【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、仕掛投擲時のベ−ル振り落ちを防止する装置を改良した魚釣用スピニングリ−ルに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来魚釣用スピニングリ−ルにおけるベ−ル反転機構は、ベ−ルを起こした釣糸放出状態から、ベ−ルを戻した釣糸巻取状態に、ハンドルの回転に連動して切換える構成となっている。
しかし、ベ−ルの釣糸放出状態と釣糸巻取状態との振り分けは、バネのデットポイント作用による振り分けの為、
▲1▼仕掛投擲時(キャスティング時)の慣性力でハンドルが回転してしまい、前記(ベ−ル振り落ち機構)「ベ−ル反転機構」が連動して作動することによって、ベ−ルが「釣糸放出状態から釣糸巻取状態に」振り落ちてしまう。
▲2▼前記慣性力でベ−ルそのものが振り落ちてしまう。
といった不具合がある。

前記不具合を解消するべく、例えば特開昭56−154943号公報や、特開昭54−153188号公報にはベ−ル振り落ち防止装置が開示されている。
しかし、特開昭56−154943号公報の構成では前記▲2▼に記されているような、ベ−ル単体での振り落ちを防ぐことが困難であり、特開昭54−153188号公報の構成では前記▲1▼及び▲2▼の欠点は解消されるが、キャスティング時以外の時にも作動してしまう(誤作動する)不具合が新たに指摘されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
解決しようとする問題点は、不具合を解消する提案の構成でも、ベ−ル単体での振り落ちを防ぐことが困難であったり、キャスティング時以外の時にもベ−ル振り落ち防止装置が作動してしまう(誤作動する)不具合があって、釣糸の放出が出来なかったり、糸切れが発生してしまうことである。

本発明の目的は前記欠点に鑑み、誤作動がなく、ベ−ルの振り落ちを確実に防止出来る魚釣用スピニングリ−ルを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、
請求項1に係る本発明は、リ−ル本体に回転自在に支持されたロ−タの一対のベ−ル支持腕に、ベ−ル支持部材を介して釣糸巻取状態と釣糸放出状態とに反転自在に設けられたベ−ルとを有する魚釣用スピニングリ−ルにおいて、仕掛投擲時に発生する慣性力にて作動する作動部材を、釣糸放出時におけるベ−ル支持部材と係合させることにより、前記ベ−ル支持部材の不要な動きを抑制してベ−ル支持部材の誤復帰を防止したことを要旨とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
請求項1の本発明により、作動部材22と凹部6cで構成されたベ−ル振り落ち防止装置で、仕掛の投擲時における慣性力による作動部材22と凹部6cの係合でベ−ル33の誤復帰を確実に防止され、ベ−ル33が反転して釣糸の繰り出しが出来なくなって切断されることがなくなると共に、リ−ルの巻取り操作時におけるベ−ル振り落ち防止装置の誤作動を防止することが可能となる。

魚釣用スピニングリ−ルは、リ−ル本体1の一側に蓋体10がビス11で取り付けられ、リ−ル本体1と蓋体10の両側に取り付けられた図示しない軸受に駆動歯車2の回転軸2aが軸支されている。
回転軸2aの中心多角形孔にハンドル12が固定されたハンドル軸13が左右交換自在に挿入嵌合されて取り付けられている。
リ−ル本体1には軸受14とカラ−15を介して軸受16で回転軸筒3が回転自在に軸承されると共に回転軸筒3の端部にはピニオン3aが形成されている。
カラ−15の前側の回転軸筒3の外周にロ−タ4の筒部4aが回り止め嵌合されて回転軸筒3の先端に形成されたネジ部に螺合されたナット17で固定されている。
軸受16より後側のカラ−15の外周にころがり式一方向回転規制機構が設けられてリ−ル本体1の後側に突出された操作杆18と操作ツマミ19で操作される。

