Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a connection structure between a waterproof floor pan and a wall panel when a wall panel is placed on the waterproof floor pan to form a room such as an equipment unit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 3 shows a structure of this kind that has been widely used in the past. In this method, a tape-like foam 9 is attached to the wall mounting surfaces 2 around the four sides of the waterproof floor pan 1, and then the flange 4 of the wall panel 3 is placed on the foam 9 so that the waterproof floor pan 1 and the wall The caulking 10 was applied to the gap 12 between the panel 3, ie, the coking allowance h, to connect the waterproof floor pan to the wall panel. This is referred to as Conventional Example 1.
Further, as a device using a channel member instead of a foam, a device as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 62-101962 is known. This is referred to as Conventional Example 2.
However, in any case, caulking is performed between the waterproof floor pan and the wall panel or between the channel member and the wall panel, but the flange opening at the lower end of the wall panel (13 in FIG. 3) is provided. It was not waterproofed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
(1) In the structure of the conventional example 1 or 2, when the wall panel is made of a vinyl chloride resin metal laminate, if the surface of the wall panel is exposed to water due to breakage of caulking or other reasons, the edge is reduced. There is a problem that red rust flows out into the room due to corrosion and wall panels are damaged.
(2) In Conventional Example 1, since a heavy wall panel is placed on the foam, the foam is crushed and a predetermined coking allowance h cannot be secured, and the coking width is narrowed and the coking is easily cut. However, there is a drawback that the problem described in the above (1) is apt to occur when water is immersed in the flange opening of the wall panel.
[0004]
(3) In Conventional Example 1, since no stopper is provided on the back surface of the wall panel or the flange edge, the pressure from the indoor side causes the wall panel to bend and break caulking, so that the flange edge of the wall panel is flooded. Thus, there is a disadvantage that the problem described in the above (1) is likely to occur.
An object of the present invention is to provide a connection structure between a waterproof floor pan and a wall panel that solves the above-mentioned drawbacks.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a waterproof floor pan forming the Kabeno surface in four sides, a guide rail having a placed on the wall receiving portion to the wall mounting surface of the waterproof floor pan, placing in the wall receiving portion of the guide rail A wall panel having a flange to be placed, wherein the flange opening of the flange is inserted into a caulking section provided on the guide rail.
[0006]
In the present invention, the rising piece of the guide rail may be raised only vertically, but if it is formed in an arcuate cross-section so as to cover above the groove, the effect of protecting the flange opening of the wall panel by caulking becomes more reliable.
The guide rail may be made of a hard material such as an extruded material of aluminum, but a flexible material such as an extruded material of a vinyl chloride resin is preferable because it is easily adapted to a waterproof floor pan. The wall panel may be made of an aluminum plate or other material usually used for equipment units, but the use of a vinyl chloride resin metal laminate is particularly effective in preventing corrosion from the flange opening.
Further, the waterproof floor pan also includes a bathtub with a washing place in which a washing place floor and a bathtub are integrally formed.
[0007]
【Example】
Next, examples of the present invention will be described.

Reference numeral 3 denotes a wall panel made of a vinyl chloride resin metal laminate, and a lower end portion is bent to integrally form a flange 4.
The guide rail 5 is adhered to the wall mounting surface 2 of the waterproof floor pan 1 with an adhesive or a double-sided tape. The caulking 11 is applied along the groove 7 of the guide rail 5, and the flange panel 13 of the wall panel 3 is inserted into the groove 7, and the wall panel 3 is placed on the wall receiving portion 6 of the guide rail 5. I do. Thereafter, the caulking allowance h formed in the gap 12 between the waterproof floor pan 1 and the wall panel 3 is subjected to caulking 10 to complete the connection.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
The connection structure between the waterproof floor pan and the wall panel according to the present invention has the following effects.
(1) The flange opening of the wall panel is protected in a waterproof manner by caulking, so that it is less likely to corrode, and there is no possibility that red rust will flow into the room or the wall panel will be damaged.
(2) The caulking allowance between the waterproof floor pan and the wall panel is reliably ensured by the wall receiving portion of the guide rail, so that there is no danger of the caulking being cut.
(3) Even when pressure is applied to the wall panel from the inside of the room, the wall panel is held by the rising pieces of the guide rails, so that there is no danger of the coking breaking.
