Description

【0001】

【0017】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a vibration damping material containing abrasive powder of wood, and more particularly, to a vibration damping material used for automobiles, buildings, structures, and home electric appliances, with an improvement in flexibility in a sheet state. The present invention relates to a vibration damping material containing an abrasive powder of wood, which has improved the vibration damping performance particularly at high temperatures due to a reinforcing effect.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, vibration reduction materials with even better vibration damping performance have been demanded in order to further reduce noise and reduce noise at temperatures above 40 ° C, such as inside and outside automobiles, buildings and structures, and home appliances. At present, development is awaited. In particular, there is a need for a vibration damping material that is excellent in environmental and economical aspects by utilizing recycled products.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It proposes a vibration-damping material that exhibits a desired vibration-damping effect in a region where the temperature rises to 40 ° C. or higher, has excellent adaptability to the uneven shape of the mounted object, and contributes to a further vibration-damping effect. is there.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such a problem, the present inventors have conducted intensive studies and found that, as a filler, a vibration damping material containing a specific amount of wood abrasive powder is used, so that excellent vibration damping can be achieved at a temperature of 40 ° C. or higher. It has been found that an effect can be exerted, and the gist of the present invention resides in the following.
[0005]
In a bituminous sheet-like vibration damping material containing 20 to 40% by weight of asphalt and 50 to 70% by weight of calcium carbonate, 3 to 25% by weight of wood polishing powder having a fiber diameter of 100 μm or less as a filler component. A sheet-like vibration damping material containing wood polishing powder, which is blended, and if necessary, an additive is blended in an amount of 10% by weight or less based on the total amount.
[0006]
The wood polishing powder to be blended as a filler, which is an essential component of the present invention, is preferably, for example, a polishing powder generated at the time of manufacturing furniture or the like containing an appropriate amount of resin. Since it is an abrasive powder, the fiber diameter is preferably 100 μm or less, and the center is about 50 μm . It is essential that such wood flour be blended in an amount of 3 to 25% by weight of the total amount. If the amount is less than 3% by weight, the desired effect cannot be expected. If the amount exceeds 25% by weight, a sheet cannot be formed.
[0007]
As other filler components, it is essential that calcium carbonate is blended in an amount of 50 to 70% by weight, and fillers such as talc and barium sulfate can be mixed. The waste paper pulverized material obtained by opening old newspapers or the like is replaced by wood abrasive powder which is a feature of the present invention.
[0008]
As a binder component of the vibration damping material according to the present invention, it is essential that asphalt such as straight asphalt and / or bron asphalt be blended in an amount of 20 to 50% by weight, and a binder made of synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, or the like, which is melted by heating. Ingredients are blended as needed. Further, if necessary, additives such as a thickener, an antifoaming agent and a film-forming aid can be blended in an amount of 10% by weight or less based on the whole amount.
[0009]
In order to produce the vibration damping material according to the present invention, the above-mentioned various components are dispersed and kneaded by a conventionally known mixing and dispersing machine such as a dissolver, a Banbury mixer, a planetary mixer, an open kneader, and a vacuum kneader, and then a calender roll. To form a sheet-like vibration damping material having a desired thickness. The obtained sheet is trimmed according to the shape of the surface to be damped. If necessary, a pressure-sensitive adhesive may be applied to the back surface, and a release paper may be applied to the back surface, so that it can be applied to inclined surfaces and vertical surfaces.
[0010]
