Claims (3)
包装袋に内容物を充填する充填装置と、当該包装袋の開
口部を熱封着する熱封着装置とを具備した充填包装装置
が、包装袋取出口を有する無菌室内に設置された無菌充
填包装装置であって、 上記包装袋の重畳体が収納されると共に内部が殺菌され
た密封無菌包装袋パックを収容し、かつ内部に殺菌装置
を備える密封無菌包装袋パック収納箱を、上記包装袋取
出口に着脱自在にかつ気密に取り付け可能とし、更に上
記包装袋取出口を気密に閉塞して上記無菌室内と密封無
菌包装袋パック収納箱内とを遮断する開閉可能な蓋体を
設けたことを特徴とする無菌充填包装装置。1. A filling device for filling contents in a packaging bag having an opening formed at one edge thereof so as to be heat-sealed, and a heat-sealing device for heat-sealing the opening of the packaging bag. 記蓋体の密封無菌包装袋パック収納箱に面する側とを殺
菌する工程。 (C)工程:(B)工程の後、殺菌された上記蓋体を開
いて上記密封無菌包装袋パック収納箱と上記無菌室とを
上記包装袋取出口を介して連通させる工程。 (D)工程:(C)工程の後、上記密封無菌包装袋パッ
ク収納箱に収容された上記密封無菌包装袋パックを開封
する工程。 (E)工程:(D)工程の後、開封した上記密封無菌包
装袋パックから上記包装袋を個別に取り出し、上記充填
装置にて内容物を充填する工程。 (F)工程:(E)工程の後、充填された上記包装袋の
開口部を上記熱封着装置にて熱封着する工程。3.
