Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a game ball lifting device for lifting and polishing game balls to a predetermined height in a pachinko hall.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent pachinko halls, pachinko machine yards (called "islands" because they are scattered in the pachinko halls), in which a group of pachinko machines are installed outward, are arranged in parallel. A game ball lifting device is used in which a game ball discharged from each pachinko machine is recovered, polished, lifted to a predetermined height, and supplied again to a game ball replenishment path of each pachinko machine.
[0003]
Inside the pachinko machine yard, there is provided a storage tank whose bottom plate is inclined downward toward the game ball lifting device. In this storage tank, a predetermined number of game balls are stored in advance in order to increase the absolute amount of game balls circulating in the pachinko machine yard, and the game balls stored in the storage tank pass through a passage formed downstream of the storage tank. Is ground by the game ball lifting device, transported to the upper part of the pachinko machine yard, and returned to the storage tank again after passing through each pachinko machine.
[0004]
The dirt, dust, and the like adhere to the game balls when moving along the passages and the like, and when the game balls contact the decorative plate of the pachinko machine in this state, the dirt of the game balls adhere to the decorative plate and become dirty. When the game balls are passed through the game ball lifting device, they are polished to remove dust and the like.
[0005]
By the way, in the conventional game ball lifting device, the supporting member has a locking member having one of a large number of loops or hooks, and the polishing member has a locking member having a large number of hooks or the other of the loops. These locking members lock each other to form locking means (trade name: magic tape). In a state where the locking means of the polishing member correspond to the locking means of the support member, these locking means are locked to each other to fix the polishing member to the support member. That is, it is necessary to attach the polishing member in a state where the locking means of the polishing member corresponds to the locking means of the support member, so that the mounting is time-consuming. In addition, in the above-mentioned locking means, since the positioning of the polishing member is uncertain, the polishing member is displaced or loosened, so that many fixing portions of the locking means are required, and it is necessary to increase the area of the locking means. Was.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-described circumstances, and has as its object to provide a doffing and feeding device that facilitates attachment of a polishing member.

【Example】
(First embodiment)
1 to 6 show a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view showing a game ball lifting device according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state where a door is removed.
[0012]
In the pachinko hall, a plurality of pachinko machine yards are provided. In these pachinko machine yards, a large number of pachinko machines are installed toward the outside, and a game ball lifting device 10 shown in FIG. I have. In this game ball lifting device 10, a base 12 is fixed to a floor surface, and a support plate 14 is fastened and fixed on the base 12 with bolts. A bracket 30 is fixed on the support plate 14, and a lower roller 20 indicated by a broken line in FIG. 1 is rotatably horizontally supported via a bearing (not shown). A part of a lifting belt 25 which is an endless belt is wound around the lower half of the lower roller 20 and fed.
[0013]
A biting chute 40 shown by a broken line in FIG. 1 is fixed to the bracket 30 below the lower roller 20, and covers a lower portion of the lower roller 20. A soft material (not shown) is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the bite chute 40, and a pachinko ball PB (two points in FIG. 3) which is a game ball is provided between the bite chute 40 and the outer periphery of the lifting belt 25 wound around the lower roller 20. (See the chain line.) An interval slightly smaller than one is provided. As a result, the pachinko balls PB behind the game ball lifting device 10 (in the direction of the arrow RE in the figure) near the end of the biting chute 40 are led between the lifting belt 25 and the biting chute 40 (in the direction of arrow A). At the same time, the ball is fed forward (in the direction of arrow FR) and upward (in the direction of arrow UP) of the game ball lifting device 10 along the peripheral surface of the lower roller 20.