回転軸筒3のピニオン3aに駆動歯車2が噛合されてロ−タ4はハンドル12の回転に連動して回転されるように支持されている。
回転軸筒3の中心孔にはスプ−ル軸20が前後往復動可能に摺動自在に挿入され、スプ−ル軸20の先端にスプ−ル21が取り付けられてスプ−ル軸20とスプ−ル21はハンドル12の回転でオシレ−ト機構を介して前後に往復動される。
ロ−タ4は筒部4aで回転軸筒3に取り付けられ、筒部4aと前壁4bと大径の筒部4cと大径の筒部4cの基部の外周から前方に向けて突出された一対の支持腕4d、4eとで形成されて支持腕4d、4eに凹部4f、4gが形成されると共に凹部4f、4gの中に軸部4h、4iと支持腕4dの凹部4fの中に度当り部4jが形成されている。
更に支持腕4eの凹部4gの中に軸線方向の長方形の突堤4kが形成されて突堤4kに凹溝4mが形成されている。

凹溝4mの中にはピン状の作動部材22と引っ張りバネ23が挿入され、作動部材22は図示しない仕掛の投擲時の慣性力で前方へ遊動自在にかつ、慣性力非作用時は、後方へバネ付勢されて挿入されている。
一対のベ−ル支持腕4d、4eの軸部4h、4iに夫々一方のベ−ル支持部材5の透孔5aと他方のベ−ル支持部材6の透孔6aが嵌合されて図2、図3の実線の釣糸巻取状態と2点鎖線の放出状態に反転自在に軸承されて夫々押え板24、7を挟んでビス25、26で止められている。
一対のベ−ル支持腕4d、4eの外側は夫々カバ−27、28で覆われてビス29、30で止められている。

一方のベ−ル支持部材5には釣糸案内ロ−ラ31の取付部32が取り付けられている。
他方のベ−ル支持部材6と釣糸案内ロ−ラ31の取付部32の間にベ−ル33が取り付けられている。
一方のベ−ル支持部材5には半円形状の基部5bが形成されて基部5bの一側に押圧部材34が軸部35で回動自在に支持され、押圧部材34はデットポイントバネ36で押圧されている。
他方のベ−ル支持部材6には円形状の基部6bが形成されて基部6bに作動部材22が係合可能な凹部6cが形成され、作動部材22と凹部6cでベ−ル振り落ち防止装置が構成されている。
リ−ル本体1のリ−ル脚部1aには一方のベ−ル支持部材5が放出状態にある時衝接される衝接部材37が突出して設けられている。

魚釣用スピニングリ−ルの動作は、図2から図4(a)、図5(a)の実線の釣糸巻取状態でハンドル12が回転されると、ロ−タ4が回転されてスプ−ル21に図示しない釣糸が巻回される。
ベ−ル33が釣糸巻取状態から釣糸放出状態に切換えられる時はベ−ル33が手で起こされる。
図3、図4(b)の釣糸放出状態で図示しない仕掛が投擲されるためにリ−ルが勢いよく振り降ろされると、図示しない釣糸がスプ−ル21から繰り出されると共に、図5(b)のように作動部材22が仕掛の投擲時の慣性力でバネ23のバネ力に抗して前進されて凹部6cに進入係合されることで他方のベ−ル支持部材6の反転が阻止される。
ベ−ル33が釣糸放出状態から釣糸巻取状態に反転される時は、ハンドル12でロ−タ4が回転されて一方のベ−ル支持部材5が衝接部材37に衝接されることで反転される。

前記ベ−ル振り落ち防止装置の作動部材22は、投擲時の慣性力で前進されて他方のベ−ル支持部材6の基部6b外周に摺接されるブレ−キシュであってもよい。

他方のベ−ル支持腕4eの小判形の軸部4iと他方のベ−ル支持部材6の凹部6dでベ−ル振り落ち防止装置が構成されている。

押え板7の上方に突出した軸部8aにはネジ孔7dに螺合されたビス41で止められたバネ42が当接されている。
第4実施例では前方に変位するキックカムからなるベ−ル反転部材8′でベ−ル振り落ち防止装置が構成されている。
他の構成は前記第2実施例と略同一である。

又キックレバ−からなるベ−ル反転部材9′は前記第3実施例のように仕掛の投擲時の慣性力で軸線方向に変位されてキックボス9bが円弧状の透孔6fの中を移動することで他方のベ−ル支持部材6の反転が阻止される。
仕掛の投擲後キックレバ−からなるベ−ル反転部材9′は図15の位置にロ−タ4の回転等で戻される。
ベ−ル33が釣糸放出状態から釣糸巻取状態に反転される時は、ハンドル12でロ−タ4が回転されてキックカムからなるベ−ル反転部材8′の腕部8bが衝接部材39に衝接されることで反転される。
