【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、戸建て住宅の基礎
から屋根までを、内部を含めて一体的に縦断面とするこ
とにより、該住宅設計において成されている各部の改良
工夫箇所を視認することが出来る装置に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来から、戸建て住宅の一部を切断し
て、該住宅を構成する支持構造を住宅建築予定者に対し
て見せる装置は存在したのである。しかし、該従来の部
分的な住宅の縦断面視認構造では、戸建て住宅全体の断
面構造を見ることが出来ず、その支持力の強さや耐震力
の強さ等を実感することが出来なかったのである。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、住宅が完成
した後においてはなかなか見ることの出来ない各部の断
面構造を、すべて配置して、どの部分が見たい場合にも
見ることが出来るように構成したものである。これによ
り、これから住宅を建設しようとする住宅建築予定者に
対して、本住宅の耐久性・耐震性・防音性・遮熱性・密
閉性等の為に払われている工夫を見せることができ、住
宅の注文を得る為のセールスを有利にすることが出来る
のである。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明が解決しようとす
る課題は以上の如くであり、次に該課題を解決するため
の手段を説明する。1戸建て住宅の基礎から屋根までの
側面を切断して縦断面を露出し、該断面構造とした戸建
て住宅を1階と2階の吹き抜け構造とした建物内に配置
し、1階から基礎部を視認可能とし、2階から屋根部を
視認可能とし、洗面所20とトイレ21の部分をも断面
して、真横から洗面所20とトイレ21を視認可能と
し、該住宅断面各部を視認する為に、該建物断面の1階
から2階への各部視認用の階段Kを配置し、該階段Kは
断面建物の内部に配置したことを特徴とする住宅断面視
認装置である。 【0005】 【発明の実施の形態】次に本発明の実施の形態を説明す
る。図1は本発明の住宅断面視認装置において配置する
戸建て住宅の縦断面図、図2は本発明の住宅断面視認装
置の構造を示す平面図、図3は吹き抜けの2階部分から
屋根の部分を見ている状態の斜視図、図4は断面構造と
した住宅断面視認装置の内部に配置した階段を登りなが

面である。 【0008】図1と図2において図示する如く、本発明
の住宅断面視認装置は、実物大の戸建て住宅を、縦に断
面した断面セクションをそのまま配置した構成としてい
る。そして、この縦断面の住宅を各部において見ること
が出来るように、住宅断面セクションの中央に、上がり
口が2本で、上部で1本に合流した各部視認用の階段K
を配置している。該各部視認用の階段Kは、通常の住宅
内の階段とは相違して、該住宅断面を視認する為の特別
に断面が見やすいようにした階段である。 【0009】また住宅は1戸建てのまま縦断面を構成し
ており、図1の如く、床面も、2階床・1階天井部分
も、屋根の部分も全て断面としている。そして、該住宅
断面視認装置を配置している建物は、1階と2階を吹き
抜けとして、該吹き抜けの部分に戸建て住宅断面を配置
しているのである。故に、3トン支持基礎11と1階床
9や外壁1の部分の断面は、1階において見ることがで
きる。また、1階の天井12と2階の床13の部分は、
各部視認用の階段Kに立つことにより間近に見ることが
出来る。また2階の天井15や屋根17や軒16や樋等
の部分は、吹き抜けの2階の部分から間近に見ることが
出来るように構成している。 【0010】図3においては、吹き抜け2階F2から屋
根17と軒16の部分を視認している状態を示してい
る。該吹き抜け2階F2は、断面形状建物の2階の床1
3よりも高く、軒16や屋根17よりもやや低い程度の
高さに配置している。図4においては、吹き抜け2階F
2と吹き抜け1階F1との間で、2階の床13の梁5
や、各部視認用の階段Kの断面やサッシ7や内壁8や軸
組とブレースより構成される支持構造体6等が見える状
態を図示している。 【0011】図5においては、内壁8と梁5と1階床9
と大引け4等の部分を、吹き抜け1階F1から見ている
図面である。この状態で、建物断面の1階部分と天井1
2までの部分を見ることが出来る。図6においては、屋
根17の部分の瓦やスレートを外して、屋根17を支持
する三角トラスや根太の部分が露出した状態を図示して
いる。図7においては、該図6の屋根17と同じ側の部
分の軒16において、樋19や断熱材18の部分を示し
ている。また図8においては、図6と図7とは反対側の
部分であり、吹き抜け2階F2から三角トラスと根太等
の部分が見える部分である。 【0012】図9においては、吹き抜け2階F2の部分
から各部視認用の階段Kの方を向いて見た図面である。
該各部視認用の階段Kを昇降することにより、1階の天
井12と2階の床13の部分の断面と、2階の床13に
配置した収納ボックス25と、内壁8の内部に配置され
た断熱材等を見ることができる。図10は2本の各部視
認用の階段Kの上がり口の中の他方の各部視認用の階段
Kの上がり口部分を図示している。こちらから支持構造
体6や内壁8の部分の断面が見えるように構成してい
る。 【0013】図11においては、吹き抜け2階F2から
見た2階の洗面所20と1階のトイレ21の部分を見下
ろした状態を図示している。そして図12は、1階のト
イレ21の部分を断面して、真横から1階のトイレ21
を見ることが出来るように構成している。そして、該水
洗便所の排水の為の配管の状況を理解できるように構成
している。図12と図14においては、左右の下部に支
持耐力の相違する、5トン支持基礎10と3トン支持基
礎11を別々に断面として開示している。そして、5ト
ン支持基礎10の側の建物は3階建て住宅等の場合を示
しており、3トン支持基礎11の方は、通常の2階建て
の場合の基礎を示している。 【0014】 【発明の効果】本発明は以上の如く構成したので、次の
ような効果を奏するのである。1戸建て住宅の基礎から
屋根までの側面を切断して、縦断面を露出し、該断面構
造とした戸建て住宅を1階と2階の吹き抜け構造とした
建物内に配置し、1階から基礎部を視認可能とし、2階
から屋根部を視認可能としたので、いったん出来上がっ
てしまうと、外部から見ることの出来ない、住宅の壁の
断面や床と天井の間の断面を間近に視認することができ
るので、耐震性や耐熱性や気密性等を間近に視認するこ
とにより、住宅建築予定者が自信を深めることが出来る
のである。 【0015】また、該建物断面の各部を視認する為に、
1階から2階への階段を配置し、該階段は断面建物の内
部に配置したので、1階床9や5トン支持基礎10や3
トン支持基礎11の部分は、吹き抜け1階F1において
視認することができ、1階の天井12や2階の床13や
内壁8や樋19や2階の洗面所20等の部分は、吹き抜
け2階F2において間近に見ることが出来るのである。
またその間の部分は各部視認用の階段Kを昇降すること
により、確実に間近に見ることが出来るようになったの
である。また、洗面所20とトイレ21の部分を断面し
て、真横から洗面所20とトイレ21を見ることが出来
るように構成しているので、該洗面所や水洗便所の排水
の為の配管の状況を理解できるようになったのである。
