イクラッチに空回りの状態でストッパを装着し、該スト
ッパの下部腕の端部にホイールを装着し、前記ストッパ
の下部腕の前記ホイールが常に下方に位置するように装
着し、前記板材の通常の通過時には、前記板材で前記ス
トッパのホイールを押し上げて通過し、前記板材の異常
通過時には、前記ストッパが前記ワンウエイクラッチに
よって回動を妨げられるようにすることを特徴とする木