[0014]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a base 50 is erected on the top of the bracket 30 via a mounting base 42. At the lower end of the base column 50, a bracket 44 is fixed and a motor 60 is installed. The driving force of the motor 60 is transmitted to the lower roller 20 via a V-belt (not shown) in the cover 62. That is, when the motor 60 is driven, a rotational force in the clockwise direction (arrow B direction) in FIG. 1 is transmitted to the lower roller (drive roller) 20.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 3, the base 50 has a U-shaped horizontal cross-section, and an upper roller 46 is rotatably supported at the upper end of the base 50 so as to be rotatable. As shown in FIG. 2, the lifting belt 25 partially wound around the lower roller 20 has another portion wound around the upper roller 46 and circulates between the upper roller 46 and the lower roller 20. I do.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 3, the base column 50 has a U-shaped horizontal cross section. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the upper roller 46 is rotatably supported at the upper end of the base column 50 so as to be rotatable. ing. As shown in FIG. 2, the lifting belt 25 partially wound around the lower roller 20 has another portion wound around the upper roller 46 and circulates between the upper roller 46 and the lower roller 20. I do. Here, the surface portion of the lifting belt 25 sent from the lower roller 20 to the upper roller 46 becomes a lifting path PW for the pachinko balls PB as shown in FIG.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of guide rollers 28 are pivotally supported at predetermined intervals in the upper and lower intermediate portions of the base column 50 at the center of the center and in parallel with the lower roller 20 and the upper roller 46. As shown in FIG. 2, the peripheral surfaces of these guide rollers 28 protrude from the windows formed in the base 50 and come into contact with the rear surface of the lifting belt 25 that is raised. (The direction of arrow RE) is suppressed, the movement of the lifting belt 25 is smoothed, and the gap between the soft elastic body (soft body) 71 or the polishing pad 90 and the lifting belt 25 is fixed to make the pachinko ball PB. To ensure the delivery of
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a discharge chute 42 covers the upper part of the upper roller at the upper end of the base 50. The discharge chute 42 sends the lifted pachinko balls PB backward (in the direction of the arrow RE), and the gap between the discharge chute and the lifting belt 25 is slightly smaller than one pachinko ball PB so as to drop the pachinko balls PB onto a guide gutter (not shown). It has been.
[0019]
In front of the base column 50 (in the direction of the arrow FR), upper and lower doors 66, 68 as support members are arranged so as to be openable and closable via insertion / removal hinges 65A, 65B shown in FIG. More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a plurality of vertical shaft-shaped support portions 65A constituting one of the hinges are provided at one side end of the base column 50 at predetermined intervals vertically with the axis being vertical. Fixed. Each of the upper and lower doors 66 and 68 has a U-shape in which the both ends are bent at a right angle in a horizontal cross-sectional shape and are side plates 67A and 67B, and one side plate 67A has a hinge at a position corresponding to the support portion 65A. The other cylindrical portion 65B is fixed with its axis being vertical. That is, the upper and lower doors 66, 68 are positioned on the opposite side of the lifting belt 25 via the lifting path PW of the pachinko balls PB and rotated by the cylindrical portion 65B pivotally supported by the supporting portion 65A, and are lifted. The path PW is rotatably arranged to be closed from the closed state (the state shown in FIG. 1) to the open state (the imaginary line state shown in FIG. 2).
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 2, a flexible elastic body 71 is arranged inside the upper door 66 and a polishing cloth 90 is arranged inside the lower door 68, and the flexible elastic body 71 and the polishing cloth 90 are attached to the upper and lower doors 66 and 68. In the closed state, it faces the lifting belt 25. That is, the soft elastic body 71 and the polishing cloth 90 face the lifting belt 25 on the lifting path PW side of the upper and lower doors 66, 68 in the closed state of the lifting path PW of the upper and lower doors 66, 68 (the state of FIG. 1). Then, the pachinko balls PB are sandwiched between the lifting belt 25 and the pachinko balls PB are arranged at a position where a lifting force is applied to the pachinko balls PB.
