【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、共同住宅等の排水、給水竪管と保温材や防火被覆板を一体化した給排水竪管ユニットに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の給排水竪管ユニットは、存在せず、共同住宅等の給排水竪管は、配管を行った後に帯状又は筒状等の保温材で被覆し、PS(パイプスペース)用の木軸又は軽鉄を組んでから下地ボードを張り、クロス等の仕上材を貼り付けて構成されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従前の給排水竪管では、施工現場での配管後に保温材を取り付けたり、木軸等を組み付けているので、作業スペースを必要とすることもあって、PSサイズが必要以上に大きくなったり、あるいは大きさにばらつきを生じている。
又、施工現場での作業が4工程となり、工種が多く、かつ工期が長くなる不具合がある。
このため、PSサイズを最小限で一定の大きさにすると共に、現場施工の簡略化が望まれている。
そこで、本発明は、PSサイズを最小限で一定の大きさにし、かつ現場施工の簡略化をなし得る給排水竪管ユニットを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するため、本発明の給排水竪管ユニットは、給排水竪管用管体の外周を取付金具を介して防火被覆板により角筒状に囲み、管体と防火被覆板との間に保温材を充填したことを特徴とする。
前記取付金具は、直角をなすボード取付け部の内側に半円形の管体係合部を有する1対のセグメントからなることが好ましい。
前記防火被覆板は、プラスターボードであることが好ましい。
又、前記保温材は、発泡ウレタンであることが好ましい。

【作用】
本発明の給排水竪管ユニットにおいては、給排水竪管用管体が保温材及び防火被覆板を一体的に備えたものとなる。
防火被覆板としては、プラスターボードの他、石綿セメント板又は木毛セメント板等を用いてもよい。
又、保温材としては、発泡ウレタンの他、石綿、グラスウール等を用いてもよい。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例について図面を参照して説明する。
図1、図2は本発明の給排水竪管ユニットの斜視図、平面図である。
図中1は鋼管又は塩化ビニル管等からなる所要寸法の給排水竪管用管体で、この管体1の両端部及び中間には、後述する防火被覆板を取り付けるため、中央に管体挿通孔2を有する四角形の取付金具3がそれぞれ嵌着されている。
取付金具3は、同形の1対のセグメント4からなるものであり、各セグメント4は、図3、図4に示すように、直角をなす2つのボード取付け部5と、両ボード取付け部5の内側に形成された半円形の管体係合部6と、管体係合部6の両端部付近に立設した接続片7とからなり、1対のセグメント4を管体係合部6を介して管体1の外周に対向させて係合し、かつ接続片7の穴8に挿通したボルト、ナット等の締結具9(図1、図2参照)により、管体1に嵌着されている。
各取付金具3の各ボード取付部5には、図1、図2に示すように、プラスターボードからなる防火被覆板10が、図示しないビス又は接着剤等により管体1を囲む角筒状のPSをなして取り付けられている。
そして、管体1と防火被覆板10との間には、発泡ウレタンからなる保温材11が充填されている。

上記構成の給排水竪管ユニットは、工場において、管体1の所要個所に取付金具3をそれぞれのボード取付け部5を揃えて嵌着し、かつ防火被覆板10を取り付けた後、取付金具3に設けた注入孔(図示せず)から発泡ウレタンを注入して製作される。
又、上記給排水竪管ユニットは、施工現場で継手を介して躯体の配管と接続された後、室内の仕上げ材と合わせたクロス張りが施される。
ここで、上記給排水竪管ユニットのPSは、現場作業が接続作業とクロス張り作業となったので、従前の給排水竪管のそれが300mm角であったのに対し、180mm角となり、約40%縮小することができた。

なお、上述した実施例においては、防火被覆板をプラスターボードとする場合について説明したが、これに限定されるものではなく、例えば石綿セメント板又は木毛セメント板その他の防火被覆板を用いてもよい。
また、防露、遮音材を兼ねる保温材は、発泡ウレタンに限らず、石綿、グラスウールその他を用いてもよい。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明の給排水竪管ユニットによれば、給排水竪管用管体が保温材及び防火被覆板を一体的に備えたものとなるので、従前のように施工現場で行っていた保温材の取り付け、木軸やボードの取り付け作業が不要となり、PSサイズを最小限で一定の大きさにすることができると共に、現場施工を簡略化することができる。
