Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a door hinge for attaching a wooden door to an installation opening frame so as to be freely opened and closed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The door hinge has an upper hinge and a lower hinge. One door blade of the upper hinge is attached to the upper part of the door, the other door is attached to the upper part of the mounting opening frame, and one door blade of the lower hinge is attached to the lower part of the door and the other. Attach the door blades to the lower part of the mounting frame.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is common for a wooden worker to attach a hinge to a wooden door at a construction site by directly attaching a door blade to a door and a mounting screw with a wood screw. When installing with wood screws in this way, the wood screws may be bent and screwed in, or the wood screws may run idle due to high screwing torque, and the installation strength of the hinge may differ depending on the skill of the construction worker, and the weight of the door In order to provide sufficient mounting strength to withstand long-term opening and closing, a skilled construction worker carefully screws a wood screw, which is troublesome to perform.
[0004]
In addition, when the wood screw screwed into the door is removed once due to hinge replacement or the like, and the screw is screwed again to the same place, the wood screw does not bite into the door sufficiently and the mounting strength is low, so it is necessary to screw it into a different place.
Screwing a wood screw into a different place would require changing the position of the hinge, which would be a difficult task.
[0005]
Also, to attach the door to the mounting opening frame, attach the other door blades of the upper hinge and the lower hinge to the mounting opening frame respectively, and hold the door in this state and hang one door blade of the upper hinge and the lower hinge to the door. It is attached to the upper and lower parts of the original end face, respectively.
When the door is mounted in this manner, the door may be erroneously mounted upside down. In such a case, the door is removed and reinstalled, which is troublesome.
[0006]
Then, an object of the present invention is to provide a hinge for a door which can solve the above-mentioned subject.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The first invention is made of a metal having an upper hinge 10, an upper fitting 20 attached to one door blade 11 of the upper hinge 10 and having a hole 25, and a mounting screw hole 33 attached to an upper portion of a door 70. Metal having an upper fixed base 30, a lower hinge 40, a lower fitting 50 attached to one of the door blades 41 of the lower hinge 40 and having a hole 55, and a mounting screw hole 63 attached to a lower portion of the door 70. A lower fixed base 60 made of
The mounting screw 81 is screwed into the mounting screw hole 33 of the upper fixing base 30 from the hole 25 of the upper metal fitting 20 to attach the upper metal fitting 20 to the upper fixing base 30, and the mounting screw 81 is inserted from the hole 55 of the lower metal fitting 50. The lower metal fitting 50 is screwed into the mounting screw hole 63 of the lower fixed base 60 so that the lower metal fitting 50 is mounted on the lower fixed base 60 .
One projection is provided at one of the upper bracket 20 and the upper fixing base 30 at a position shifted from the central portion in the vertical direction and at a position shifted to one side from the left and right central portions, and is fixed to the upper metal member 20 and the upper portion. A first hole 34 is formed on the other side of the base 30 near the upper side and on the left and right side, and a second hole 35 is formed on the lower side and on the other side on the left and right sides. The first hole 35 and the second hole 36 are The upper fitting 20 is configured to be fitted into one of the first hole 35 and the second hole 36 by inverting the upper metal fitting 20 to the right and left with a size that allows the protrusion to be fitted.
One projection is provided at one of the lower metal fitting 50 and the lower fixing base 60 at a position shifted from the center in the vertical direction to the other and at a position shifted from the left and right center to one side, and fixed to the lower metal fitting 50 and the lower fixing base. A first hole 64 is formed on the other side of the base 60 near the upper part and on the left and right side, and a second hole 65 is formed on the lower side and one side on the left and right side. The first hole 64 and the second hole 65 are formed as described above. A hinge for a door, wherein the projection is fitted in one of the first hole 64 and the second hole 65 by turning the lower metal fitting 50 left and right in a size that the projection fits. .
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, each of the projections is a pin having a flange, and each of the holes has an elongated hole that is larger than the flange, is smaller than the flange, and is smaller than the flange. Door hinge.
[0011]
[Operation]
According to the first invention, the upper metal fitting 20 attached to the one door blade 11 of the upper hinge 10 by screwing the mounting screw 81 into the mounting screw hole 33 of the metal upper fixed base 30 mounted to the door 70 is attached. The lower metal fitting 50 attached to the door 70 and screwed into the mounting screw hole 63 of the metal lower fixed base 60 attached to the door 70 and attached to one door blade 41 of the lower hinge 40 is attached to the door 70. Therefore, the mounting screws 81 for mounting the upper hinge 10 and the lower hinge 40 to the door 70 can be easily and correctly screwed even by a non-expert.
