Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) material and a BMC molding method using the same, and more particularly, to a BMC material and a molding method for molding a product with a flow pattern.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a molding method of a synthetic resin molded article having a pattern, the following method is known.
[0003]
(1) A colored ink is printed on the surface of a material, and then charged into a mold for compression molding (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho 60-94319).
(2) A method in which a string-shaped molding compound is overlapped with a sheet molding compound having a different color from that of the string-shaped molding compound, and is heated and pressed (JP-B-58-38300).
(3) A method in which two types of BMCs having different color tones are arranged in a mold, heated and pressurized and mixed simultaneously with casting to form a cloud-like pattern (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 7-241862).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the above methods (1) and (2) , only a molded article having a pattern that is too clear and has an artificial feeling can be obtained.
[0005]
In the method of the above (3) , the pattern boundary is blurred, a natural pattern-like molded body is obtained, but what kind of pattern is formed is not known until the mold is opened. In addition, there is a problem that a molded article having a pattern having excellent design cannot be molded at a high yield.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to provide a BMC material and a molding method capable of molding a molded article having a flowing pattern with excellent design properties at a high yield.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
BMC material and molding method according to claim 1 and 2, supplies the B MC formulation into an extruder, was added to the formulation colorant from the vicinity of the nozzle of the extruder, and immediately extruded, then allowed to thicken A BMC material having a streak pattern in which a coloring agent extends in the extrusion direction, and a molding method using the same.
[0008]
The BMC material are those having a push out and fine lines like flow pattern more colorant was Mashimashi long extension in Shi towards direction outwards towards, by press molding it, a thin streak flow pattern The resulting molded article is obtained.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the BMC material and molding method of the present invention with reference to the first to Figure 3 will be described.
[0010]
First, as shown in FIG. 1, the mixture is supplied to the extruder 1 and a colorant such as a pigment or a liquid toner is added to the mixture from the vicinity of the nozzle 1a of the extruder 1 and immediately (ie, the colorant is added). Extrude) before it is evenly dispersed in the formulation. As a result, an extruded product in which the coloring agent is in a streak shape is obtained, and this is thickened to obtain a BMC material. In FIG. 1, the BMC material is extruded in a round bar shape, but a flat BMC material can be obtained by making the opening of the nozzle 1a into a slit shape .
[0011]
Wearing colorant may be added continuously, or may be intermittently added. If the colorant is added intermittently, a BMC material with streak-like patterns interrupted can be obtained. Of course, the addition amount of the coloring agent may be constant or may be changed with time.
[0012]
Although not particularly limited, the following formulation can be used as the BMC composition.
[0013]
Unsaturated polyester resin 50 to 100 parts by weight Styrene monomer 0 to 30 parts by weight Low shrinkage agent 0 to 30 parts by weight Polymerization inhibitor 0 to 0.5 part by weight Curing agent 0.5 to 2.0 parts by weight Filler 100 to 400 Parts by weight Internal release agent 2 to 5 parts by weight Thickener 0.5 to 2 parts by weight Glass fiber (preferably about 1.5 to 6 mm in length) 0 to 50 parts by weight As low shrinkage agents, polystyrene, cross-linked polystyrene, Polyvinyl acetate, polymethyl methacrylate, copolymers thereof, and mixtures thereof can be used.
[0014]
As the polymerization inhibitor, mono-t-butylhydroquinone and the like can be used.
[0015]
As the curing agent, an organic peroxide such as t-butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexanate, t-butyl perbenzoate, or the like can be used.
[0016]
As the filler, aluminum hydroxide, glass powder, or the like can be used.
[0017]
As the internal release agent, zinc stearate or the like is preferable, and as the thickener, magnesium oxide or the like is preferable.
[0018]
This blending is an example, and acrylic BMC or the like can also be used.
[0019]
As the colorant, a pigment, a liquid toner or the like is suitable. The powdery pigment is preferably added after being dispersed in a solvent. The coloring agent may be added to the BMC composition and kneaded to form a colored BMC composition, which may be added as a coloring material to the BMC composition. The more the colorant is easily diffused into the BMC composition, the more the pattern becomes blurred.
[0020]
To thicken more resulting formulation to be pushed out can be heated for about 24~120Hr in normal cases 30 to 50 ° C..
[0021]
Incidentally, it may be laminated through the sheets to multiple formulation into tray-like container.
[0022]
The material after thickening is stored in an air-tight bag such as vinyl, and taken out of the bag at the time of molding, and is subjected to molding.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 2, the
[0024]
When the surface of the mold surface is rough, the surface pattern of the obtained product becomes blurred, and when the surface of the mold surface is smooth, the surface pattern of the obtained product becomes clear .
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
