本発明はシーソー形に揺動振とうする振とう機、詳しくはシーソー形の揺動振とうを見ながら、シーソー形の揺動振とうを大小に調整することのできる振とう機に関するものであり、分子生物学研究においては特にゲルの洗色,脱色,ハイブリダイゼーションのウォッシング等を好適な利用分野とする振とう機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
シーソー形に揺動振とうする振とう機は図4に示すように縦設する回転円板12に設ける偏心長孔13に偏心軸14をスライド自在に嵌付け、該偏心軸14に上下動軸3を取付けて該上下動軸3の上下動にて振とう台4をシーソー形に揺動振とうするようにしてきたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、図4の振とう機は偏心軸14の偏心長孔13に対する嵌着を手動により緩めてからスライドして上下動軸3の上下動幅を調整するので、振とう台4のシーソー形の揺動振とうを大小に調整しようとするときは一旦運転を停止して偏心軸14を緩めてスライドさせねばならないという課題があった。

しかも機体内に手を入れて偏心軸14を緩めてスライドすることを要すため、シーソー形の揺動振とう幅の調整は熟練を要してなお容易でなく、振とう台上の容器内の試料液Sの質と量に最適なシーソー形の揺動振とうを得るまでに多くの時間を要すという課題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は中間の支点軸1をもとにシーソー形に揺動する揺動杆2の一端に上下動軸3を取付け、該上下動軸3の上端を振とう台4の一側下に枢着5して該上下動軸3の上下動にて振とう台4をシーソー形に揺動振とうするようにした振とう機において、前記支点軸1を嵌挿する揺動杆2の孔を長孔6に形成するとともに該支点軸1を調整用モータ7により正逆回転する左右方向の螺軸8に螺合する螺筒9にて摺動するように支持し、振とう台4上の容器4a内の試料液Sのシーソー形の揺動振とうを見ながら調整用モータ7の起動により支点軸1を左右動して該試料液Sのシーソー形の揺動振とうを大小に調整するようにして、かかる課題を解決するようにしたのである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面に基づいて説明する。

振とう機本体15内に駆動用のモータ16にて縦方向に回転する円板17を設け、該円板17の偏心点に取付けるレバー18にて上下方向に扇形回動する横杆19を該円板17上に設ける。20は横杆19を扇形回動させるための止点軸である。横杆19の扇形回動端は連結杆21、回転子10を挟んで揺動杆2の一端に連結し、揺動杆2の中間に設ける長孔6に支点軸1を嵌挿し、該支点軸1の一端を調整用モータ7により正逆回転する螺軸8に螺合して往復動する螺筒9に取付け、揺動杆2の他端に上下動軸3を取付け、上下動軸3の上端を振とう機本体15の上面開口より突出させて振とう台4の一側下に枢着5してなる。なお22は振とう台4の中心支軸、23a,23bは振とう台4の動きを緩衝して振とう機構のバックラッシュを防止する両側のスプリング機構、24は横杆19と揺動杆2に平行する取付板で、止点軸20,調整用モータ7および螺軸8の取付板25a,25bを取付けるほか、回転子10をガイドする縦方向のコ形枠11を取付けており、螺軸8に沿って長孔24aを設けている。26は長孔26aをもって支点軸1の他端を支える支持板である。なお振とう台4上には試料液Sを収容した容器4aが載上固定される。

しかして振とう台4上の容器4a内試料液Sの揺動振とうを大小に調整しようとするときは、運転しながら調整用モータ7を正または逆回転作動するのである。すると、調整用モータ7に直結した螺軸が正または逆回転して螺合する螺筒9とともにシーソー形揺動の支点軸1を左右に移動して上下動軸3側の揺動を大小するとを以って振とう台4は運転しつつ試料液Sの様子を見ながらシーソー形の揺動振とうを大小に調整することとなる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上のようにして、調整用モータを正または逆回転作動すると運転中の振とう台上の容器内試料液のシーソー形の揺動振とうを見ながら支点軸を滑らかに左右動して該試料液のシーソー形の揺動振とうを大小に調整することができるという効果を生ずる。