Thereby, the upper hinge and the lower hinge can be easily attached to the door with sufficient attachment strength, and the construction is easy.
[0012]
Also, when the mounting screw 81 is unscrewed once and screwed again, sufficient biting can be achieved and sufficient mounting strength can be obtained.
As a result, even if the hinge is replaced, it can be mounted with sufficient mounting strength.
[0013]
Also, the protrusions provided on one of the upper fitting 20 and the upper fixed base 30 and the protrusions provided on one of the lower fixed bases 60 of the lower fitting 50 are different in the vertical position, and the upper fitting 20 and the upper fixed base 30 are different. The first hole 34 and the second hole 35 formed in the other of the first and second holes 35 and the first hole 64 and the second hole 65 provided in the other of the lower fitting base 60 and the lower fixing base 60 have different positions in the left-right direction. When the upper fitting 20 is to be attached to the lower fixed base 60, the projection and the first hole and the second hole do not fit together. When the lower fitting 50 is to be attached to the upper fixed base 30, the projection and the first hole and the second hole are not fitted. No two holes fit together.
Therefore, the upper fitting 20 cannot be attached to the lower fixed base 60, and the lower fitting 50 cannot be attached to the upper fixed base 30.
As a result, the upper hinge 10 and the lower hinge 40 are attached to the attachment opening frame, the upper metal fittings 20 and the lower metal fittings 50 are attached to the door blades 11 and 41, and the upper fixed base 30 and the lower fixed base 60 are attached to the door 70. It is possible to prevent the door 70 from being erroneously mounted upside down when the door 70 is mounted in the mounted state.
[0014]
In addition, since the upper bracket 20 and the lower bracket 50 can be inverted right and left and attached, the upper hinge 10 and the lower hinge 40 can be attached to the door 70 with different right and left. Can be mounted on
[0015]
According to the second invention , the upper metal fitting 20 and the lower metal fitting 50 are temporarily supported by the upper fixed base 30 and the lower fixed base 60 by inserting the flange into the hole and moving left and right along the elongated hole. The mounting screw 81 can be screwed into the mounting screw holes 33, 63 without manually pressing the upper metal fitting 20 and the lower metal fitting 50, and the work is easy.
[0016]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
As shown in FIG. 1, a hinge for a door is formed by an upper hinge 10, an upper fitting 20, a metal upper fixing base 30, and a lower hinge 40, a lower fitting 50, and a metal lower fixing base 60. The door 70 is a wooden door, in which an upper concave portion 72 is formed near an upper end of a hanging side end surface 71 and a lower concave portion 73 is formed near a lower portion.
[0017]
The upper hinge 10 has one door blade 11 and the other door blade (not shown) swingably connected to each other by a shaft (not shown).
An elongate mounting hole 12 is formed in the left and right direction near the upper and lower sides of the one door blade 11, an opening window 13 is formed in the left and right middle of the upper and lower middle, and an adjustment length is formed in the left and right direction near the left and right ends of the upper and lower middle. A hole 14 is formed. In this embodiment, the adjustment slot 14 is open at one end face of one of the door blades 11.
[0018]
The upper bracket 20 has a horizontal plate 21 and a vertical plate 22 and has an L-shaped cross section. A mounting screw hole 23 is formed near the upper and lower sides of the horizontal plate 21, and an adjusting screw hole 24 is formed in the middle between the upper and lower sides. A hole 25 is formed nearby. A protrusion, for example, a pin 27 having a flange 26 is provided on a part of the back surface of the horizontal plate 21. The vertical plate 22 has an opening 28 for inserting a door blade.
[0019]
The upper fixing base 30 has a rectangular plate shape, and a hole into which an adjusting screw is inserted, for example, a long hole 31 long in the left-right direction is formed in the upper and lower middle. A fixing hole 32 is formed near the top and bottom of the upper fixing base 30, and a mounting screw hole 33 is formed near the upper and lower ends. A first hole 34 and a second hole 35 are formed in the upper fixed base 30 at the upper and lower sides of the elongated hole 31 as a boundary. 36 are formed continuously. This first elongated hole 36 is narrower than the diameter of the first hole 34.
The second hole 35 is formed with a second elongated hole 37 which is located on the other side of the left and right sides and is directed to one of the left and right sides. This second long hole 37 is narrower than the diameter of the second hole 35.
