Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a self-supporting infusion bag made of synthetic resin.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In many cases, a conventional infusion bag made of synthetic resin has a flat shape.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, this kind of infusion bag made of synthetic resin is not self-supporting, so it is inconvenient to handle, and has to be laid down, which causes considerable inconvenience in organizing and storing the medicine in the infusion bag. Further, in the case of the conventional infusion bag, the drainage speed was not always constant because there was no effect of keeping the position of the infusion liquid level in the bag constant.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a self-supporting infusion bag which stabilizes the drainage speed.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of diligent studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, the bag having a mouth for drainage at the upper part and a hakama part capable of self-supporting at the lower part, the hakama part being inwardly folded at both ends of the bottom part of the bottom film which is folded inward. We have developed a self-supporting infusion bag that is formed as an arc-shaped frame by joining a side film to the part, and a hanging part is provided on this skirt.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The suspension portion is not particularly limited, but, for example, a configuration in which a bridge piece that connects both lower end edges of the skirt portion or a configuration in which a suspension hole is provided at the top of the bridge piece can be adopted. . Alternatively, the hanging portions may be formed as cut pieces by cutting both lower edge portions of the hakama portion from both sides. Alternatively, a ring string may be passed through a hole formed in the hakama portion and the ring string may be used. Further, a suspension portion may be formed by providing a suspension hole on a side portion of the bridge piece.
As described above, the present invention has a drainage port at the upper part, a self-supporting hakama part at the lower part, and joins the side film to both sides of the bottom film in which the hakama part is folded inside. It is formed as an arc-shaped frame body, and it is an infusion bag provided with a hanging portion in this skirt portion, so when the infusion is filled in the bag, the weight of the bottom film spreads the bottom film, and Accordingly, the hanging portion can also be stored inside the hakama portion, so that the hakama portion can stand alone as an arc-shaped frame.
[0008]
Therefore, the infusion can be stored upright on a medicine shelf or the like, which is extremely convenient for storage or handling. In use, the hanging portion accommodated in the hakama portion is pulled out to the outside, and it is only necessary to pull the hanging portion. Also, when the infusion is drained from the mouth, if the hanging part is configured as a bridge piece, a cut piece, or a ring string, the hanging part is evenly distributed with respect to the hakama part due to the weight of the infusion in the bag. It provides a proper folding force, and this force exerts an action of uniformly draining the infusion in the bag. As described above, the conventional flat bag does not have this uniform folding effect and has a problem in that the liquid is uniformly drained.
[0009]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of an infusion bag according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state in which a skirt portion at the bottom of the bag is open.
In the figure, 1 is a skirt portion, 2 is a hanging portion, 3 is a bottom film, and 4 is a side film.
As shown in FIG. 2, the skirt portion 1 is formed by joining side films 4 to both ends 3c and 3d of bottom portions 3a and 3b of a bottom film 3 folded inward. Therefore, the skirt portion 1 in which the bottom film 3 and the side film 4 are joined together forms an arc-shaped frame to constitute a self-standing leg. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 5 denotes a joining portion between the pair of side films, 6 denotes a folding line of the bottom film 3, and 7 denotes a joining line for making the skirt portion 1 into an arc shape. Therefore, in other words, the bottom film 3 and the side film 4 are joined outside the joining line 7, but not joined inside the joining line 7, and constitute the bottom portion of the bag. I have.
As shown in the drawing, the suspension portion 2 of this embodiment is composed of a bridge piece bridging from the central portion on one side of the skirt portion 1 to the other side, and the top portion 2a is fused and suspended. Reinforced to increase strength at the time.
Therefore, in the infusion bag, the non-joined portion of the bottom film 3 is expanded by the weight of the infusion by injecting the infusion into the bag, the bottom film 3 is opened, and the skirt portion 1 is expanded to form an arc-shaped frame. As a foot. Along with this, the hanging portion 2 is also housed inside the hakama portion 1, whereby the standing of the bag is achieved by the hakama portion 1. Therefore, the container can be made independent, and the container of the present invention can be set up on a medicine shelf or the like, which is very convenient for organizing and storing.