[0021]
The upper and lower doors are configured so that an ordinary adult can reach the upper end of the polishing cloth 90 without using a stepladder or the like in order to facilitate replacement of the polishing cloth 90. is there. That is, since the height of the game ball lifting device 10 is set in advance so that the pachinko balls PB can be conveyed to the upper part of the pachinko machine yard and naturally flow down, the height of the door in the vertical direction is considerably high. Become. Therefore, the length of the polishing cloth 90 (the length in the vertical direction of the lower door 68) can be reached at its upper end without a normal adult using a stepladder or the like, and while the pachinko ball PB is lifted sufficiently. The degree of polishing is limited, and the portion higher than this height sends the pachinko balls PB to the discharge chute 42, that is, the soft elasticity that sandwiches the pachinko balls PB with the lifting belt 25 and applies a lifting force to the pachinko balls PB. A body 71 is provided, and doors are configured in two stages up and down so as to correspond thereto. Since the soft elastic body 71 imparts a lifting force to the pachinko balls PB as described above, the number of replacements is smaller than that of the polishing pad 90.
[0022]
The upper and lower doors 66 and 68 are provided with a plurality of vertically L-shaped hook portions 85A which constitute one of fasteners for holding the closed state of the upper and lower doors 66 and 68 on the side plate 67B opposite to the hinge 65B. Are located. On the other hand, a stopper 85B constituting the other of the fasteners is disposed on the base column 50 at a position corresponding to the hook 85A, and the upper and lower doors 66, 68 are closed by locking the hook 85A. Hold. In order to maintain the closed state of the upper and lower doors 66 and 68, various fasteners other than the fastener having the above configuration can be applied.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 3, two guide rails 74 are provided on both sides inside the upper door 66 as guides for guiding the insertion of the flexible elastic body 71 upward toward the side plates 67A and 67B. Are located. As shown in FIG. 3, these guide rails 74 are provided with rising portions 74 </ b> A that rise in the direction of the lifting belt 25 at right angles from the portions fixed to the upper door 66. The leading end of the rising portion 74A is bent at a right angle in a direction approaching each other to form a facing holding portion 74B.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 3, a soft elastic body 71 is inserted upward (in the direction of the arrow UP) between the rising portions 74A of the pair of guide rails 74. As shown in FIG. 2, holes 84 forming a part of the mounting means (locking means) are formed in the lower end of the upper door 66 near both ends in the width direction. That is, a plate-like fixture 80 constituting another part of the mounting means shown by the broken line in FIG. 2 is penetrated through the lower end of the flexible elastic body 71 along the width direction of the flexible elastic body 71. As shown in FIG. 3, holes 80A are formed at both ends of the fixture 80 at positions corresponding to the holes 84 constituting the mounting means of the upper door 66. A bolt 81 constituting another part of the mounting means is inserted into the hole 80A of the fixture 80 and the hole 84 of the upper door 66, and fastened with a nut 82 from the opposite side (arrow FR side) of the upper door 66. Note that the mounting means is disposed at the lower ends of the upper door 66 and the flexible elastic body 71 because the upper door 66 is simply opened without removing the upper door 66 from the base column 50 (see the two-dot chain line in FIG. 2). In this state, an ordinary adult can insert and remove the flexible elastic body 71 from below into the guide rail 74 without using a stepladder or the like, and fix and remove the flexible elastic body 71 with bolts 81 and nuts 82.
[0025]
It is to be noted that other locking means such as directly screwing the bolt 81 to the upper door 66 or inserting and locking both ends of the fixing tool 80 into holes provided in the upper door 66 to fix the same are also applicable.
[0026]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the flexible elastic body 71 has a flat plate shape, and a trapezoidal contact portion 73 </ b> A having a tapered tip that contacts the rear surface of the upper door 66 is provided forward (in the direction of arrow FR). A plurality of pachinko balls PB are formed linearly at appropriate intervals along the transport direction (vertical direction) of the pachinko balls PB. Therefore, the flexible elastic body 71 is separated from the upper door 66 in a portion between these contact portions 73A, and the pachinko balls PB are elastically moved between the soft belt 71 and the lifting belt 25 together with the elasticity of the flexible elastic body 71. The elasticity for pinching is generated.
