Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for constructing a manhole using an impregnated body, and more particularly to a method for constructing a manhole for preventing the adhesive resin from flowing down due to inclination or the like. 2. Description of the Related Art Manholes are indispensable on the routes of various laying pipelines including sewerage facilities in order to maintain and manage the pipelines. Manholes for sewerage facilities are generally made of concrete. Is often used. [0003] A concrete manhole is constructed by stacking a plurality of concrete blocks in order from the bottom at a construction site and adjusting the height of the manhole with respect to a road surface using an adjusting ring or the like. As a method of joining the concrete blocks, as shown in FIG. 2A, a concave portion 32 is formed on the upper surface 31 of the mating surface of the concrete block 3 and a convex portion 34 is formed on the lower surface 33 near the center of the mating surface. An impregnating body 35 formed in an annular shape and impregnated with an adhesive resin such as an epoxy resin is disposed in the concave portion 32, and the impregnated body 35 is crushed by fitting of the concave portion and the convex portion, so that the concrete blocks 3 are made of resin. Glue. At this time, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the adhesive resin oozes out of the recess 32 toward the inner and outer circumferences of the concrete block 3 by crushing, and flows out evenly over the entire mating surface, so that the concrete blocks 3 are firmly connected to each other. Glued. [0004] By the way, in the case of constructing a manhole on a slope, there is a case where the manhole is constructed by stacking the concrete blocks in an inclined state. In this case, the resin that has once oozed out of the recess in the inner and outer peripheral directions of the concrete block (in the inclined upper direction and the inclined lower direction) by crushing the impregnated body flows in the inclined lower direction. Therefore, the resin that has oozed out toward the upper part of the inclined surface again passes through the impregnating body and flows out toward the lower part of the inclined surface. As a result, the resin drips from the mating surface to the inner wall and the outer wall of the manhole. Furthermore, since the adhesive resin does not spread over the mating surface in the inclined upper direction, a problem arises in that the joining strength between the concrete blocks is reduced. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve these problems, and is based on an impregnating body for preventing the adhesive resin from dripping on the inner and outer walls of the manhole when the concrete blocks are inclined and joined. The purpose is to provide a manhole construction method. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a concrete block having a concave portion formed on the upper surface of a mating surface and a convex portion formed on the lower surface in an annular shape. In a manhole construction method, an impregnated body impregnated with an adhesive resin is provided, and the impregnated body is crushed by a convex portion so that the adhesive resin flows out to the mating surfaces and is impregnated and joined to each other. The body is formed so that the longitudinal section is formed in a substantially square shape, and a sheet-like liquid shielding member is fixed on the upper side of both sides of the impregnated body to cover the entire area of both sides, and is impregnated with an adhesive resin. When the impregnated body is crushed, the liquid shielding member spreads outward due to the oozing force of the resin, and the resin flows out of the concave portion to the mating surface, and thereafter, the flow of the resin remaining in the concave portion is regulated by the liquid shielding member. Characterized by Things. According to the above construction, when the impregnated body is crushed, the adhesive resin oozes out from the concave portion of the concrete block toward the inner and outer circumferences, and the liquid seeping members provided on both side surfaces of the impregnated body due to the oozing force. Spread outward. When the oozing is completed, the free side end of the liquid shielding member comes into contact with the inner wall of the concave portion, and the passage of the resin between the inside and the outside of the liquid shielding member is blocked. Therefore, the flow of the resin staying in the concave portion is regulated by the liquid shielding member, so that the resin oozing out of the impregnated body is prevented from flowing in the opposite direction through the impregnated body. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a manhole constructed under a road. The manhole 1 has a bottom plate 2 at the bottom, a concrete block 3 stacked on the bottom plate 2, and a height adjuster (not shown) for a road surface. It is composed of an adjusting ring and a sloping wall block 4 arranged on the upper stage of the manhole. The lowermost concrete block 3 is provided with an inflow pipe and an outflow pipe connected to a sewer pipe or the like. The concrete block 3 is molded into a high strength and high water honey by sufficiently compacting it by a conventionally known concrete centrifugal force molding method or roll compaction molding method, and as shown in FIG. 2 (a). In the vicinity of the center of the upper surface 31 of the concrete block 3, a concave portion 32
Protrusions 34 are formed annularly in the vicinity of the center, respectively, and the concrete blocks 3 are joined without being displaced by fitting the recesses and the protrusions on the mating surfaces. Also,
As a method for bonding the concrete blocks 3 to each other, an impregnated body 35 impregnated with an adhesive resin such as an epoxy resin is provided over the entire periphery of the concave portion 32, and the impregnated body 35 is fitted between the concave portion and the convex portion. By crushing together, the adhesive resin flows out to the mating surface and is bonded. As shown in FIG. 3, the impregnated body 35 according to the present invention is made of urethane sponge, and has a substantially rectangular longitudinal section. On both sides of the impregnating body 35, a liquid shielding member 36 such as a film through which the adhesive resin does not pass is provided so as to cover the entire area of both sides, and only the upper part of the liquid shielding member 36 is placed on the upper part of the impregnating body 35. To be integrated. In other words, the upper end of the liquid shielding member 36 is fixed, and the lower end is free, so that the liquid shielding member 36 can spread to the left and right outside like a blade. Next, the operation of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 4 shows an example in which a concrete block 3 is joined in a tilted state, such as when a manhole is built on a slope. As shown in FIG. 4A, an impregnated body 35 provided with a liquid shielding member 36 and impregnated with an adhesive resin is provided in the concave portion 32 of the concrete block 3 over the entire circumference of the ring. Then, the concrete blocks 3 are joined by fitting the projections 34 into the recesses 32. [0012] Then, as shown in FIG.
5 squeezes the adhesive resin from the concave portion 32 of the concrete block in the inner and outer peripheral directions (left and right in the drawing), and the exuding force causes the liquid shielding members 36 provided on both sides of the impregnated body 35 to move outward. (Right and left direction). At this time, although the concrete block 3 is in an inclined state, the squeezing of the impregnating body 35 causes the adhesive resin to exude in the inclined upper direction (left direction in the drawing) and the inclined lower direction (right direction in the drawing). When the bleeding of the resin is completed, the free end of the liquid shielding member 36 comes into contact with the inner wall of the recess 32, and the passage of the resin between the inside and the outside of the liquid shielding member 36 is blocked. Therefore, the flow of the adhesive resin from the upper inclined direction to the lower inclined direction is restricted in the concave portion 32, and the resin that has once oozed out of the impregnated body 35 in the upward inclined direction passes through the impregnated body 35 again and is inclined. It is prevented from flowing downward. As described above, according to the present invention, when the impregnated body is crushed by the liquid-shielding member provided on the impregnated body, the flow of the resin seeping into the concave portion of the concrete block is restricted. This makes it possible to prevent the resin from dripping on the inner and outer walls of the manhole when joining the concrete block by tilting it when building a manhole on a slope, etc. Will not be overwhelmed. As a result, a manhole having an appropriate adhesive strength can be built.
