Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a cleaning tool for cleaning an inner surface of an aquarium for growing ornamental fish such as goldfish and tropical fish and aquatic plants.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, when breeding and breeding ornamental fish in an aquarium, algae and moss are generated in the water in the aquarium, which gradually adhere to and accumulate on the transparent inner wall of the aquarium, making it difficult to see the aquarium fish. In such a case, conventionally, a person puts his hand in the water tank and scrapes off the attached algae and moss with a cleaning tool.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, as described above, if you simply scrape algae and moss in the water tank, the scraped algae and moss will only diffuse into the water in the tank and not only pollute the water, but after a while There is a problem that the algae and moss spread again adhere to and accumulate on the inner surface of the aquarium.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and can efficiently remove algae and moss attached and deposited on the inner surface of the aquarium, and furthermore, the algae and moss removed without diffusing into the water. It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel water tank cleaning tool that can be taken out.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
For the purposes achieved, an invention according to claim 1, a cleaning tool for cleaning the inside surface of the water tank, the one surface of the hollow of the cleaning tool body defining a suction chamber therein, a suction write chamber A continuous opening is provided, and the scraper covering the opening is supported on the cleaning tool body so as to be slidable between the first operating position and the second operating position substantially along one surface thereof. A pair of scraping portions slidably in contact with the inner surface of the water tank so as to scrape off deposits such as algae and moss on the inner surface of the water tank are integrally formed on both end edges of the scraping piece in the sliding direction. In the first operating position of the scraper, one scraping portion is in close contact with one side edge of the opening and between the other side edge and the other scraping portion. In the second operation position, the other scraping portion is in close contact with the other side edge so as to form a first slit-shaped gap, and is in front of the one side edge. The cleaning tool body is formed such that a slit-shaped second gap is formed between the cleaning tool and one of the scraping portions, and a suction port to which a suction pipe is connected is opened on the other surface of the cleaning tool body. .
[0006]
The invention according to a second aspect is characterized in that, in addition to the features of the first aspect, the suction port is constituted by a suction cylinder rotatably supported on the other surface of the cleaning tool main body. .
[0007]
[Operation]
According to the configuration of the first aspect of the present invention, in cleaning, the cleaning tool main body or the vicinity of the cleaning tool main body of the suction pipe is grasped while the water suction means such as a water absorption hose is connected to the suction pipe. The scraper is brought into sliding contact with the inner surface of the water tank while one surface (accordingly, the suction port) faces the inner surface of the water tank. As a result, the algae and moss that adhere to and accumulate on the inner surface of the aquarium are efficiently scraped off, and are sucked out from the suction port to the suction chamber, and further to the water absorbing means side. It can be efficiently removed outside the water tank without diffusing into the water tank.
[0008]
That is, in cleaning, the scraping portions at both ends of the scraper are slid against the inner surface of the water tank while one surface of the cleaning tool main body (therefore, the scraping piece) faces the inner surface of the water tank. If the switch is alternately switched between one direction along the sliding direction of the cleaning tool body and the other direction, the scraper automatically shifts to the rear side in the sliding direction due to the sliding resistance each time the switching is performed. (That is, by alternately moving between the first operating position and the second operating position), a gap serving as a suction port can be formed only in front of the scraping portion on the front side in the sliding direction. Thus, when the cleaning tool body is moved in any one of the above-mentioned one direction and the other direction, the algae on the inner surface of the water tank are cooperated with the scraping portion located in the front of the moving direction and the gap corresponding thereto. The moss can be scraped off very efficiently and sucked out to the suction chamber, and eventually to the water absorbing means side.
[0009]
Further, according to the configuration of the second aspect of the present invention, even if the relative position between the main body and the water absorbing means such as the water absorbing hose changes as the cleaning tool main body is moved for cleaning, the change is caused by the change of the suction cylinder. The rotation allows the hose and the like to be easily bent and twisted due to the change in the relative position.
[0010]
【Example】
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 to 6 show an embodiment of the cleaning tool of the present invention. FIG. 1 is an overall front view, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the cleaning tool alone, and FIG. 3 is a cleaning state while the cleaning tool is lowered. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the cleaning tool, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the cleaning tool, showing a cleaning state while the cleaning tool is being lifted, and FIG. 5 is a partially cutaway view as viewed from arrow 5 in FIG. FIG. 6 is a partially cutaway view as seen from the direction of arrow 6 in FIG.
