供給されるカップが大小等に変化するときは受口がカップの突出円環に合致しないために多数のリテーナーのすべてを2本のチェン間からネジ止め等を解いて外して合致する受口を並設したリテーナーを交換取付けしてカップの形状等の変化に対応させてきたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このようにして供給されるカップが大小等に変化する都度に長大なリテーナーコンベアのすべてのリテーナーを交換取付けすることは多くの時間と労力を要すほか、交換用のリテーナーを多数用意しておかねばならずして経費が嵩むという課題があった。

本発明はカップ供給装置下から製品搬出装置間下にかけて間歇走行するリテーナーコンベアを張設し、該コンベアを構成する多数のリテーナーの一面と他面に大きさを異なえたカップを接面掛け吊りする受口を設け、該リテーナーの反転回動によりカップの大小に対応した受口を該カップ供給装置下に相対させて降下カップを順次接面掛け吊り搬送するようにし、降下カップに内容物の装入充填後、蓋供給装置下に至ってシール蓋を当て載せシールして閉塞し、該蓋供給装置下にて被せ蓋を嵌着するときは前記の受口に突出し受縁を設けてカップを浮かせ支持するようにして、かかる課題を解決するようにしたのである。

【発明の実施の形態】
カップ食品の連続自動充填包装機2において、上広下狭形をして上端に突出円環1aを周設してなるカップ1を降下供給するカップ供給装置3下から蓋供給装置4およびシール閉塞装置5を経て製品搬出コンベア6下間にわたって間歇回転形の長大なリテーナーコンベア7を張設する。リテーナーコンベア7はチェン8a,8b間に多数の横長板をしたリテーナー7aを僅かの間隔を置いて取付けてなる。すべてのリテーナー7aは図2乃至図3に示すように上面7bに大型のカップ1の突出円環1aを接面載嵌する受口7cを設け、下面7d上面7bより小型の受口7eを設ける。しかして各リテーナー7aは2本のチェン8a,8b間に張設したまま非軸方向に反転回動させることにより上面7bまたは下面7dをカップ供給装置3下に向け得るようにしている。9は各リテーナー7aを反転回動可能に支持する支点ピン、10a,10bは掛止用のボールプランジャーである。
