【産業上の利用分野】空気テントの安定水嚢の給水及び
排水口に関する。
【0002】
【従来の技術】従来は注水用バルブは直径20〜60mm
と小さいものが多かった。
【0003】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】
1)注・排水口のバルブの径が小さかった為に注入及び
排水に長時間必要であり、どのような形状のホースに対
しても短時間で注水、排水を行う要望が強かった。
2)バルブの径が小さかった為に使用するホースが限定
された。
3)排水時に水嚢内部に水溜まりが発生し、小容積に収
納が出来なかった。
4)破損に対して強く、加工方法が簡単で軽量にして運
搬の容易な水嚢及び注・排水口が要望されていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決するため
に鋭意研究した結果本発明に到達したもので、すなわち
本発明は、空気テントの最下部周辺底部に囲繞敷設する
安定水嚢において、内側水嚢部と外側被覆部を2層の合
成樹脂製チューブで作り、該内側水嚢部と外側被覆部の
注入・排水口として必要部位を切開し、水密ファスナー
を内側水嚢部と外側被覆部が合体するように高周波溶着
加工した空気テント用水嚢である。
【0005】本発明を図面に基づいて説明する。図1は
本発明の空気テントKの斜視図で、グランドシート14
上の空気テントKの最下部に安全水嚢9を敷設してい
る。図2は空気ドームAの正面図で、該空気ドームの最
下部に安全水嚢9を敷設している。図3は空気ドームの
平面図である。安全水嚢の一個所又は複数個所に本発明
の給水・排水用の水密ファスナー1を設置している。
【0006】図4は本発明の安全水嚢9の一部平面図、
一部断面図である。水嚢の外側には補強繊維19入りの
合成樹脂製水嚢被覆部17との二重構造で、内側の水嚢
チューブは合成樹脂製チューブ20からなっている。二
重にしないと水圧に耐えられないのと、少しの鋭利なも
のとの接触でも内側の水嚢は破損する。換言すれば水嚢
被覆部は内側の水嚢の保護膜の役割を持っている。
【0007】図5は本発明の合成樹脂製の水嚢チューブ
20の一部平面図、一部断面図である。水嚢チューブは
合成樹脂製シートを高周波加工で溶着加工でチューブに
形成する。図6は図5のA−A矢視断面図であるが、水
密ファスナー1は内側の水嚢チューブ20及び水嚢被覆
部17の必要個所を切開し、水密ファスナー1を定置し
て、水密ファスナーの周辺部を内側の水嚢チューブと外
側の被覆部を合体するように縫製固定し、ついで高周波
加工し、該水密ファスナー・水嚢被覆溶着加工部分25
は水嚢チューブ20と高周波加工して気密性をもたせ
る。図7は図5のB−B矢視断面図である。
【0008】図8は本発明の水密ファスナー1とホース
24の関係を示す斜視図である。本発明の水密ファスナ
ー1は例えば10cmφ(円周31.4cm)でも簡単に入
るように32〜40cmの長さのものを使用する。水を注
入して終了した時、すぐホースを取り去り水密ファスナ
ーを締める。

【作用】安定水嚢に水密ファスナーを使用するので、ホ
ースの口金(蛇口)が大きくても、小さくてもホースを
挿入して水を注入又は排出可能となる。

【発明の効果】
1)いかなるホースでも対応可能であり、短時間で水を
注入可能であり、排出も短時間で出来る。
2)水嚢を二重にしたので、破損に対しても強くなっ

In the above, the inner hydropouch portion and the outer coating portion are made of a two-layer synthetic resin tube, necessary portions are cut out as injection / drainage ports of the inner hydropouch portion and the outer coating portion, and the watertight fastener is formed with the inner hydropouch portion.