[0020]
The upper concave portion 72 of the door 70 has substantially the same planar shape as the upper fixed base 30, and is opened at the front and back surfaces of the door 70 by cutouts 74. An intermediate concave portion 75 from which the adjusting screw protrudes, an upper concave portion 76 from which the pin 27 protrudes, and a concave portion 77 near the upper and lower ends from which the mounting screw protrudes are formed at the middle of the upper concave portion 72 in the vertical direction. The intermediate concave portion 75 and the concave portion 76 closer to the top and bottom are concave portions that are long in the left-right direction.
[0021]
The upper fixing base 30 is inserted into the upper concave portion 72 of the door 70, and a wooden screw 80 is screwed into the hanging side end surface 71 of the door 70 from the fixing hole 32 to be firmly fixed. Thereby, the long hole 31 of the upper fixed base 30 matches the middle concave portion 75, the first hole 34 and the first long hole 36 match the concave portion 76 on the upper side, and the second hole 35 and the second long hole 37 match. The mounting screw hole 33 matches the concave portion 77 near the upper and lower ends.
[0022]
The upper fitting 20 is attached to the upper fixing base 30 by screwing a mounting screw 81 from the hole 25 into the mounting screw hole 33. At this time, the pin 27 of the upper metal fitting 20 is fitted into the first hole 34 or the second hole 35. For example, if the vertical plate 22 of the upper bracket 20 is mounted so as to be closer to the left side of the door 70, the pin 27 fits into the first hole 34. If the vertical plate 22 of the upper metal fitting 20 is mounted to be inverted right and left so as to be closer to the right side of the door 70, the pin 27 fits into the second hole 35.
[0023]
That is, since the pin 27 of the upper bracket 20 is formed at a position deviated to one side from the center in the vertical direction and at a position deviated to one side from the center at the left and right, the pin 27 is turned left and right to make the first It fits into one of the hole 34 and the second hole 35. Because of this, the upper hinge 10 can be attached to the left and right sides.
[0024]
When the pin 27 is fitted into the first hole 34 or the second hole 35, the flange 26 projects beyond the first hole 34 and the second hole 35, and the pin 27 is inserted into the first long hole 36 and the second long hole 37. The upper bracket 20 is temporarily supported so as to be in contact with the back surface of the upper fixed base 30 by being slightly moved in the left-right direction so as not to come off. That is, the first hole 34 and the second hole 35 have a slightly larger diameter than the flange 26, and the width of the first long hole 36 and the second long hole 37 is larger than the diameter of the pin 27 and smaller than the diameter of the flange 26. .
[0025]
One door blade 11 of the upper hinge 10 is slidably inserted into the opening 28 for inserting the door blade so that the door hinge 11 can swing back and forth around a portion contacting the opening 28 as a fulcrum. Supported. A fixing screw 82 is screwed into the fixing screw hole 23 from the fixing long hole 12, and an adjusting screw 83 is screwed into the adjusting screw hole 24 from the adjusting long hole 14 to attach one door blade 11 to the upper bracket 20. .
[0026]
A vertical plate 22 of the upper fitting 20 is located at the left and right middle of the opening window 13 of the one door blade 11, and a rectangular first space portion is provided between the left and right side portions of the opening window 13 and the vertical plate 22. 15 is formed, and a second rectangular space 16 is formed between the left and right sides of the opening 13 and the vertical plate 22.
[0027]
By loosening the fixing screw 82 and inserting a tool such as a screwdriver into the first space portion 15 and rotating the first space portion 15, one of the door blades 11 is brought into contact with the vertical plate 22 and the opening edge of one of the left and right ends of the opening window 13. As shown in FIG. 2, the bracket 20 moves to the left or right (in the direction of arrow A) with respect to the bracket 20. By loosening the fixing screw 82 and inserting the same tool as described above into the second space 16 and rotating it, it comes into contact with the vertical plate 22 and the opening edges of the left and right ends of the opening window 13 so that one of the door blades 11 Move to the left and right (in the direction of arrow B) with respect to the upper bracket 20 as shown in FIG.
[0028]
As described above, one of the door blades 11 can be moved right and left with respect to the upper bracket 20 by rotating a tool such as a driver with one hand, and the operation is easy. Is easy.
