Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a light emitting road stud used for a center line, an outside line, a curb, a curve, a branch point, a junction, a stop line, or a multistory parking lot of a roadway.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, a light-emitting road stud with a built-in energizing light-emitting body has a built-in solar battery for each connecting stud, and one in which the stud body is connected with a commercially available electric wire (round shape) or a flat electric wire. is there.
[0003]
FIG. 12 shows a conventional method of connecting a stud body and a stud body with an electric wire. The connection between the stud body and the stud body is performed by connecting an electric wire (flat electric wire) protruding from the stud body and an electric wire with a connector. After the connection, the connection portion is filled with an adhesive. At the time of maintenance, etc., it was necessary to hang the connection part and the electric wire part.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Of the above road studs, the former with a built-in solar battery does not require wires, so laying and wiring of wires does not require labor, so construction is easy, but when multiple studs are installed However, there is a problem that the flashing of the light emission is not synchronized or the flashing of the step cannot be performed.
[0005]
Therefore, in order to synchronize the blinking, a method of continuously energizing the stud body and the stud body with the latter electric wire is used, but in this case, it takes time and effort to embed and wire the electric wire. In addition, in the case of maintenance after the construction, especially when some trouble occurs in the electric wire, the repair work is very troublesome and expensive.
[0006]
In addition, since the electric wire is connected to the stud body, and the stud body can be opened for convenience in construction, it is difficult to perform sealing treatment such as waterproofing. In addition, when the pitch length between the studs is as long as several tens of meters, there is a problem that it is very difficult to manufacture and construct in a factory for extending the electric wires.
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a light emitting road stud which is a method of connecting between a stud body and a stud body with an electric wire, in which burial of the electric wire, wiring, construction and maintenance after the construction are easy and the cost is low. Is to do.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Above object, a plurality of tack member having a built-in power emitters been made to connect the wire, said tack member is formed of a metal or hard plastic having erected sides from the bottom and the bottom A robust rivet body base portion , a terminal block in which the electric wire is inserted into the rivet body base portion and connected to the electric wire, and an electric insulation filled and sealed in the rivet body base portion and around the terminal block. A light-emitting road stud configured to fix a cylindrical protection tube for protecting the electric wire made of metal or hard plastic with a connector provided on a side surface of the stud body base portion, A seal structure in which a gap between the electric wire located on the inner peripheral side of the connector and the tubular protective tube is closed with a sealing material so that the electric insulating material does not flow into the inside of the tubular protective tube. Achieved.
[0009]
Further, the above object is achieved by that the sealing material of the tubular protective tube is a packing, a foam sheet, or a nonwoven fabric.
[0010]
According to the above-described means, the base member is made of metal or hard plastic, and is made of a rigid material, so that it is hardly affected by the load of a vehicle or the like. At the time of maintenance and repair, there is a convenience that only the upper part of the base member can be removed.
[0011]
In addition, the stud body and the stud body are connected by a metal or hard plastic tubular protective tube into which an electric wire is inserted, and a gap between the electric wire and the protective tube is sealed with a sealing structure. By doing this, only the inside of the stud can be filled with electric insulating material, and by attaching a hook, cover, or case around the wire connecting part, the connecting part will be Easy to take out and repair.
[0012]
In addition, when the length of the attachment pitch between the studs is as long as several tens of meters, an extension line in which an electric wire is inserted is provided in the protective tube, and both ends of the extension line can be internally connected to the electric wire. Since a metal or hard plastic rigid handhole is provided and extended, any extension can be made, and construction and maintenance repair can be easily performed.
[0013]
At the time of construction of the above road studs, in advance, in the construction area such as the road surface, after drilling the core holes for the studs and hand holes, and slitting for the protection tube, the protection tube where the electric wire was set there It can be easily done by setting and setting the studs and hand holes and molding.
[0014]
Since the built-in light emitting body is energized by the electric wire, the road studs constructed above can easily flash the plurality of studs in synchronization with each other.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0016]
FIG. 1 is a top view of a light emitting road stud according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a front sectional view thereof. Reference numeral 1 denotes a rivet body, which comprises a rigid, rigid rivet body base portion 2 made of metal or hard plastic. The base part 2 is an upper and lower separate body, and an upper base part 21 and a lower base part 22 are overlapped, and are fastened by bolts 5 at four circumferential positions to be integrally connected. The material of the base member 2 is made of an aluminum cut product (A2017), an aluminum die-cast product (ADc6), another metal material, or a hard plastic so as to be robustly protected from the load of a vehicle or the like. The light emitting section 3 is fixed to the upper base section 21. Box connectors 8 are provided at at least two places on the side surface of the lower base portion 22, and the tubular protection tube 4 made of metal or hard plastic into which the electric wire 6 is inserted is mounted and fixed therein.