[0027]
The rear surface (in the direction of the arrow RE) of the flexible elastic body 71 is a running surface 73B of the pachinko ball PB facing the lifting path PW, and guide surfaces 73C are formed at both ends in the width direction. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the guide surface 73C is an inclined surface that gradually approaches the lifting belt 25 from the flat running surface 73B. At the tip of the guide surface 73C, a projection 72 projecting in the width direction is provided so as to project toward the side plates 67A and 67B of the upper door 66. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the protrusion 72 is formed at a position shifted from the extension of the running surface 73B in the width direction toward the lifting belt 25. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, when the projection 72 of the flexible elastic body 71 is engaged with the rising portion 74A of the guide rail 74 of the upper door 66, the side surface 71A of the flexible elastic body 71 and the side surface 71A are opposed to each other. The guide rail 74 is disposed such that a gap D is formed between the guide rail 74 and the rising portion 74A. The gap D is for absorbing thermal expansion due to a temperature change and preventing the flexible elastic body 71 from rising toward the lifting belt 25.
[0028]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, at the lower end of the polishing pad 90, a pocket-shaped hooking portion 92 serving as first locking means (hooking means) is formed. The hook portion 92 is formed by sewing both ends in the width direction of the polishing cloth 90 with a sewing thread 90A along the longitudinal direction in a state where the lower end of the polishing cloth 90 is bent. At the lower end of the lower door 68, notches 77 are formed at both ends in the width direction, which are parts of a first locking means (hooking means). The lower end of the lower door 68 between these notches 77 is formed. The portion is a protruding piece 68A which is a part of the first locking means (hook means). The polishing cloth 90 covers the hook portion 92 on the protruding piece 68A and locks the lower end side of the polishing cloth 90 to the lower door 68.
[0029]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, two L-shaped soft synthetic resin guide rails 76 for guiding the insertion of the polishing pad 90 toward the side plates 67A and 67B are provided on both sides inside the lower surface of the lower door 68. Are arranged respectively. As shown in FIG. 5, these guide rails 76 are provided with a guide portion 76A that rises in the direction of the lifting belt 25 at a right angle from the fixing portion 76B to the lower door 68. These guide portions 76A are in contact with the pachinko balls PB being transported to limit their movement in the width direction. Further, the polishing pad 90 is inserted between the pair of guide portions 76A. That is, the distance between the guide portions 76A is set to be slightly longer than the length of the polishing pad 90 in the width direction. In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, the fixing portion 76 </ b> B is not arranged at a portion corresponding to the notch 77.
[0030]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a stopper 96 serving as a second locking means (holding means) is arranged outside near the upper end of the lower door 68. The stopper 96 is a plate member formed in a U-shape in horizontal section so as to cover the outside of the lower door 68, and is fixed by screwing a pair of bolts 96 B through both ends of the stopper 96 to the lower door 68. I do. That is, the upper end portion 95 is folded back at the upper end of the lower door 68 in a state where the hook portion 92 is hooked on the lower door 68, and is fixed by being sandwiched between the stopper 96 and the lower door 68. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the length of the polishing pad 90 is set to be slightly longer than the length of the lower door 68 in the vertical direction.
[0031]
Next, the attachment and detachment of the soft elastic body 71 and the polishing pad 90 according to the present embodiment at the time of replacement will be described.
[0032]
In order to attach the flexible elastic body 71 to the upper door 66, for example, the projections 72 on both sides of the flexible elastic body 71 are connected to the guide rail 74 of the upper door 66 in a state where the upper door 66 is opened (the state shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2). The flexible elastic body 71 is inserted from below into the inside, and inserted upward from below. As shown in FIG. 3, the flexible elastic body 71 is inserted to a position where the fixture 80 corresponds to the hole constituting the mounting means of the upper door 66, and the hole of the fixture 80 of the flexible elastic body 71 and the upper door 66 are formed. A bolt 81 is inserted into the hole of the mounting means and fastened with a nut 82 from outside the upper door 66.
[0033]
The removal of the flexible elastic body 71 is performed by a procedure reverse to the procedure of the above-described attachment. That is, the flexible elastic body 71 is removed by opening the upper door 66, then removing the bolt 81 fastening the fixing member 80 of the flexible elastic body 71, and moving the flexible elastic body 71 downward along the guide rail 74. Perform by pulling out.