[0010]
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state where the infusion bag of this embodiment is suspended. In the figure, 8 is a mouth, and 9 is a cap. In this way, the infusion bag of the present embodiment is suspended by the suspension unit 2. When the suspension is suspended in this manner, as shown in FIG. 4, the weight of the infusion works to exert a force of (1) on the side film 4 to crush the bag, thereby causing the bottom film 3 to be folded. Pressing stress from (2) works. The bottom film 3 is regularly convoluted left and right evenly by the stress of (2) pushing the bottom of the infusion bag inward. As a result, the position of the liquid level of the infusion inside is fixed, and as a result, the drainage speed is stabilized. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the drainage is completed and the bag is completely folded.
In addition, the material of the bottom film 3 is more preferably a rigid material because it can be easily folded from the above-mentioned point.
[0011]
FIG. 6 is a perspective view of an infusion bag according to another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which the skirt portion of the bottom is open. In this bag, as shown in the figure, a hanging hole 10 is provided at the same time as the tip of the bridge piece is fused. Thus, in addition to the hanging direction in the above-described embodiment, the hanging direction to the hook or the like can be hung in a direction intersecting at right angles with the hanging direction, which is convenient.
In addition, the method for manufacturing the infusion bag of the above embodiment and the above embodiment is not particularly limited, but for example, a large hakama part is taken and this is reversed so as to be a hanging part of a bridge piece from both right and left sides. It is obtained by cutting into L-shape and L-shape.
[0012]
FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing an infusion bag according to another embodiment. FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a state where the skirt portion is opened. In this embodiment, the hanging portion 11 is formed by cutting both lower edges of the skirt portion 1 from both sides. In the figure, reference numeral 12 denotes a notch. Since the side films sandwiched from both sides are fused only at the periphery, the hanging portions 11 formed by cutting both lower edge portions of the skirt portion 1 from both sides have a ring shape as shown in FIG. The two hanging portions 11a and 11b are formed by pinching both ends of the ring-shaped portion 13 formed here to form a hanging portion.
In the infusion bag of this embodiment, the hanging portion 1 can be stored inside the hakama portion 1 to stand up. When the bag is hung, the force of folding the bag by the weight of the infusion is similar to the above embodiment. And a uniform drainage state is obtained.
[0013]
FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing an infusion bag according to another embodiment. FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing a state where the skirt portion is opened. In this embodiment, the hanging portion 14 is constituted by a ring string 16 passed through a hole 15 formed in the skirt portion 1. In the infusion bag of the present invention, the ring string 16 is stored in the inside of the skirt portion 1 so that a stable self-standing state can be obtained, and uniform drainage is achieved as in the previous embodiment.
[0014]
FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing an infusion bag according to another embodiment. FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing a state where the skirt portion is opened. In this embodiment, the suspension portion 17 is formed of a bridge piece, and the suspension hole 10 is provided on a side portion thereof. As shown, the hanging portion 17 of this embodiment is formed of a bridge piece bridging from the skirt portion 1 of the one side film 4 toward the other side, and the top portion 17a is fused thereto. Reinforced to increase the strength when suspended. The hanging portion 17 at the joint with the hakama portion 1 is formed with the hanging hole 10 so as to be bifurcated. Such a force is dispersed, so that damage to the joint can be reduced and a stable suspended state can be obtained. FIG. 14 is a side cross-sectional view of the present embodiment showing a state in which the bottom film 3 is folded inside the skirt portion 1 of the infusion bag. FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing a use state in which the infusion bag of this embodiment is suspended. In addition, FIG. 16 shows that by injecting the infusion into the infusion bag in FIG. 12, the non-joined portion of the bottom film 3 is expanded by the weight of the infusion, and as a result, the skirt portion 1 is expanded and the foot is formed as an arc-shaped frame. FIG. 17 is a side view and a cross-sectional view showing a self-standing state when possible, and FIG. 17 shows a side view and a cross-sectional view of the other side. This is the same as in the previous embodiment.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the infusion bag of the present invention is provided with a self-supporting hakama portion at the lower portion. As a result, the bottom film is opened by the own weight of the infusion by injecting the infusion into the inside, and the foot is widened by the hakama portion expanding. Since it can be made self-supporting, it can be set up on a medicine shelf or the like, which is effective for organizing and storing.
In addition, when the suspension is hung, the weight of the infusion works, so that a force acts evenly on the side film, and the bottom film is evenly folded left and right so that the position of the infusion liquid level inside the inside is constant, and as a result, This has the effect of stabilizing the drainage speed.