[0017]
FIG. 3 is an exploded view of the tack body base 2 of FIG. The light emitting section 3 fixed to the upper base section 21 is formed of a rigid case having a built-in energized light emitting body and an upper surface covered with a translucent glass or the like. It is tightened and fixed at 5. The box connector 8 provided on the lower base portion 22 includes a box connector main body 81 and a box connector fixing ring 82. The end of the box connector main body 81 and the fixing ring 82 are threaded, and the box connector main body 81 is connected to the lower section. It is inserted into a hole made in the side surface of the base portion 22 and is screwed and attached so as to be sandwiched by an inner fixing ring 82. As the protective tube 4 attached to the box connector 8, for example, a commercially available flexible conduit made of hard polyethylene is used, and as the electric wire 6 inserted into the protective tube 4, a commercially available cabtire cable is used.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 4, an enlarged cross-sectional view of a portion A of the protection tube 4 where the box connector 8 is attached, a gap between the protection tube 4 at the fixed end of the box connector and the electric wire 6 inserted therein is sealed with a sealing material 10 to protect the gap. The inside of the tube is treated so that the insulating material does not flow into the inside of the tube by insulation treatment or waterproof treatment. A nonwoven fabric is used as the sealant 10, but a packing material, a foam sheet, or the like is also used.
[0019]
A terminal block 7 is provided at a substantially central portion of the lower base section 22, and the electric wires 6 inserted through the protection tube 4 and inserted into the lower base section 22 are connected by the terminal block 7. FIG. 5 shows a top view and a side view in which the terminal block portion B is enlarged. A terminal 61 is attached to the tip of the electric wire 6, and the terminal 61 is fixed to the terminal block 7 by screws 71. As a result, the electric wires 6 introduced from the left and right are connected to the lower base portion 22, and power can be supplied to the adjacent rivet member from the next. A female connector 16 is connected to the terminal block 7 by screwing. The female connector 16 is plug-connected to a male connector 15 connected to the built-in luminous body of the light-emitting section 3, and energizes and emits light from the electric wire 6.
[0020]
Next, the assembly of the stud body will be described. The protection tube 4 is attached to the lower base portion 22, the electric wires 6 introduced therein are connected by the terminal block 7, the male connector 15 is inserted and set in the female connector 16, and the upper base portion 21 is assembled with the lower base portion 22. In this state, the insulating material 9 is injected and filled into the base portion. The insulating material 9 is a liquid having a high viscosity before being hardened, and becomes a jelly-like when hardened, for example, a New Jella No. manufactured by Sumitomo 3M Limited. 4441J (disassembly type polyurethane resin) can be used. After the insulating material 9 is injected, the light emitting unit 3 is attached and fixed to the upper base unit 21 before being cured. The entire area where the cured insulating material 9 is sealed is waterproofed. When the insulating material 9 is injected, the protection tube 4 is sealed with the sealing material 10 at the fixed end, so that the inflow of the insulating material into the protection tube 4 can be prevented.
[0021]
FIG. 6 shows a construction example of a road stud. Core holes for the rivet member and the protection tube are formed in advance on the road surface (GL surface), and the rivet member and the protection tube are set there and molded. At the time of performing the waterproofing treatment by injecting the insulating material 9 into the inside of the base portion 2, in order to make it easier to remove the connecting portion from the electric insulating material at the time of maintenance repair, the C portion inside the stud body is enlarged and shown in FIG. 7. 8, the periphery including the terminal block 7, the electric wire 6 connecting portion, the female connector 16 and the male connector 15 is wrapped with a cover 11 with a hook (a mesh cover, a nonwoven fabric cover, a transparent cover, or the like) 11 or a case with a hook. In the state where the cover 11 is fastened with the binding band 12 as described above, the insulating material 9 is injected into the outer periphery of the cover 11 and hardened, thereby performing the entire waterproof treatment. By doing so, the light emitting portion 3 is removed at the time of repair, and the cover 11 is removed, so that the electrical portion of the internal wire connection portion can be easily taken out of the insulating material 9 and maintenance can be facilitated.
[0022]
FIGS. 9 and 10 show a handhole for extending the electric wire when the attachment pitch length between the studs is as long as several tens of meters. FIG. 9 is a top view and FIG. 10 is a front sectional view. The handhole 13 has a cylindrical shape like the stud body 1, and is composed of a rigid handhole body 131 made of metal or hard plastic and a handhole lid 132, and the lid 132 is fixed to the main body 131 with bolts 5. . A box connector 8 similar to the stud base 2 is provided on a side surface of the handhole main body 131. The box connector 8 is sandwiched between a box connector main body 81 and a fixing ring 82 and attached to the handhole main body 131. The end of the protection tube 4 extending to the box connector 8 is attached, the inserted electric wire 6 in the protection tube is inserted into the handhole main body 131, and the electric wires 6 inserted from both sides are connected and extended by the internal terminal block 7. The connection method on the terminal block 7 can be made in the same manner as the connection method on the tack body. Further, the electric insulating material 9 is sealed around the connecting portion, and after waterproofing, the handhole cover 132 is fixed by bolts.
[0023]
FIG. 11 shows a state in which the adjacent rivet members 1 are connected by an electric wire composed of the protection tube 4 connected and extended by the handhole 13. By using this extension line, even when the attachment pitch length between the studs is as long as several tens of meters, it is possible to easily energize the plurality of studs 1 and to make the light emission synchronously blink.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention described above, the light-emitting road stud in which the studs are connected by electric wires is easy to construct, does not require maintenance, and is inexpensive. In particular, by removing the light-emitting portion and removing the cover at the time of repair, the electric portion of the internal wire connection portion can be easily taken out from the insulating material, and maintenance can be facilitated.