[0011]
The cleaning tool main body C, which constitutes the main part of the cleaning tool, is formed of a colorless and transparent hard synthetic resin material on one surface, that is, a substantially roof-like hollow body having an open bottom surface f. It is room 1. An open bottom surface f of the cleaning tool body C is formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and a scraping piece P formed of a flat plate made of a colorless and transparent hard synthetic resin material in a substantially rectangular shape is fitted in the opening O thereof. They are combined to cover the opening O. Thus, the opening O of the open bottom surface f constitutes the opening of the present invention formed on one surface of the cleaning tool main body C.
[0012]
The both side edges 2s, 2s on the short side of the scraping piece P are slidably engaged and supported by groove-shaped guide recesses 3 formed on the inner surfaces of the corresponding both end walls 4s, 4s of the cleaning tool main body C. Due to the sliding, the scraper P moves along the bottom surface f of the cleaning tool body C between the first operating position (FIG. 3) and the second operating position (FIG. 4) within a predetermined small range. It can be freely moved over. Both ends of the scraping piece P in the sliding direction s, that is, both side edges on the long side, are respectively outwardly aligned with the corresponding inclined side walls 4 1 and 4 2 of the cleaning tool main body C. a pair of edge-shaped scraping portion 5 1 which is inclined downwardly, 5 2 are沿設integrally respectively, which cleaning unit 5 1, 5 2 of the tip edge e 1, e 2 is the cleaner body C It protrudes slightly outward from the open bottom surface f, and can slide on the inner surface of the glass wall W of the water tank T so as to scrape off the attached matter A such as algae and moss on the inner surface of the wall W.
[0013]
It said scraping piece P, the first operating at the position one inclined wall portion 4 2 one cleaning unit 5 2 closely to and the other of the inclined wall portion 4 1 and the other cleaning unit 5 shown in FIG. 3 and the one to the other cleaning unit 5 1 closely to the inclined wall portion 1 of the other first such that a gap S 1 is caused slit, and in a second operating position shown in FIG. 4 between 1 the second such that a gap S 2 occurs slit between the inclined surface 4 2 and one of the cleaning unit 5 2, shape and size and the like are set. Thus were each of the slit shape gap S 1, S 2 constitutes the inlet to the invention of claim 1, further wherein the pair of inclined wall portions 4 1, 4 2, the cleaning tool body in the invention of claim 2 C constitutes a pair of side edges of the opening O.
[0014]
Further, a suction port is opened on the top surface of the cleaning tool body C. In the illustrated example, the suction port is rotatably fitted in and supported by a support hole 12 provided at the top of the cleaning tool body C, and communicates directly with the suction chamber 1, and a central portion of the base cylinder 8 a. And a T-shaped suction tube 8 which is integrated with a front tube 8b, which is in direct communication with the inside of the base tube 8a, and which is hardened on the outer periphery of the free end of the front tube 8b. The proximal end of the suction pipe 7 is connected directly or via a joint (not shown). On the outer peripheral surface of the base cylinder 8a, a locking projection 8c is formed integrally with the support hole 12 so as to engage with the support hole 12 so as to restrict the axial movement of the cylinder 8a.
[0015]
A water suction hose 9 such as a flexible vinyl tube is connected to the end of the suction pipe 7, and a hand pump 10 with a built-in check valve is interposed in the middle of the water suction hose 9. The water suction hose 9 and the hand pump 10 cooperate with each other to constitute water suction means for sucking the water in the suction chamber 1 through the suction pipe 7.
[0016]
Incidentally, in FIG. 3 to 6, 4m is the cleaner main body C, and an intermediate wall extending straddling pair of inclined side wall portions 4 1, 4 between the two, the bottom wall integral with the supporting hole 12 Is formed. A pair of reinforcing ribs 6, 6 extending parallel to each other at an interval from each other are vertically provided on the lower surface of the intermediate wall 4m, and the rib 6 is provided between the pair of inclined side wall portions 4 1 , 4 2. And a function of supporting the scraping piece P by slidably abutting the upper surface of the scraping piece P on the lower end surface of the rib 6. Although not shown, the reinforcing rib 6 may be provided with a communication path for communicating the space inside and outside the rib 6 inside the suction chamber 1, for example, a through-hole or a notch-shaped groove portion as appropriate. .
