A grease trap used as a processing device in the wastewater into the tank is used as a grease trap over time. It is practiced to suspend the components and periodically lift the lid from above to collect the floating oil and fat components into a container. In recent years, it has also been attempted to actively take in microorganisms into a tank to naturally decompose fats and oils.

It is preferable to attach a branch pipe 4 ′ having a constant length downward and to eject the branch pipe 4 ′ through the branch pipe 4 ′. The reason for this is that in order to improve the efficiency of oil collection according to the results of many studies conducted by the present inventors, it is preferable to arrange the water level so that it is about several cm higher than the water level. Since the difference is different, in the case where the injection hole 5 is provided through the branch pipe 4'as described above, the branch pipe 4'can be replaced with an appropriately dimensioned length or its length can be easily adjusted. As a result, it is also excellent in changing the injection direction of the injection hole 5. In general, good results are obtained when the tip of the ejection port is opened like a fan.

In the illustrated example, the peripheral wall surface has a double structure of an inner wall 6a and an outer wall 6b in order to allow suitable inflow with respect to the fluctuation of the water level, and the outer wall 6b is slit 11 with respect to the inner wall 6a.
The height position of the inflow edge p can be changed by appropriately moving up and down by using the or the thumbscrew 12. It should be noted that a swirling water flow is generated during operation at a position above the conduit 8 at the bottom of the inflow receiver 6, which causes a large noise of the air attracted at the center of the swirling water flow. To do so, the sound deadening plate 13 is installed on the bottom surface. In the illustrated example, a cross-shaped frame plate is used. In the figure, 14 is a weir plate provided on the bottom of the tank, and 15 is a sewage inflow pipe.

In the wastewater flowing in from the wastewater inflow pipe 15, foreign matters and rough dust are collected by the blocking cage 3 in the chamber A. Thus, the oil passes through the lower end of the weir plate 2a and flows toward the chamber B, and the fat and oil in the wastewater floats upward in this portion.

It is sent out from the discharge port 9 to the water flow generation pipe 4, and is ejected from the spout hole 5. As a result, a circulation path is formed to allow the floating oil and fat on the upper surface of the tank to efficiently flow into the inflow receiver 6.

These microorganisms carry out a mixing and stirring action in the repeated process of circulation, and an efficient decomposition action of fats and oils is carried out.

By doing so, the decomposition treatment of the fat and oil can be progressed very quickly and accurately, and the generation of odor can be reduced, which contributes to the preservation of a better environment than ever before. In addition, the device of the present invention has a structure that saves space corresponding to the installation location, is compact, and is easy to maintain and manage, and can be put on the market at low cost.
