きにこれを解消できるような冷凍ユニットを提供するも

るため本発明は、設置場所に対向して設けられる底板に
圧縮機、レシーバタンク等の冷凍サイクルの一部を成す
構成要素及び電装箱を前記底板の投影範囲内に配置し、
前記底板の周端側に取付具の水平面を上方から固定する
と共に前記底板を囲むように立てたパネルとの間に弾性
体を介在させた状態で前記取付具の垂直面と前記パネル
とを固定することを特徴とする。 【0007】 【発明の実施の形態】本発明の実施の形態を図を参照し
て説明する。図1において、1は冷凍ユニットで、この
冷凍ユニットは例えば、圧縮機2、レシーバタンク3、
凝縮器(図示せず)、減圧装置(図示せず)、蒸発器
(図示せず)等から成る構成要素を冷媒配管で環状に接
続した冷凍サイクルから、本実施例では、圧縮機2、レ
シーバタンク3及び電装箱4を単一の底板上に配置した
ものである。 【0008】そして、この冷凍ユニットは、機械室など
に設置されることを想定しており、メンテナンスや、コ
ストダウンを考慮して、最初から底板上に配置された構

C、ネジ止めの孔7Dから構成されている。支持部7A
は、略U字状に形成されており、肉厚3mmの防振ゴム
(弾性体)8が取付けられる。そして、この支持部7A
は載置面5Aより下方で立上り部5Bの側部に位置させ
るようにしている。フランジ7Bは載置面にネジ止めさ
れて取付具7を底板5に固定し、フランジ7Cはネジ止

て、騒音対策を行う際には取付具及びパネルを上方側か
ら取付けることができ、冷凍ユニットが背面側を壁等に
ぴったりとくっつけていても、取付具の取付けが可能と
なり、上方から取付けられるパネルで冷凍ユニットの騒
音源となる圧縮機などを囲むことができ、騒音を防止す

させたので、パネルの振動を極力防止することができ
