Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a synthetic resin fastener for mutually connecting two members.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, an interior material of an automobile is generally coupled to a vehicle body panel using a synthetic resin fastener having a claw that resiliently engages with an inner peripheral edge of a through hole provided in the vehicle body panel (see Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. HEI 4-104). -136306). The mounting position of this type of fastener with respect to the interior material needs to be strictly aligned with the through hole provided in the vehicle body panel. However, the one disclosed in the above publication discloses a fastener mounting rail having a C-shaped cross section. It is fixed to the back of the interior material, and the mounting position of the fastener is adjusted with this rail. Therefore, in order to fix the fastener made of synthetic resin to the interior material made of synthetic resin, another rail member must be attached to the interior material. This is not preferable in terms of the number of parts and the number of manufacturing steps.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
On the other hand, as a method of bonding synthetic resin materials without using an adhesive, there is known a vibration welding method in which the synthetic resin materials are welded to each other by frictional heat generated by giving relative reciprocating vibration in a state of sliding contact with each other. Although this can easily provide high adhesive strength, the mounting position may be shifted by the vibration amplitude. For example, an error occurs between the fastener position of the interior material and the mounting hole position of the vehicle body panel, and the mounting work is performed. There is a concern that it will interfere.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inconvenience of the method of fixing the fastener by the vibration welding method, that is, the problem that the mounting position of the fastener may be hindered because the mounting position accuracy of the fastener is low is solved, and the mounting position of the fastener is fixed. In order to prevent an error from being a problem, in the present invention, a hole formed in one member by frictional heat generated by giving a substantially linear sliding movement and provided in the other member. A first portion having a surface for welding a synthetic resin fastener for joining the two members to each other by engaging with the first member, and a second portion for fitting into a hole of the other member. These two parts are integrally formed so as to be relatively movable by two-color molding of a synthetic resin material that does not fuse with each other. Thus, for example, regardless of the positional accuracy of the first portion welded to the interior material or the like, only the second portion can be appropriately adjusted in position and fitted into the mounting hole of the vehicle body panel or the like.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail based on specific examples shown in the accompanying drawings.
[0006]
1 to 3 show a synthetic resin fastener configured according to the present invention. The fastener 1 is suitable for blind fixing of, for example, garnish or protect molding of automobiles, or sashes for homes or decorative boards, and a first portion 2 fixed to the back surface of one member by a vibration welding method, and the other portion. A second portion 3 fitted in a through hole provided in the member, and a point at which a resilient claw 4 provided in the second portion 3 is engaged with an inner peripheral edge of the through hole. The same is true.
[0007]
The first part 2 has a base 5 welded to one member, a support 6 for supporting the second part 3 slidably in a predetermined range in one direction, and a connection for connecting the base 5 and the support 6. A part 7 is formed by injection molding. Here, corrugated plate-like irregularities 8 are continuously formed on the joint surface of the base 5 with one member, and the substantially linear reciprocating vibration is applied along the direction in which the irregularities 8 extend, and When the one part 3 is pressed against one member, the contact area is small, so that it accelerates smoothly, vibrates at high speed, instantaneously generates heat, and the welding of the base 5 to one member is completed. In addition, since the peaks of the corrugated irregularities 8 melt and flow into the valleys, the molten resin does not protrude from the welding surface, so that a beautiful appearance can be obtained. Note that the direction of the reciprocating vibration need not be a strict straight line, but may be, for example, a part of an arc having an appropriate curvature.
[0008]
The second portion 3 has the attached member coupling portion 9 engaged with the through hole of the other member as described above, and the sliding member slidably engaged with both side edges of the support portion 6 of the first portion 2. The first part 2 is integrated with the first part 2 by injection molding with the first part 2 formed earlier being inserted.
[0009]
The first and second portions 2 and 3 are made of a material that does not fuse with each other, such as having different melting temperatures, and are integrally formed by a two-color molding machine. Further, the front and rear surfaces of the connecting portion 7 of the first portion 2 and the left and right sliding engagement portions 10 are connected by a bridge portion 11 having a predetermined gap, and the relative movement range of the two portions 2 and 3 is defined. At the same time, the two parts 2 and 3 cannot be separated from each other, but the gap A between the connecting part 7 and the bridge part 11 is formed by a punch core.
[0010]
Next, the operation of the fastener 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0011]
It is assumed that, for example, a garnish 13 as one member in which the positioning pin 12 and the fastener 1 are erected at a predetermined interval is attached to a vehicle body panel 14 as another member which has been drilled in another process. . Here, since the positional accuracy of the base portion 5 of the first portion fixed by the vibration welding method is lower than the positional accuracy of the mounting hole 15, it is assumed that an error of the E dimension has occurred between the centers of the two. In this case, the attached body coupling portion 9 of the second portion to be fitted into the attachment hole 15 of the vehicle body panel (the other member) 14 has a predetermined position with respect to the first portion 2 fixed to the garnish (one member) 13. Since the range can be moved, by shifting the second portion 3 by an error (dimension E) from the hole position, even if there is an error between the hole position and the fastener mounting position, there is an obstacle to the mounting work of both. You don't have to come.
[0012]
In addition, since the tapered surface T is formed at the tip end of the attached body coupling portion 9 of the fastener 1, if the tapered surface T comes into contact with the edge H of the mounting hole 15, the garnish 13 can be simply pushed in. The second part 3 shifts by itself according to the position of No. 15. For this reason, high workability can be obtained without the need for the work of positioning the second part 3 in particular.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the first portion and the second portion can be integrally formed so as to be relatively movable, thereby absorbing a relative error between the hole position of one member and the mounting position of the fastener with respect to the other member. The mounting can be improved. In addition, since relative displacement due to thermal expansion can be absorbed, deformation due to unnecessary stress can be prevented.
