Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a discharge igniter for an oil-fired combustor that ignites a combustion wick by using electric discharge. Related to a structure for preventing the fluid from flowing to the outside.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Although not commercialized, a technique of igniting a combustion wick by using discharge by providing a discharge electrode and a counter electrode with a combustion wick sandwiched therebetween as disclosed in JP-B-63-35244 is known. However, the reason why an ignition device for supplying power to a dry battery has not been commercialized to date is considered to be ignition failure due to poor ignition performance due to fuel oil, deterioration of a combustion wick, adhesion of tar, and the like.
[0003]
The applicant is in the process of developing and studying the commercialization of an oil combustor using this discharge method, and has filed Japanese Patent Application Nos. 4-345217, 4-345218, 5-62642, and the like. I have a proposal.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When cleaning and repairing the oil combustor, remove the combustion cylinder and work, but if you accidentally touch the electrode and turn on the switch, there is no danger to the human body, but the high voltage is instantaneously There is a drawback of flowing and surprised, and a solution is desired.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention provides an oil combustor in which a combustion wick 1 looks at a discharge electrode 2 and a counter electrode 3 for discharge ignition and burns in a combustion cylinder 4. An operating plate 5 is provided in the combustor body in response to the conductive portion 2a of the discharge electrode 2 so that the operating plate 5 contacts the conductive portion 2a of the discharge electrode 2 to ground when the combustion tube 4 is removed. This is an electric shock prevention structure of the discharge type ignition device.
[0006]
[Action]
Maintenance such as checking and adjusting the state of the combustion core 1 of the oil combustor and the gap size of the ignition electrode 2 and the counter electrode 3 is performed with the combustion tube 4 removed, and the discharge electrode 2 and the counter electrode 3 are exposed. Therefore, if the ignition device is operated while inadvertently touching the electrode with a hand or the like, a high voltage current flows to the ignition electrode 2 and a large shock is felt.
[0007]
In the present invention, when the combustion tube 4 is removed for maintenance, the operating plate 5 attached to the combustor body comes into contact with the conductive portion 2a of the discharge electrode 2, so that even if the ignition device is operated by mistake, the high-voltage current is activated. Since the plate 5 is grounded to the main body of the combustor, no shock is felt even when the ignition electrode 2 is touched by a hand.
[0008]