[0034]
In order to attach the polishing cloth 90 to the lower door 68, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, with the lower door 68 opened, the polishing cloth 90 is made to correspond to both sides of the polishing cloth 90 between the guide rails 76 of the lower door 68. Is inserted between the guide rails 76. In this case, the hook 92 of the polishing cloth 90 is set to a position below the protruding piece 68A of the lower door 68, and after inserting the polishing cloth 90 into the guide rail 76, the polishing cloth 90 is pulled up. 92 is put on the projection 68A and locked. This insertion prevents the polishing pad 90 from coming off the guide rail 76, specifically, prevents the polishing pad 90 from being turned up and raised. That is, since both sides of the polishing pad 90 are engaged with the guide rails 76, both ends in the width direction of the polishing pad 90 do not float.
[0035]
1 and 2, the upper end 95 of the polishing pad 90 is folded back at the upper end of the lower door 68. After the folded upper end 95 is pulled downward to apply tension to the polishing cloth 90, that is, in a state where the polishing cloth 90 is not loosened, the upper end 95 is moved to the stopper 96 and the lower door 68 as shown in FIG. It is fixed by sandwiching it between. The stopper 96 fixes the stopper 96 with the bolt 96B while sandwiching the upper end 95. Thus, the polishing cloth 90 is attached without loosening.
[0036]
The removal of the polishing cloth 90 is performed by a procedure reverse to the above-described procedure of attachment. That is, to remove the polishing cloth 90, after the lower door 68 is opened, the bolt 96B is loosened and the stopper 96 is lifted to release the locked state of the upper end 95 of the polishing cloth 90. The polishing cloth 90 on the back side of the lower door 68 is pulled out downward along the guide rail 76, and is released from the lower door 68 by releasing the locked state between the projection 68A and the hook 92 of the polishing cloth 90. After the replacement of the soft elastic body 71 and the polishing cloth 90, the upper and lower doors 66, 68 are held in the closed state by the fasteners 85A, 85B.
[0037]
Therefore, in the present embodiment, it is not necessary to attach the polishing cloth 90 in a state corresponding to the magic tape as in the conventional case, and the attachment of the polishing cloth 90 can be facilitated.
[0038]
The replacement of the soft elastic body 71 and the polishing cloth 90 is based on the cylindrical portion 65B forming the hinge by removing the upper and lower doors 66, 68, that is, by lifting the upper and lower doors 66, 68 as shown by the solid line in FIG. It may be performed after the column 50 is pulled out from the support portion 65A.
[0039]
After the replacement of the soft elastic body 71 and the polishing cloth 90, the lower roller 20 is rotated clockwise by driving the motor 60 to draw the pachinko balls PB between the lifting belt 25 and the biting chute 40, and play the game balls. It is sent forward and upward of the lifting device 10. That is, the pachinko balls PB are sandwiched between the lifting belt 25 and the polishing cloth 90, and are lifted while being polished (sliding and rotating) by the polishing cloth 90.
[0040]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, when the pachinko ball PB is lifted up to the flexible elastic body 71, the pachinko ball PB is sandwiched and lifted between the lifting belt 25 and the flexible elastic body 71 and is discharged from the discharge chute 42. Is discharged.
[0041]
In the present embodiment, since the flexible elastic body 71 is separated from the upper door 66 at a portion between the contact portions 73A of the flexible elastic body 71, the elastic belt 71 and the lifting belt 25 are combined with the elastic force of the flexible elastic body 71. An elastic force for elastically holding the pachinko ball PB is generated between them, and the elastic force of the flexible elastic body 71 can be improved.
[0042]
Further, in the present embodiment, even when the flexible elastic body 71 thermally expands due to a temperature change, the thermal expansion portion escapes due to the gap D, so that the floating of the flexible elastic body 71 can be prevented, and the pachinko ball PB runs smoothly. .
