Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a system in which, when an excessive load is applied to a rod suspended by two strings, the apparatus is broken and the ceiling is broken. The present invention relates to a hanging device for preventing the occurrence of the above-mentioned problem, and for preventing the expensive components and the components at difficult-to-replace portions from being broken when the present device is broken. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, this type of hanging apparatus has been disclosed in
Although the invention of Japanese Patent Application No. 52796 has been proposed, in this conventional example, no attempt has been made to prevent the ceiling or expensive parts of the apparatus from being broken. [0003] In this type of hanging device, it is mainly mounted on a ceiling in a room.
If a heavy load is applied to the pole, the ceiling or the device may be broken, and the present invention is to prevent the device from breaking without breaking the ceiling, and if the device is broken,
It is an object of the present invention to prevent expensive components from being broken and to facilitate replacement and repair. [0004] The present invention is a suspension device for solving the above-mentioned problems, and is a suspension device capable of lifting and lowering a rod suspended by two strings. In each of the above, one end of the string is attached to a fixture in an end piece arranged at both ends of the rod, and the fixture becomes weaker than the other parts when an excessive load is applied to the rod. The end piece is provided with the same spare fitting as the fitting while being broken first. [0005] Since the present invention is configured as described above, when an excessive load is applied to the rod, the fixture is broken. Then, the end piece provided at one end of the broken rod can be taken out, and the broken fitting can be replaced with a spare fitting to assemble for repair. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A main body 1 has a cord 2 extending from both ends thereof.
A mechanism (not shown, various mechanisms are conceivable) for raising and lowering the rotary unit 2 is built in.
By rotating, the strings 2 can be moved up and down. The cords 2 support both ends of the rod 3, and the rod 3 is suspended by the cords 2 so as to be able to move up and down. At both ends of the rod 3, a notch 1
2 and 12 and fitting holes 13 and 13
, And string holes 14 are provided on the rear side. End pieces 5.5 are attached to both ends of the rod 3. The end piece 5 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and a roller 10 is rotatably attached to a rear end portion thereof. Under the roller 10, a spare attachment 11 which is a substitute for the attachment 7 described later is broken. Installed. Further, the end piece 5 has a slightly large diameter at the front end portion, and in the large diameter portion, display windows 16 and 16 are formed so as to face each other on the front and back, and a rearward portion is provided above the rear end edge. The locking projection 17 is provided to protrude toward the upper side, and a retaining projection 18 protruding upward is provided above the small diameter portion. The retaining projection 18 can be bent downward and is elastically restored upward. The end piece 5 has an opening 15 below the small diameter portion. The receiving piece 8 is slidably incorporated in the end piece 5. The receiving member 8 has a substantially cylindrical shape and is urged forward by a spring 9, is prevented from falling off at a position flush with the outer edge of the end piece 5, and can slide backward against the spring 9. Has become. In addition, the front is a left direction in the left end piece 5 and a right direction in the right end piece 5 in FIG. 1, that is, a direction in which the rod 3 moves outward in the longitudinal direction (outward direction). And, the rear means the opposite direction. The receiving tool 8 has a screw portion 24 formed on the inner surface thereof, and rotation preventing grooves 25 provided so as to face each other. On the outer surface, for example, red warning portions 23
And a concave groove-shaped relief portion 26 is provided on the upper surface. The rotation stop grooves 25 are provided horizontally from the front end to the rear end, but a part of the rear end is not provided with a groove, and the rotation stop portions 22 of the attachment 7 described later come into contact with the groove. ing. The moving tool 6 is screwed into the screw portion 24 of the receiving tool 8. The moving tool 6 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and a screw portion 19 to be screwed to the screw portion 24 of the receiving device 8 is engraved on an outer surface thereof. Is engaged with the fixture 7. The attachment 7 is provided with the rotation preventing groove 25 of the receiving member 8.
In addition to the rotation stopping portions 22 provided at positions corresponding to 25, an attachment portion 21 for attaching the string 2 to the rear end surface is provided. The attachment 7 has a rotation preventing groove 22.