[0029]
When the adjusting screw 83 is tightened, the one door blade 11 approaches the hanging side end surface 71 of the door 70 as shown by the arrow C in FIG. 3 with the contact portion of the vertical plate 22 in contact with the opening 28 as a fulcrum. When one of the door blades 11 swings (one side in the front and rear direction) and the adjusting screw 83 is loosened, one door blade 11 is separated from the hanging side end surface 71 of the door 70 as shown by an arrow D in FIG. Rocks. Thereby, the front and rear mounting angles of the door blade 11 to the upper bracket 20 can be changed.
[0030]
The lower hinge 40 has one door blade 41 and the other door blade (not shown) swingably connected to each other by a shaft (not shown).
An elongate mounting hole 42 is formed in the left and right direction near the upper and lower sides of the one door blade 41, an opening window 43 is formed in the left and right middle of the upper and lower middle, and an adjusting length is formed in the left and right direction near the left and right ends of the upper and lower middles. A hole 44 is formed. In this embodiment, the adjusting long hole 44 is opened at one end surface of one door blade 41. That is, one door blade 41 of the lower hinge 40 has the same shape as one door blade 11 of the upper hinge 10.
[0031]
The lower metal fitting 50 has an L-shaped cross section with a horizontal plate 51 and a vertical plate 52, a mounting screw hole 53 is formed near the upper and lower sides of the horizontal plate 51, an adjusting screw hole 54 is formed in the middle between the upper and lower sides, and the upper and lower ends A hole 55 is formed nearby. A projection, for example, a pin 57 having a flange 56 is provided on a part of the rear surface of the horizontal plate 21. The vertical plate 52 has an opening 58 for inserting a door blade. That is, the lower metal fitting 50 has the same shape as the upper metal fitting 20, and the mounting position of the projection (pin 57) is different.
[0032]
The lower fixing base 60 has a rectangular plate shape, and a hole into which an adjusting screw is inserted, for example, a long hole 61 long in the left-right direction is formed in the middle between the upper and lower sides. The fixing holes 62 are formed near the upper and lower ends of the lower fixing base 60, and the mounting screw holes 63 are formed near the upper and lower ends, respectively. A first hole 64 and a second hole 65 are formed in the lower fixed base 60 near the upper and lower sides of the long hole 61, and the first hole 64 is a first long hole that is closer to the other side of the left and right and faces one of the left and right sides. 66 are formed continuously. This first elongated hole 66 is narrower than the diameter of the first hole 64.
The second hole 65 is formed with a second elongate hole 67 extending leftward and rightward and facing the other side. This second long hole 67 is narrower than the diameter of the second hole 65. That is, the lower fixed base 60 has the same shape as the upper fixed base 30, and the positions of the first hole 64 and the second hole 65 are opposite to each other.
[0033]
The lower concave portion 73 of the door 70 has substantially the same planar shape as the lower fixed base 60, and is opened at the front and back surfaces of the door 70 with cutouts 74, respectively. An intermediate concave portion 75 from which the adjusting screw protrudes, an upper concave portion 76 from which the pin 57 protrudes, and a concave portion 77 near the upper and lower ends from which the mounting screw protrudes are formed at the middle of the lower concave portion 73 in the vertical direction. The intermediate concave portion 75 and the concave portion 76 closer to the top and bottom are concave portions that are long in the left-right direction. That is, the lower recess 73 has the same shape as the upper recess 72.
[0034]
The lower fixing base 60 is inserted into the lower recessed portion 73 of the door 70, and a wood screw 80 is screwed into the hanging end face 71 of the door 70 from the fixing hole 62 to be fixed firmly. As a result, the long hole 61 of the lower fixed base 60 matches the intermediate concave portion 75, the first hole 64 and the first long hole 66 match the concave portion 76 on the upper side, and the second hole 65 and the second long hole 67 match. The mounting screw hole 63 matches the concave portion 77 near the upper and lower ends. That is, the lower fixed base 60 is attached to the lower recessed portion 73 similarly to the upper fixed base 30.
[0035]
The lower metal fitting 50 is mounted on the lower fixing base 60 by screwing the mounting screw 81 into the mounting screw hole 63 from the hole 55. At this time, the pin 57 of the lower metal fitting 50 is fitted into the first hole 64 or the second hole 65. For example, if the vertical plate 52 of the lower metal fitting 50 is mounted so as to be closer to the left side of the door 70, the pin 57 fits into the second hole 65. If the vertical plate 52 of the lower metal fitting 50 is mounted left and right inverted so as to be closer to the right side of the door 70, the pin 57 fits into the first hole 64.
