【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、リップカラー、クレ
ヨン、パステル、消しゴム、カッター刃などの棒状物を
ケース(軸筒)に容易に出し入れできると共に、使用時
に、棒状物の意図しない引っ込みが防止できる棒状物繰
出装置に関する。

【従来の技術】本出願人は、軸方向にスリットと多数の
被係合部とを形成した軸筒と、棒状物の取付け部を備え
て上記軸筒内に摺動可能に配置されたスライダーとを有
し、このスライダーは、棒状物の取付部と引込防止部と
スライダー本体とを連設し、引込防止部を軸筒の半径方
向に可動であるよう連結したものである棒状物繰出し装
置を提案している(実願平5−45866号)。これ
は、棒状物のためのホルダーであって、棒状物をケース
(軸筒)に容易に出し入れできると共に、使用時に、棒
状物の意図しない引っ込みが防止できる棒状物繰出装置
を提供することを目的としたものである。即ち、上記棒
状物繰出装置は、スライダーを移動させるという容易な
装置によって棒状物を軸筒に出没させることができ、使
用時には棒状物を引っ込ませようとする力によって引込
防止部が移動し、軸筒の被係合部と係合して棒状物の引
っ込みを防止するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、図8に
示すように、使用時、把持力によってスリット22の幅
が狭められた場合、引込防止部23bに形成した係止部
である凸部23dが被係合部22aに入り込めなくなる
という現象が発生する。これは、軸筒21の肉厚が薄い
場合に多く発生する。凸部23dが被係合部22aに入
り込めなくなった場合、引込防止機構が働かないため、
使用時、大きな力で紙面などに押しつけると棒状物の意
図しない引っ込みが生じるという問題が発生することが
ある。本発明は、実願平5−45866号の棒状物繰出
装置を更に改良し、意図しない引っ込みが確実に防止で
きる棒状物繰出装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、軸方向にスリ
ットと、そのスリットの幅より大きな幅を有する多数の
矩形状の被係合部とを形成した軸筒と、この軸筒内に摺
動可能に配置されたスライダーと、スリットを介してス
ライダーに固着したクリップとを有し、このスライダー
は、棒状物の取付部と引込防止部とスライダー本体とを
連結してなるものであり、前記引込防止部は、前方に位
置する棒状物の取付部と、被係合部に対応する側で弾性
を有する板状部で連結され、また、後方に位置するスラ
イダー本体と、被係合部と近接する側で弾性を有する板
状部で連結され、前記引込防止部 が、棒状物の取付部と
スライダー本体とから挟圧力を受けたときのみ、軸筒の
半径方向外側に変位し、引込防止部と軸筒の被係合部と
が係止状態を形成するようなした棒状物繰出装置におい
て、前記クリップのつまみ部は前記スリットを介して下
方に延設した脚部によって前記スライダー本体に固着さ
れていると共に、前記クリップの先端には凸部が形成さ
れ、この凸部は前記スリットに突入していることを要旨
とする。

【実施例】添付図1乃至図4を参照して本発明の一実施
例を説明する。軸筒1の外壁には軸方向に平面部1aを
形成してあり、この平面部1aにはその両側に矩形状の
切欠きからなる被係合部2aを対向して多数設けたスリ
ット2を形成してある。
【0006】軸筒1内にはリップカラー、クレヨン、パ
ス、消しゴム、カッター刃などの棒状物Aの取付け部3
aを有するスライダー3が軸方向に移動できるように配
置されている。このスライダー3は、前記取付部3aと
後述する引込防止部3b及びスライダー本体3cとを連
結したものである。前記棒状物Aの取付部3aと、係止
部である凸部3dを形成した引込防止部3bとは、上記
被係合部2aと対向する側(図中、右方位置)で弾性を
有する板状部3eで連結している。また、引込防止部3
bと、スライダー本体3cとは、上記被係合部2aと近
接する側(図中、左方位置)で弾性を有する板状部3f
で連結している。ここで、板状部3fは、引込防止部3
bの方が高くなるよう(図中、左側方向)に傾斜させて
いる。なお、引込防止部3bには、下がり(図中、右側
方向)防止のために軸筒1内壁との摺動部3hを形成し
ている。
【0007】更に、引込防止部3b及びスライダー本体
3cの内部には前記軸筒1に形成した被係合部2aに係
合できる係合部4aを有する弾撥体(板バネなど)4を
山形状になるように配置している。この弾撥体4の係合
部4aは、前記スライダー本体3cに設けた孔3gを介
して前記軸筒1に形成した被係合部2aに係合し得るよ
うになっており、弾撥体4の脚部4b、4cは、各々引
っ込み防止部3bとスライダー本体3c内に位置してい
る。
【0008】クリップ6のつまみ5は、スリット2を介
して下方に延設した脚部5aによってスライダー本体3
cに固着されており、このクリップ6の先端には、3個
の凸部6a、6b、6cが形成されている。この凸部6
a及び6cは、軸筒1の平面部1a上に位置し、凸部6
bは、スリット2に僅かに突入するように形成されてい
る。
【0009】なお、係合部4aは被係合部2a内に入り
込めるような凸部であれば良いが、繰出し時、収容時に
おいての操作性を考慮した場合、係合部4aは曲面また
は傾斜面よりなることが望ましい。また、係止部である
凸部3dは、棒状物Aの引っ込み防止の観点より、繰出
し方向の面は曲面又は傾斜面よりなり、収容方向の面は
大略垂直面であることが望ましい。さらに、軸筒1の横
断面形状は、円筒状の外、四角形状、偏平状のものなど
適宜他の形状を採用できる。
【0010】本棒状物繰出装置は、使用時、即ち、棒状
物Aが突出して紙面などに当接している状態において、
紙面への押圧力と同等の反作用の力が働いたとき引込防
止部3bは取付部3aおよびスライダー本体3cによっ
て挟圧力を受け、半径方向の外側へ変位し、被係合部2
aと係止部である凸部3dとで係止状態を形成する。こ
れによって、棒状物Aの引っ込みが防止できる(図5、
6参照)。使用後において、棒状物Aを紙面などから離
すと、前記反作用の力も失われるので、引込防止部3b
は元の状態に戻り、被係合部2aと係止部である凸部3
dとの係止状態も解除されて、棒状物Aを容易に収容で
きる。本実施例の棒状物繰出装置においては、凸部6b
がスリット2に僅かに突入するように形成されており、
また、つまみ5の脚部5aもスリット2に挿入されてい
るので、軸筒1に強い把持力が作用しても、スリット2
は狭められることがなく、被係合部2aと係止部である
凸部3dとは係止状態の形成が可能である。

【発明の効果】本発明に係る棒状物繰出装置は、上述し
たような構成であるので、引っ込み防止機構が有効に作
用し、使用時における棒状物の意図しない引っ込みが防
止できる。更に、スリットがクリップ摺動の案内溝とな
ることから、クリップの横揺れや振動が防止でき棒状物
