従来、この種の車両用サンバイザにおいて、図5と図6に示すように、骨枠体121は金属製線材がサンバイザ本体の形状に対応して環状に折曲形成され、その一隅部に軸受体122がスポット溶接などによって固着されている。

前記クッション体2は、ポリウレタンホームのようなクッション性を有する発泡ゴム,発泡樹脂等のシート材が表裏2分割されて構成され、同クッション体2には、前記骨枠体21及び板状芯体11が互いに結合された状態でサンドイッチ状に内設されている。
