【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は洗浄剤組成物に関し、特に泡立ちが良く、使用後にぬめり感を生じない洗浄剤組成物に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、泡立ちや使用性の観点から、クレンジングフォーム、ボディーシャンプー、シャンプーなどの洗浄料にアルキル硫酸塩が用いられてきた。特にアルキル硫酸塩で洗浄した髪はきしみ感を伴わないため、シャンプーでは古くから主基剤として利用されている。一方、クレンジングフォームやボディーシャンプーにも使用されているが、主基剤としてではなく、起泡力を付与する助剤として主に使用されている。これは、使用感触にぬめり感を生じるためであり、アルキル硫酸塩にもさっぱり感を付与できれば応用範囲がさらに広がる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述のように、アルキル硫酸塩は泡立ちが良いという優れた特性を有するので、さっぱり感を付与することができれば、シャンプー以外の洗浄料にも主基剤として使用することにより、泡立ちの良い洗浄料を得ることができる。

そこで本発明の目的は、泡立ちが良く、使用後にぬめり感を生じない洗浄剤組成物を提供することを目的とする。

すなわち、本発明は、下記一般式(1)で表されるN−アシルメチルタウリンのN−メチルタウリンアルカリ金属塩を必須成分として配合することを特徴とする洗浄剤組成物を提供する。

以下、本発明を詳細に説明する。

本発明の洗浄剤組成物に必須成分として配合する上記一般式(1)〜(10)で表される化合物において、式中のRは炭素数7〜23の飽和又は不飽和の炭化水素基を表す。その具体例としては、例えば、ヘプチル基、オクチル基、ノニル基、デシル基、ウンデシル基、ドデシル基、トリデシル基、テトラデシル基、ペンタデシル基、ヘキサデシル基、ヘプタデシル基、オクタデシル基、テトラエイコシル基などの直鎖状飽和炭化水素基、2−エチルヘプタデシル基、2−エチルペンチル基などの分岐飽和炭化水素基、8−ヘプタデセニル基、オレイル基、4,6−オクタデカジエテニル基などの直鎖不飽和炭化水素基、2−メチルオクタデカ−6−エテニル基などの分岐不飽和炭化水素基などが挙げられる。

また、上記一般式(1)、(3)、(5)、(7)及び(9)において、Xはナトリウム、カリウム、リチウム等のアルカリ金属を表し、上記一般式(2)、(4)、(6)、(8)及び(10)において、Yはトリエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、リジン等の有機アルカリを表す。

本発明の洗浄剤組成物に必須成分として配合する上記一般式(1)〜(10)で表される化合物の具体例としては、各式に対応して以下のものが挙げられる。

本発明の洗浄剤組成物に必須成分として配合する上記一般式(1)〜(10)で表される化合物の配合量としては、0.5〜90重量%が好ましい。より好ましくは5〜40重量%であり、この範囲で調製した洗浄剤組成物は、本発明の効果をより顕著に得ることができる。配合量が0.5重量%未満では本発明の効果は得られにくく、配合量が90重量%を越えると水への溶解性が悪くなるなどの不都合な点があり、好ましくない。
