is necessary at the time of construction of the conventional example. It is possible to eliminate the work that requires a lot of labor.

In the water channel formation preventing gutter pipe structure according to the present invention, it is preferable that the dividing direction of the impermeable wall is the vertical direction, but it is not necessarily limited to the vertical direction, and the lateral direction and the water imperviousness are not necessarily limited. The wall may be divided in any direction, such as a diagonal line, that is, an oblique direction. The number of divisions is also preferably two, but may be more.

The material of the pair of partition walls is preferably a hard thermoplastic resin, specifically high density polyethylene, the thickness of which is 20 mm or more, although it is determined by the specific circumstances of the construction site. It is preferably 40 mm. This is because the pair of division wall portions that constitute the water blocking wall of the water channel formation preventing trough structure according to the present invention are required to have two physical properties, that is, appropriate rigidity and appropriate elasticity. Further, the dividing wall portion has both appropriate rigidity and appropriate elasticity, which enables the dividing wall portion to be self-supporting at a desired position during construction of the water channel formation prevention gutter pipe structure, thereby facilitating the construction. In addition, by pressing the pair of partition walls against the gutter pipe through the elastic body described above, it is possible to prevent the gutter pipe from being damaged even if an unreasonable force is applied to the attachment part with the gutter pipe. It becomes.

Further, by using a hard thermoplastic resin,
The material cost can be reduced and the weight can be reduced as compared with the conventional impermeable wall made of iron or rubber. Particularly, the reduction in weight is preferable in terms of simplifying transportation, improving workability and safety during construction, and preventing ground subsidence after construction. In particular, since the conventional rubber impermeable wall is rolled and carried during transportation, it has a curling tendency, which is a major factor that deteriorates workability during construction. Since the pair of partition walls constituting the above are manufactured by the hard thermoplastic resin so as to be self-supporting as described above, workability is not deteriorated in this way.

Next, the frame will be described. In the present invention, the frame body is preferably made of metal. And as the shape, it is required to be a shape corresponding to the outer shape of the gutter pipe, but preferably, it can be divided into a plurality, that is, a shape corresponding to the cutout portion of the dividing wall,
The semicircular shape obtained by dividing the annular frame into two parts is more preferable. The cross section is preferably L-shaped. Then, one surface of the mounting frame having the L-shaped cross section is mounted so as to surround the cutout portions around the cutout portions of the pair of division wall portions. Further, more preferably, the frame is provided on the front and back edges of the cutouts of the pair of partition walls, that is, on both sides. By providing on both sides in this way, it becomes possible to press the elastic body wound around the outer peripheral surface of the gutter pipe from two directions of the front and back of the dividing wall part, and the pair of dividing wall parts is firmly fixed to the gutter pipe. It is possible to fix it.
