本発明は、断熱容器の金型に関するものである。

従来の断熱容器は、各容器内の液体を排出する水抜き孔を形成しているが、複数の断熱容器を積み重ねた場合、各容器より排出される液体で下位の容器が汚れないように、容器の蓋も含めて容壁を縦に貫通する孔を形成し、この縦孔に容器の底部より連通する連絡孔を形成していた。この様な容器の水抜き孔として、縦孔および連絡孔を金型により制作する場合、従来は容器底部より前記縦孔に達する連絡孔用の中子を設け、該連絡孔用の中子をピストンのように出し入れをするような機器を設置して抜き差しできる構成にするか、或いは、容器外より容器内に向かって前記縦孔を貫通して容器内に至る孔を穿設し、この孔のうち縦孔より外部側の孔を後で塞いで置くものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来のように、連絡孔用中子をピストンのように出し入れをするような機器を設置して抜き差しする構成の場合、やや複雑な構成の金型となり、大量に生産をする容器の金型としては不向きであった。また、容器外より容器内に向かって前記縦孔を貫通して容器内に至る孔を穿設し、この孔のうち縦孔より外部側の孔を後で塞ぐ工法の場合、容器の制作に当たって外側から詰める作業が必要となり、また外見的に見映えが悪く、さらに工程が複雑化するという欠点があった。

本発明は、このような構成の容器を従来の金型に簡単な改良を加えることによって工程の単純化を図り、従来の欠点を解決したものである。

本発明は、機器の力の利用せずに、バネの力のみを利用し、これらの作用を最大限に利用するように開発したものである。

すなわち、本発明は、内型と外型との間に形成された空洞内に原料等を充填して成型する発泡容器の容壁の縦に貫通する水抜き用の縦孔と、容器本体内部の底部より前記縦孔に連通する連絡孔を成型し得るように、縦孔を穿設する位置に縦孔用の中子を設置し、前記連絡孔を成型する連絡孔用の中子は、内型に軸により支持し回動し得るようになし、更にバネにより前記縦孔用の中子に達する方向に付勢し、容器の成型後は連絡孔用の中子を引き込むか或いは、成型品を取り出す動きに連絡孔用の中子が合わせて回動することができ得るようにしたものである。

尚、この場合、蓋の4隅にも前記容器本体に設けた縦孔に対応する位置に縦孔を形成している。

図面における実施例では、4隅に設けた縦孔について説明してきたが、縦孔は4隅に限らず設けることがあり、又、それに容器の底部より連絡孔を設けることもあり、縦孔はどの位置に設けても良い。

次に、図面に基づいて、本発明を説明する。

内型A1と外型A2との間に形成される空洞部に原料を充填し、発泡させることによって成型する断熱容器1の容壁9の4隅に、蓋2をした状態で、且つ、蓋2の4隅を含めて縦に貫通する水抜き孔としての縦孔3・・と、容器本体内部の底部4の4隅より前記縦孔3・・に連通する連絡孔5・を成型し得るように、縦孔用の中子6と連絡孔用の中子8とを設置し、前記連絡孔5・・を成型する中子8は、内型A1に軸10により支持し回動し得るようになし、更にバネ7により前記縦孔用の中子6に達する方向に付勢し、容器1の成型後は連絡孔用の中子8を、成型品を取り出す動きに合わせて動くことができ得るようにしたものである。

以上のように、本発明は、連絡孔用の中子をバネにより縦孔用の中子に達する方向に付勢し、その成型品の動きに応じてバネの力に反して連絡孔用の中子を回動するように構成したので、金型を機械によって細かい作動をさせないですみ、従って、大量生産に好適であり、長期に使用できる等の効果を有するものである。
