ねじ孔を備えた支持板を設けると共に、同支持板に設け
た複数の透孔により回動自在に軸支される軸孔を備えた
筒状の支軸部と、同支軸部から水平状に延出したアーム
と、同アームの上部に立設した連結ピンと、同連結ピン
の上端に対向して設けられた保持手段と、前記連結ピン
の側面に対向して前記支軸部に突設されたストッパとか
らなるブッシュを設け、同ブッシュを、前記連結ピンに
対応する連結孔を有し、前記ストッパに対向して前記ブ
ッシュの回動角を規制する略凹状の規制片を有し、相互
に接続する接続手段を有して第一ロッドと第二ロッドと
に分割されたロッドにより連結すると共に、同ロッドを
前記保持手段により保持し、前記ブッシュの軸孔に前記
左右風向板群の支軸を嵌合し、前記左右風向板群を駆動