The sliding member 25 is slidably engaged with the moving member 6 and does not rotate even if the moving member 6 rotates, but moves together with the moving member 6 back and forth (longitudinal direction) within a certain range of the rotation stopping grooves 25. It has become. Note that a screw portion may be provided in the end piece 5 and the screw portion 19 of the moving tool 6 may be screwed into the screw portion. To assemble the end piece, the receiving piece 8 is inserted into the end piece 5 through the opening 15 and is moved forward to a position flush with the outer edge of the end piece 5 (it is locked at this position). 9 is retracted and inserted from the back of the holder 8.
The string 2 suspended from the main body 1 is led out from the end through the string hole 2 of the rod 3, from the rear end of the end piece 5, from the tip through the spring 9 and the receiver 8, and the string is pulled out. 14 is tied to the attachment portion 21 of the attachment 7. The fixture 7 is engaged with the rear end of the moving tool 6, and the rotation stopper 22 of the fixture 7.
The moving tool 6 is screwed into the receiving tool 8 and screwed in until it is flush with the rear end face of the end piece 5. Finally, when the end piece 5 is inserted from one end of the rod 3, the retaining projection 18 bends downward and restores upward by elastic force to fit into the fitting hole 13 of the rod 3, and the detent projection 17 is rotated. If it engages with the notch 12 of the rod 3, it is prevented from coming off and from rotating, and the assembly is completed. Then, the main body 1 is fixed to the ceiling, the rod 3 is hung by the string 2, the rotating rod 4 is hooked on the rotating part 27 of the main body 1, and the rod 3 is moved up and down for use. When the operating unit 20 of the moving tool 6 is turned by a driver, the moving tool 6 moves forward and backward while turning.
Moves forward and backward without rotating, the length of the cord 2 derived from the rod 3 is changed, and the rod 3 can be adjusted horizontally. At this time, even if the moving tool 6 is moved forward and backward to adjust the length of the string 2, the moving tool 6 is only moving within the receiving tool 8 and the receiving tool 8 does not move, and the receiving tool 8 is warned. Since the warning is issued by changing the portion 23, the load to be warned does not change. If an excessive load is applied to the rod 3 during use,
As shown in FIG. 6, the receiving member 8 is retracted against the spring 9, and the warning portions 23 are exposed from the display windows 16 to warn the user that the load is excessively applied. Has become. This load is the same irrespective of the adjustment position of the fixture 7, that is, whether the string 2 in FIG. 4 has the shortest dimension or the string 2 in FIG. 5 has the longest dimension. . In other words, even if the length of the cord 2 is adjusted by moving the moving tool 6 forward and backward, the moving tool 6 simply moves within the receiving tool 8 and the receiving tool 8 does not move. Since the warning is issued by changing the number 23, there is no change in the warning load. When an object is hung on the pole 3, a load greater than the weight of the object may be momentarily applied due to the impact, but the large load at that moment can be reduced by the buffering action of the spring 9. Has become. As another embodiment of the present invention, the receiving device 8
For example, it is conceivable that a buzzer sounds as the warning unit 23 or an LED as the warning unit 23 is turned on. In short, it is sufficient if the warning unit 23 changes and warns the user, such as a change in the color of the display, a buzzer that does not sound, a turned off LED lights up, or the like. Even if a further load is applied in spite of the above warning, the fitting 7 is broken to avoid breaking the ceiling or other expensive parts of the apparatus. If the mounting fixture 7 is broken,
8, the end piece 5 is removed, the fitting 7 is replaced with the spare fitting 11, and the assembly can be repaired by reassembling in the same manner as described above. A part of the string 2 hidden inside the rod 3 is used as a warning part by coloring or the like, and when an excessive load is applied to the rod 3, the spring 9 In order to warn the user that the load is excessively applied, the receiving member 8 is retracted, the rod 3 is pulled downward, and the warning portion of the string 2 is exposed and displayed. May be. In any case, the present invention is configured to first display and warn the user that an excessive load is applied to the rod 3, and thereafter, even if an even larger load is applied. As described above, if the attachment is broken, the worst case of breaking the ceiling can be prevented in two stages. As described above, according to the present invention, when an excessive load is applied to the rod, the fixture is set to be broken, so that the ceiling or other expensive parts of the present apparatus are used. There is an effect that is not broken. In addition, since both the broken fitting and the spare fitting are provided in the end piece at the end of the rod, it is possible to work by lowering the rod instead of working at a high place, and disassemble both the main body and the rod Since there is no need to take out the end piece at the rod end and all the work can be performed, there is an effect that repair is easy.