[0036]
That is, since the pin 57 of the lower metal fitting 50 is formed at a position shifted from the center in the vertical direction to the other and at a position shifted to one side from the center at the left and right, the pin 57 is turned left and right to make the first It fits into one of the hole 64 and the second hole 65. Because of this, the lower hinge 40 can be attached to the left and right sides.
[0037]
Further, the lower metal fitting 50 can be temporarily held on the lower fixed base 60 by the flange 56 of the pin 57.
Further, one door blade 41 of the lower hinge 40 is attached to the lower metal fitting 50 with the fixing screw 82 and the adjusting screw 83 in the same manner as the one door blade 11 of the upper hinge 10 and the upper metal fitting 20, so that one door blade is provided. 41 can be moved in the left-right direction, and the front-rear mounting angle can be changed.
[0038]
The pin 27 of the upper bracket 20 and the pin 57 of the lower bracket 50 are at opposite positions with respect to the vertical center, and the first hole 34 of the upper fixed base 30 and the first hole 64 of the lower fixed base 60 are left and right. Since the second hole 35 of the upper fixed base 30 and the second hole 65 of the lower fixed base 60 are opposite to each other in the left-right direction, the upper bracket 20 is attached to the lower fixed base 60 as shown in FIG. If this is attempted, the pin 27 (flange 26) will not fit in the first hole 64 and the second hole 65 of the lower fixed base 60, so that it cannot be mounted. When the lower metal fitting 50 is to be mounted on the upper fixed base 30 as shown in FIG. 5, the pin 57 (flange 56) cannot be mounted because the pin 57 (flange 56) does not fit into the first hole 34 and the second hole 35 of the upper fixed base 30. This is the same even when the mounting is performed in a right and left manner.
[0039]
As a result, the upper fixed base 30 and the lower fixed base 60 are correctly and correctly mounted in the upper concave portion 72 and the lower concave portion 73 of the door 70 at the door manufacturing plant, respectively.
At the construction site, the other door blades of the upper hinge 10 and the lower hinge 40 are respectively attached to the upper and lower sides of the mounting opening frame, the upper bracket 20 is set on the one door blade 11 of the upper hinge 10, and one door blade of the lower hinge 40 is installed. The lower bracket 50 is set on 41.
[0040]
By mounting the upper bracket 20 on the upper fixed base 30 of the door 70 and the lower bracket 50 on the lower fixed base 60, it is possible to prevent the door 70 from being erroneously mounted upside down.
[0041]
A first hole 34 and a second hole 35 are formed in the upper metal fitting 20, a pin 27 is attached to the upper fixing base 30, a first hole 64 and a second hole 65 are formed in the lower metal fitting 50, and a lower fixing base 60 is formed. A pin 57 may be attached.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the upper bracket is attached to one of the door blades 11 of the upper hinge 10 by screwing the mounting screw 81 into the mounting screw hole 33 of the metal upper fixed base 30 mounted to the door 70. 20 is attached to the door 70, and the mounting screw 81 is screwed into the mounting screw hole 63 of the metal lower fixed base 60 attached to the door 70, and the lower metal fitting 50 attached to one door blade 41 of the lower hinge 40 is attached. Since the upper hinge 10 and the lower hinge 40 are attached to the door 70, the attachment screws 81 for attaching the upper hinge 10 and the lower hinge 40 to the door 70 can be easily and correctly screwed even by a non-expert.
Thereby, the upper hinge and the lower hinge can be easily attached to the door with sufficient attachment strength, and the construction is easy.
[0043]
Also, when the mounting screw 81 is unscrewed once and screwed again, sufficient biting can be achieved and sufficient mounting strength can be obtained.
As a result, even if the hinge is replaced, it can be mounted with sufficient mounting strength.
[0044]
[0045]
In addition, since the upper bracket 20 and the lower bracket 50 can be inverted right and left and attached, the upper hinge 10 and the lower hinge 40 can be attached to the door 70 with different right and left. Can be mounted on
[0046]
According to the second aspect of the present invention , the upper metal fitting 20 and the lower metal fitting 50 are temporarily supported by the upper fixed base 30 and the lower fixed base 60 by inserting the flange into the hole and moving left and right along the elongated hole. Therefore, the mounting screw 81 can be screwed into the mounting screw holes 33 and 63 without manually pressing the upper metal fitting 20 and the lower metal fitting 50, and the work is easy.
