Description

【0001】

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, the wall panel 1 of the present embodiment has a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 5 attached to the entire surface of a panel body 2 in which a face material 4 is attached to the surface of a frame material 3. An exterior material 7 is attached to the front side of the device through a lateral trunk edge 6. FIG. 2 shows a case where the draining member 12 is arranged in the base joint 8 between the wall panel 1 and the base 9 on the first floor of the unit panel construction method. Reference numeral 30 in FIG. 1 denotes a mortar part.
[0013]
The frame member 3 constituting the panel body 2 is made of, for example, a light steel frame or wood framed in a rectangular shape, and the face member 4 is, for example, a particle board. Of course, the materials of the frame material 3 and the face material 4 are not limited to these. The moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 5 has, for example, a two-layer structure. The lower end of the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 5B in the back layer reaches the lower end of the panel body 2, and the lower end of the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 5A in the surface layer. The portion is formed shorter than the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 5B of the back layer, and the upper part of the draining member 12 is inserted between the moisture-permeable waterproof sheets 5A and 5B, and attached to the panel body 2 by screws 20 and 21. It has become.
[0014]
The drainer 12 is attached so as to protrude outward from the surface 7 b of the exterior material 7 and downward from the lower end 1 a of the wall panel 1.
[0015]
Draining member 12, for example, aluminum or are configured by a steel plate, the upper side draining piece 13 than the lower end portion 1a of the wall panel 1 has a downwardly projecting, projects downward from the lower end portion 1a of the wall panel 1 And a lower drain piece 14 having a substantially L-shaped cross section.
[0016]
The upper water drainage piece 13 and the lower water drainage piece 14 have a length that extends over the entire length of the panel body 2 in the lateral width direction. As shown in FIG. 3A, the upper water drainage piece 13 is composed of a fixing portion 15 screwed to the panel body 2 and an inclined portion 16 extending obliquely forward and downward from a lower end of the fixing portion 15. ing. At the upper end of the fixing portion 15 and the lower end of the inclined portion 16, substantially U-shaped water return portions 31 and 32 are integrally formed.
[0017]
Here, the inclination angle φ between the fixed portion 15 and the inclined portion 16 is set, for example 160 °, the upper draining piece 13 across the thickness L 1 is thin is set than the thickness d of the horizontal furring strip 6 shown in FIG. 2, longitudinal width L 2 of the entire upper draining piece 13 is set smaller than the distance D between the lower end portion of Yokodoen 6 and the outer member 7 of the lowermost. Thereby, the upper part of the upper water drainage piece 13 is entirely inserted into the wall panel in a state where the upper part of the upper water drainage piece 13 is inserted between the two layers of moisture permeable waterproof sheets 5A and 5B and the fixing part 15 is attached to the panel main body 2 by the screw 20. 1 so as not to protrude below the lower end 1a of the wall panel 1, that is, at a position retracted inward from the lower end 1a of the wall panel 1. When the wall panel 1 is transported and built, the upper drainage piece 13 Can be prevented from being bent or crushed.
[0018]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3B, the lower water drainage piece 14 includes a fixing portion 17 screwed to the panel main body 2 and an inclined portion 18 extending obliquely forward and downward from a lower end of the fixing portion 17. And a hanging portion 19 extending downward from the lower end of the inclined portion 18 to form a substantially stepped cross section. At the upper end of the fixing portion 17 and the lower end of the hanging portion 19, substantially U-shaped water return portions 33 and 34 are formed integrally.
[0019]
Here, the length L 3 along the inclination direction of the inclined portion 18 is set longer than the length D 1 extending from the surface 7b on the surface of the panel body 2 of the outer package 7, droop width L 4 of the hanging part 19 Is set so that the lower end of the hanging portion 19 is positioned below the base-side joint portion 8, whereby the upper portion of the lower drainage piece 14 is attached to the panel body 2, and the lower drainage piece 14 is The front end portion of the inclined portion 18 and the hanging portion 19 project outward from the front surface of the exterior material 7 and below the lower end portion 1a of the wall panel 1, so that water on the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 5A is removed. The water can be drained from the upper water drain 13 to the outside of the wall panel 1 along the lower water drain 14.
