Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fork attachment for adding a gripping function to a power shovel in a backhoe.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Up to now, in order to perform a gripping function in cooperation with the power shovel at the arm tip of the backhoe, a scissor fork is attached integrally with the power shovel 3 to perform a link link operation. An embodiment or an embodiment in which the link operation is performed by another hydraulic system independently of the power shovel has already been implemented.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, these are originally designed as existing ones in the backhoe, so that they are dedicated models of so-called grip bucket backhoes, and it is necessary to prepare another model in order to perform normal bucket work. At the same time, it is almost impossible to attach and detach them one by one from the viewpoint of workability and labor). Providing two units that can be performed by one unit has a great economic disadvantage in the case of this kind of heavy equipment.
Further, changing models one by one in a work site situation by work significantly impairs workability.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional situation, and can be retrofitted to various conventional backhoes, can efficiently perform gripping work, root extraction, etc., and when not in use, fold it up in a fanned state and ordinary power. Provide a gripping fork attachment that functions as a shovel.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is directed to a fork engaged with a power shovel 3 which is linked via a hydraulic mechanism 2 of a backhoe 1 and meshed with a fork arrangement 3a at the top edge of the power shovel 3. A fork frame 4 having a lock arrangement 4a at its lower end is pivotally attached to the back of the arm 1a of the backhoe 1 via a pivot pin 5.
[0006]
Further, the fork frame 4 is further connected to a parallel connecting rod 6, 6 having one end 6a, 6a pivotally connected to the back of the arm 1a via a pivot pin 7 via a support link mechanism 14. The connecting pins 10 are connected to the other ends 6b, 6b of the fork frame 4 and the other ends 8b, 8b of the parallel connecting rods 8, 8 having one ends 8a, 8a pivotally connected to the upper back of the fork frame 4 via pivot pins 9. A parallel operating rod having one end 13a, 13a pivotally attached to holder portions 12, 12 projecting from the connecting pin 10 at the upper rear end of the power shovel 3 with the arm 1a interposed therebetween. The other ends 13b, 13b of the members 13, 13 are connected to each other, and are mounted so as to open and close with the power shovel 3 in a line-symmetrical direction.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The present invention is configured as described above, and the conventional backhoe body has a pivotal support 4b and a parallel connecting rod 6, 6 for pivotally attaching the fork frame 4 itself to the back of the arm 1a. A pivotal support 6c for pivotally connecting the ends 6a of the power shovel 3 is fixed, and the ends 13a, 13a of the parallel operating rods 13, 13 are pivotally attached to the upper rear end of the power shovel 3 with the arm 1a interposed therebetween. Is fixedly provided.
[0008]
As described above, the fork arrangement 4a which engages with the fork arrangement 3a at the upper edge of the power shovel 3 is opposed to the power shovel 3 which performs link operation via the hydraulic mechanism 2 of the backhoe 1, and the lower end of the fork arrangement 4a. The fork frame 4 having a lattice shape is pivotally attached to the back of the tip of the arm 1a of the backhoe 1 via a pivot pin 5.
[0009]
Further, the fork frame 4 is further connected to a parallel connecting rod 6, 6 having one end 6a, 6a pivotally connected to the back of the arm 1a via a pivot pin 7 via a support link mechanism 14. The other ends 6b, 6b and the other ends 8b, 8b of the parallel connecting rods 8, 8 having the one ends 8a, 8a pivotally connected to the upper back of the fork frame 4 via the pivot pins 9 via the connecting pins 10. A parallel operating rod 13 having one ends 13a, 13a pivotally attached to holder portions 12, 12 projecting above the rear end of the power shovel 3 from the connecting pin 10 with the arm 1a interposed therebetween. , 13 are connected so as to open and close and interlock with the power shovel 3 in a line symmetrical direction.
[0010]
[Action]
The present invention is configured as described above, and the operation of the power shovel 3 performs a bucket function by a hydraulic system like the conventional backhoe.
The fork frame 4 is moved by the same hydraulic system provided in opposition to the power shovel 3 so that the fork frame 4 can be opened and closed in a line-symmetrical direction to perform a gripping operation.
When the gripping work is not required, the fork frame is folded up in a raised state and fixed, thereby functioning as a normal power shovel.
[0011]
Now, the operation principle will be described in more detail. FIG. 2 shows the closed state of the power shovel 3 and the fork frame 4, and FIG. 3 shows the opened state.
FIG. 4 shows the related operation between the hydraulic system and the support link mechanism 14 according to the present invention.
That is, in the closed state shown in FIG. 5, when the hydraulic piston P is pushed up to rotate the power shovel 3 from the vertical direction to the inside by the linking operation (opening), the holder portions 12, 12 rotate accordingly. The parallel operating rods 13, 13 push up the connecting pin 10 connecting the other ends 13b, 13b.
[0012]
As a result, as shown in FIG. 3, the fork frame 4 is rotated (opened) from the vertical direction to the outside direction with the pivot pin 5 as a base point via the support link mechanism 14.
[0013]
Conversely, when the hydraulic piston P is depressed from the state shown in FIG. 3, the power shovel 3 is returned (opened) from the inner side to the vertical direction by the link operation, and the holder parts 12, 12 are accordingly moved vertically. Returning, the parallel operating rods 13, 13 of the support link mechanism 14 pull back the connecting pin 10 via the other ends 13b, 13b, and the fork frame 4 rotates vertically from the outside and the fork frame 4 rotates. The fork arrangement 3a of the power shovel 3 meshes with the fork arrangement 4a. That is, the fork frame 4 is configured to open and close with the power shovel 3 in a line-symmetrical direction.
[0014]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the pivot pin 7 of one end 6a, 6a of the parallel connecting rod 6, 6 of the support link mechanism 14 and the pivotal connecting portion of one end 13a, 13a of the parallel operating rod 13, 13 are removed. The fork frame 4 is folded upward (toward the abdomen of the arm 1a) using the pivot pin 5 as a starting point by utilizing the inner turning operation of the power shovel 3, so that the fork frame 4 An ordinary bucket is inserted by inserting a bolt 15 into a bolt hole 4d provided in a pivot 4b fixed to the back of the arm 1a, which coincides with a bolt hole 4c provided in the upper portion by folding up, and tightening a nut 16. Transform into a backhoe that performs its function.
[0015]
When the fork frame 4 is not used for a long period, the bolt 15 and the nut 16 are removed, and the fork frame 4 can be easily removed by pulling down the fork frame 5 with the fork frame 4 lowered. If it is desired to re-attach, the gripping fork function is restored by inserting the pivot pin 5 in the original position.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention realizes a gripping fork attachment that can be retrofitted to various conventional backhoes, and is folded up in a raised state when not in use and functions as a normal power shovel. This is very advantageous in improving the exhaustion and working efficiency.