[0043]
Further, in the present embodiment, since the guide portion 73C is formed on the running surface 73B side of the flexible elastic body 71, the pachinko balls PB at the time of unloading interfere with the holding portion such as the guide rail 74 for holding the flexible elastic body 71. Therefore, friction between the pachinko ball PB and the guide rail 74 or the door can be prevented.
(Second embodiment)
7 and 8 show a second embodiment of the present invention.
[0044]
In this embodiment, the second locking means includes a large number of loops as one locking member 100 and a large number of hooks or enlarged diameter portions which can be locked to these loops as the other locking member 102. This is an example of a hook-and-loop fastener (trade name: magic tape) that maintains a locked state with each other by engaging a pair of locking members or releases the locked state with a peeling force and separates.
[0045]
One locking member 100 is fixed to the tip of the upper end portion 95 with an adhesive or the like on the surface of the polishing cloth 90 opposite to the surface facing the lifting belt 25 (see FIG. 2). The loop of the member 100 is arranged so as to face the front side. One locking member 102 hooks the hook 92 of the polishing pad 90 on the protruding piece 68A of the lower door 68 on the front side (the arrow FR side) of the lower door 68, and locks the upper end 95 at the lower door. It is fixed with an adhesive or the like at a position facing the locking member 100 in a state of being folded at the upper end of 68. In addition, the locking member 102 is arranged such that the hook or the enlarged-diameter portion at the front end faces the front side. Note that the locking members 100 and 102 may be disposed on the opposite mounting member, that is, the locking member 100 may be disposed on the lower door 68, and the locking member 102 may be disposed on the polishing pad 90. Other configurations are the same as in the first embodiment.
[0046]
In order to attach the polishing cloth 90 to the lower door 68, the hook 92 of the polishing cloth 90 is hooked and locked on the protruding piece 68A of the lower door 68, and then tension is applied to the polishing cloth 90 as shown in FIG. For this purpose, the locking member 100 is locked to the locking member 102 by pulling downward (in a direction opposite to the direction of the arrow UP) in a state where the upper end portion 95 is folded at the upper end of the lower door 68.
[0047]
The removal of the polishing cloth 90 is performed by a procedure reverse to the above-described mounting procedure. That is, after the locking state between the locking member 100 and the locking member 102 is released, the locking state between the hook portion 92 and the protruding piece 68A is released, and the polishing pad 90 is removed from the lower door 68.
[0048]
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the upper end portion 95 of the polishing pad 90 can be locked to the lower door 68 by a small number, that is, one locking member 100, 102, and the polishing pad 90 can be easily attached. . Other functions and effects are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0049]
Since the guide portions 73C are formed only at both ends in the width direction of the flexible elastic body 71, the pachinko balls PB run freely between the guide portions 73C, and are different from the case where the lifting path PW is partitioned. The PB is in random contact with the lifting belt 25 and the flexible elastic body 71, and wear and fatigue are dispersed, and the replacement cycle and life of the lifting belt 25 and the flexible elastic body 71 are extended. Further, since the wear and fatigue of the flexible elastic body 71 and the lifting belt 25 are dispersed, the pachinko balls PB run smoothly and lead to the maintenance of the lifting ability.
[0050]
In addition, the structure of the first locking means and the second locking means is not limited to the hooking or pinching of each of the above embodiments, but may be applied to any other means capable of fixing the polishing member to the door. . As an example, the locking structure of the polishing pad 90 may be reversed up and down from the above embodiment, and the lower portion may have the same configuration as the upper portion. Alternatively, a part of the upper end portion 95 may be penetrated by a locking member such as a bolt and fixed to the door 68. Alternatively, the upper end 95 may be folded back and sewn to an intermediate portion to form a loop, and the stopper 96 may be passed through the loop. Further, the stopper 96 may have one end pivotally supported by the door 68 and the other end fixed to the door 68 by a bolt 96B or the like.
[0051]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is not necessary to mount the polishing member in a state corresponding to the respective magic tapes as in the related art, and the mounting of the polishing member can be facilitated.
