上記した課題を解決するために、この発明は、走行支援道路システムシミュレ−ションする装置において、複数の走行支援道路システムのサービスが同時に行われた場合のドライバの対応ルールを保持し、当該ル−ルに従って反応するドライバ模擬装置を備えており、複数の走行支援道路システムのサービスが同時に行われた場合には、同時に行われた各前記サービスのパラメ−タを比較し、比較基準が大である場合は、パラメ−タの大きさが大きい方のサービスのパラメータに従って行動し、比較基準が小である場合は、パラメ−タの大きさが小さい方のサービスのパラメータに従って行動することを特徴とする。
