【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【産業上の利用分野】本発明は温風を用いた床暖房装置
に関するものである。 【0002】 【従来の技術】図3は従来のこの種の床暖房装置を示し
たもので、床下空間Aの底面及び周壁面に断熱材10,
11を施し、給湯機15から温水を供給される温水コイ
ル6aとファン6bとで構成された温風発生機6によっ
て、この床下空間Aに温風を循環させ、床材1を暖める
ようにしたものである。しかしこの方式は、温風の流量
が多い割りには、温風から床材3への熱伝達効率が低い
という問題があり、また一般に床暖房においては、室温
とは別個に快適な床面温度というものがあるために、近
年アルミ刷子の普及により密閉性が向上すると共に、壁
や天井等の断熱性能の向上した建築では、床面を快適な
温度に維持しようとすると室温が上昇し過ぎ、また室温
を快適に維持しようとすると床面が快適温度に達しない
という問題があった。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は上述の問題点
に鑑み、設備コストが安くしかも熱効率が高い床暖房装
置を提供することを第一の目的とし、室内を快適な温度
に保つための必要十分な熱量を快適な床面温度によって
達成することができるようなこの種の床暖房装置を提供
することを第二の目的とするものである。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の請求項1による
床暖房装置は、図1に示すように、床下空間Aに温風を
循環させて床材1を加熱する方式の床暖房装置におい
て、大引き2の上に根太3を架設し、その上に上記床材
1を張設すると共に、部屋の中央付近の複数本の大引き
2の下端部同士を適宜の幅の板材4で連結し、この板材
4と上記床材1との間に周囲の開いた小空間Bを形成
し、小空間Bの底面に開口した温風ダクト5の吹出し口
9の上方に遮蔽板8を根太3の下面に取り付けることで
設け、温風ダクト5を通して温風発生機6(図2参照)
から温風を送り込み、小空間Bの周囲の開口部7から出
た温風が床下空間Aを通って温風発生機6へ戻るように
したものである。 【0005】 【作用】上述の構成によれば、温風発生機6から供給さ
れる温風は、まず床材1と板材4の間に形成された小空
間Bに入り、その周囲の開口部7から床下空間Aへ出て
いくので、開口部7から小空間Bの外へ出るまでは、温
度の低下した外の空気と混じることなく小空間Bの上面
の床材1を加熱し、それによって部屋の中央部の床面
に、室温よりも高く人体に快適な温度を与えることがで
き、更に開口部7から外へ出たのちも、高温で比重の軽
い空気が床材1の下面に沿って周囲へ広がっていくの
で、従来に比し床材1への熱伝達効率が向上し、省エネ
ルギを実現することができる。更に、小空間Bの底面に
開口した温風ダクト5の吹出し口9の上方に遮蔽板8
設けたので、温風が吹出し口9(図2参照)の真上の部
分の床材1に当たって、局部的に過熱するのを防止する
ことができる。 【0006】 【実施例】図1は本発明による床暖房装置の一実施例を
示したもので、大引き2の上に根太3を架設し、これら
の根太3の上に床材3を張設して床が構成されている。
部屋の中央部分、例えば6畳間の中央の1〜2畳分の領
域において、2本の大引き(910mm間隔)の間に、
根太の5本分(455mm間隔)に亙る幅のベニヤ合板
よりなる1枚の板材4が両側辺を大引きの下面に釘止め
することにより張設されており、この板材4に穿設され
た温風吹出し口9に温風ダクト5の上端が接続されてい
る。この温風ダクト5の他端は、図2に示されている温
風発生機6の吐出口に接続され、また小空間Bから周囲
に吐き出された空気は床下空間Aから温風発生機6の背
面の吸込口に吸い込まれる。なお図1において、10及
び11は床下空間Aの周側壁及び底面に施された発泡樹
よりなる断熱材であり、床下換気口12には夏期には
開放され冬期には閉鎖される断熱気密扉13が設けられ
ている。また14は断熱壁パネルである。 【0007】本発明は上述のように、板材4と床材1と
の間に周囲が開放された小空間Bを形成することによっ
て、温風発生機6から供給される温風がまずこの小空間
B内へ送り込まれ、小空間Bの上面の限定された床面を
暖めたのち、小空間Bの周囲から床下空間Aへ出て、温
風発生機6へ戻るようにしたものであり、これによって
部屋の中央部分の床面温度よりも低い平均温度で室内を
暖房し、人が座ったり腰掛けたりする際に、室温よりも
高い快適な温度を感じさせるようにしたものである。 【0008】図2は本発明の他の実施例を示したもの
で、図1の実施例では板材4は2本の大引きの間に取り
付けられていたが、これを3本の大引きに亙って取り付
け、部屋の中央の床面が高温になる領域を2畳分とした
ものであり、温風ダクト5は2本に分岐させて、温風吹
出し口9を3本の大引き間の隣接する二つの間隔にそれ
ぞれ設けている。また小空間Bの底面に開口している温
風ダクト5の吹出し口9の上方には、吹き出した温風が
床材1の下面を直撃して局部的に過熱するのを防止する
ために、適当な大きさの石膏ボードよりなる遮蔽板8
が、その両側辺を根太3の下面にねじ止めすることによ
って取り付けられている。 【0009】 【発明の効果】本発明によれば上述のように、温風発生
機6から供給される温風は、まず床材1と板材4の間に
形成された小空間Bに送り込まれて、温度の低下した外
の空気と混じることなく小空間Bの上面の床材1を加熱
し、それによって部屋の中央部の床面に、室温よりも高
く人体に快適な温度を与えることができるので、従来の
この種の床暖房装置のように、室温を最適温度に制御し
たときに床面が冷た過ぎたり、あるいは床面を最適温度
に制御したときに室温が高過ぎたりすることがないとい
う利点があり、また温風が開口部7から外へ出たのち
も、高温で比重の軽い空気が床材1の下面に沿って周囲
へ広がっていくので、従来に比し床材1への熱伝達効率
が向上し、省エネルギを実現することができるという利