[0017]
Next, the operation of the embodiment will be described. In cleaning, the cleaning tool main body C in a state where the water suction hose 9 is connected to the suction pipe 8 via the suction pipe 7 is used to manually operate the main body C itself or the suction pipe 7 or the like. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the body is immersed in the water of the water tank T, and the scraping piece P on the bottom surface f side of the main body is lightly pressed against the inner surface of the glass wall W of the water tank T. both cleaning unit 5 1, 5 2 of the tip edge e 1, e 2 so as to sliding contact with the glass wall W inner surface. In this case, the sliding contact direction is defined as one direction (for example, a downward direction indicated by an arrow D in FIG. 3) along the sliding direction s of the scraping piece P with respect to the cleaning tool body C and another direction (for example, an arrow U in FIG. 4). (Upward direction shown), the cleaning tool body C is reciprocated up and down alternately, and each time the direction is switched, the scraping piece P is automatically shifted to the rear side in the sliding contact direction due to the sliding contact resistance, so that the first It is possible to alternately move between the first and second operating positions, at which time a gap S 1 (S 2 ) serving as a suction port is formed only in front of the scraping section 5 1 (5 2 ) on the front side in the sliding contact direction. it can. For this reason, even when the cleaning tool main body C is moved in either of the above-mentioned one direction and the other direction, the scraping portion 5 1 (5 2 ) located in the front of the moving direction and the gap S 1 corresponding thereto. By cooperation with (S 2 ), algae, moss and the like on the inner surface of the glass wall W can be scraped off very efficiently.
[0018]
Therefore, if such a scraping operation is performed in the operation state of the hand-pump 14 serving as a water absorbing means, the scraped off algae, moss and other deposits A together with the water in the water tank T are indicated by arrows in FIGS. As described above, the water is sucked into the suction chamber 1 through the gap S 1 (S 2 ), and further taken out through the suction pipe 7 and the water absorption hose 9 into the container 11 outside the water tank T. In this case, if the cleaning tool main body C and the scraping piece P are made of a transparent body as shown in the illustrated example, the state in which the attached matter A is scraped off by the scraping section 5 1 (5 2 ) and the gap S Since it is possible to observe and check the state of the flow in the suction chamber 1 after 1 (S 2 ), the cleaning work can be performed accurately and the work efficiency can be further improved.
[0019]
Thus cleaning unit 5 1, 5 2 by scraped algae deposits A moss, etc. can be removed from the water tank T before which diffuses into the water of the aquarium T.
[0020]
As described above, one embodiment of the present invention has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and various embodiments are possible within the scope of the present invention. For example, in the above embodiment uses the Te押pump as water means for sucking the water in the water tank into the cleaning tool may also be sucked water by siphoning Alternatively, also motorized May be used. Further in the above embodiment, although the ones opened one surface (bottom surface) the entire surface of the cleaner body, in this onset bright or as an opening open only a portion of the cleaner main body plane. Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the T-shaped suction pipe is used and rotatably supported on the top of the cleaning tool main body. However, the supporting position may be the end wall of the cleaning tool main body. Alternatively, the suction tube may be fixed to or integrated with the cleaning tool body. Further, as the suction pipe, besides a hard pipe, a flexible vinyl tube may be used.In such a case, a water suction means such as a hand pump can be directly connected to the tube. In order to increase the rigidity of the portion of the tube close to the cleaning tool main body (that is, increase the stiffness) so that it can be easily grasped by hand when cleaning the water tank and to improve the handleability, the tube may be formed as a double tube in this portion.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, with the suction pipe connected to a water absorbing means such as a water absorbing hose, the scraping piece is slid on the inner surface of the water tank while one surface of the cleaning tool body (therefore, the suction port) faces the inner surface of the water tank. When it is brought into contact, the algae and moss that adhere to and accumulate on the inner surface of the water tank can be efficiently scraped off, and can be sucked from the suction port to the suction chamber, and further to the water absorbing means side. Moss and algae can be efficiently removed from the outside of the water tank without diffusing into the water, so that the inside of the water tank can be easily and accurately cleaned without polluting the water.
[0022]
Further Upon sliding contact a surface of Qing掃具body especially the (hence scraping pieces) the cleaning unit of該掻Tohen ends while facing the tank inner surface to the aquarium inner surface, the sliding direction, the scraping member If switching is performed alternately in one direction along the sliding direction with respect to the cleaning tool body and in the other direction, the scraping piece automatically shifts rearward in the sliding direction due to the sliding contact resistance each time the switching is performed, and the sliding is performed. Since a gap serving as a suction port can be generated only in front of the scraping portion on the front side in the tangential direction, even when the cleaning tool body is moved in any one of the above-mentioned one direction and the other direction, it is located closer to the front in the moving direction. in cooperation scraping portion located with the gap corresponding thereto, the aquarium inner surface algae, mosses extremely efficiently scraped by suction chamber, and by extension can be sucked into the water means side, the cleaning effect It can be achieved efficiently.
[0023]
Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, since the suction port is constituted by the suction tube rotatably supported on the other surface of the cleaning tool main body, the cleaning tool main body is moved for cleaning. Even if the relative position between the main body and the water-absorbing means such as the water-absorbing hose changes, the hose or the like due to the change is effectively avoided by rotating the suction tube in accordance with the change. You.
